1900 Cortland is the best property in the metroplex! The combination of the building, its location, the floorplans, the management team, and the staff make 1900 the undisputed heavyweight champion of Dallas-based apartment buildings!
The front desk and door staff are the best! Ernesto, Alonzo, Marlena, Ali - when he’s in town, Kenny, whom I haven’t seen lately, and all the rest of them provide excellent client service. I really appreciate their positive attitude and attention to detail. The new office staff could learn a thing or two from them. Since Cortland have taken over, I don’t know any of the office staff. When they first came, I would see them in the hallway and they wouldn’t even speak. I started seeing them regularly and that’s when I realized they must work there. A few times they’ve gotten on the elevator with potential residents. The potential residents will speak and the office staff would not part their lips nor even acknowledge my presence. We have never been a community with this type of attitude. When I moved here years ago, the one thing I love is everybody greeted you when in the common areas.

This is the best property in Dallas and believe me, I have looked! It is elegant without being stuffy. Exclusive without being pretentious. Located in the middle of restaurants, parks, and bars yet maintains a community feel where we truly care for our neighbors. The office staff, valet and maintenance team are like family and work tirelessly to ensure this property always delivers on the promise to provide us tenants with the highest quality it advertises. This is the best building in Dallas. Having owned a home in North Dallas, it was difficult to downsize. I lived in a couple of other buildings before 1900 McKinney and regretted selling my home. No longer do I feel that way. This rental building is home. So many of the residents are like me. They are close to my age, have sold their big homes and wanted a simpler lifestyle. 1900 McKinney provides that. Everything is within walking distance, including an amazing grocery store. Urban living in Dallas just got much better.

I am a new resident of 1900 McKinney, and I love it here. The views are breathtaking and the floor plans are quite spacious. The management staff is very professional and accommodating. 1900 McKinney is the absolute best high-rise in the DFW Metroplex! Bar none!
The apartments are nice. Elevators are often slow or not working. Staff frequently does not attempt to fix things when they go awry. One-two particular staff have quite the hassle of an attitude (like they shouldn't even be bothered to ask) when things aren't working or inconvenience residents in the building (elevators, cold storm, no heat, pool issues, common area applicances out etc). There is not enough parking for all residents and parking is not guaranteed in the lease. There are not fun games, like a pool table or ping-ping etc that some other buildings may have for guests in their community area. The dog area is not covered, so when it rains, it becomes difficult for dog owners to take their dogs out. I think if management were more responsive to resident's concerns and the two high-stung, resistant to being helpful, people took it back a notch, it would be nice.
1900 McKinney is not the shining star it used to be several years ago. It is generally not well maintained and resident violations are plentiful. Pay close attention to the elevator thresholds, the filth in the parking garage, the cars that have not moved in more than 6 months and appear abandoned, the dog park and the common areas. Not a luxury building anymore.
Ive only been here for a week, but have enjoyed it very much!

I feel as though my unit is the best address in Dallas! I have a panoramic view of the north side of downtown Dallas which is breathtaking! I overlook Klyde Warren Park with an eye level view of the Hunt Building and other amazing structures in the heart of downtown! I LOVE this place!

The staff and valet are very courteous and I love the location and walkability of 1900. My floor plan is awesome too and better square footage than surrounding buildings.

I really enjoy living at 1900 McKinney. The location is fantastic! There is easy walking to restaurants, shopping, parks, and coffee shops including Victory Park Hatchways, State Thomas The Alcove for coffee, Doc Bs, Griggs Park, Klyde Warren Park, Magnolia sous le Pont, Mercat Bistro, The Henry, North Italia, Cava, Arlington Hall, Ascension coffee, shopping at the Crescent, DMA, Nasher, arts district, McKinney Ave restaurants, shopping at West Village, fantastic Tom Thumb around the corner, Whole Foods. Forty Five Ten, Neimans, the Eye, and Farmers Market are just within a couple of miles. Valets at 1900 are so helpful- can bring up your groceries, deliver packages to your door, park your car, open doors. Shout out to Brandon who always makes us smile. Management keeps you well informed and safety is great. Views are phenomenal, lobby is nice and bright, optional assigned parking, convenient and clean dog park, freight elevator reservation for move in. Incredibly easy access to 35, 75 and the Tollway. Neighborhood Walmart really close and Target at Haskell.

1900 McKinney is the best place to live in Uptown!
We are fairly new to 1900 but I can honestly say that we have had an excellent and positive experience. The move in was well orchestrated and the staff has been nothing but friendly, helpful and professional. Our unit is amazing--even when we needed some small tweaks, it was handled immediately and done correctly the first time. Leo and the maintenance crew are top notch! Jennifer and Cody from the management team are so great to work with--when you need anything they will work with you and are more than accommodating. Constantly finding the 'solution" should be their moto! If you are looking for a great property with a true condo feel--this is really a great place to call home!

I was having a tough time finding a building that had both the amenities I wanted AND a unit with a wow factor like an amazing view. I found them both in 1900 McKinney. I love how spacious my unit is and I've never had so many closets as I have here! I'd highly recommend making 1900 McKinney your home!
This is an amazing place with an amazing staff. Cris is the ultimate professional, and exceeded all of my expectations in my apartment search. Please give this team a try, you will not be disappointed!
This property has the best views , layout and band for your buck! I visited just about every property in uptown/downtown this is the best! Seriously the views alone will make you fall in love !
Terrific building in a superior location. Grocery, drugstore, restaurants, entertainment venues are all a walk - if you work nearby you rarely need a car. Attentive staff and all the amenities you'd want.
