Everyone has been so kind and ready to help every time I need it! Everyone in the office is always so bubbly and cheerful! The maintenance staff is quick and eager to help as well!

The management and maintenance teams respond quickly and are always polite and professional!

It is a great location, and extraordinary people are working here! The apartments are great and cozy. I recommend Cortland One Twenty-One.

The location is great, but the apartments are old and need major renovations. The appliances are old and cracks on walls. The price of the apartment is too high for an old building.

For the amount of rent one pays here, the trash collection and pest control should be much better. To get maintenance to respond is impossible. A perk they boast is the washer and dryer in the units but when one breaks down, no one is able to assist you. A month without a washer and no explanation as to why no one was able to come. Poor front office customer service. Find a better place to live for this amount of rent.

Cortland is a great company but Cortland One Twenty One is amazing. Friendly management that do their job well and truly care about residents. Maintenance is quick and resolved correctly. No plans to move anytime soon!

Terrible place to live, just be beware. Never can get work orders done, management is careless and charge lots of money to live here to be treated this way. Is not worth it

I’ve never lived in a better run apartment community. The staff and maintenance are very responsive and truly care about the resident’s quality of life. I’m so glad I decided on this property and I would recommend it to everyone.

Office staff is inept and doesn't care. From the manager to the leasing agents, no one is better than the other. If your move in experience is flawless, you'll be happy here, but if you have any issues, you'll be miserable because two months later, they will still be unresolved. Renter beware!

Office staff used to be great but new staff is unprofessional and rude. They act as if you are inconveniencing them by asking for help or asking questions

Nothing but problems moving in. Nothing gets done poor communication. No results. I'm not sure how they manage to run this complex. This is what happens when everyone gets participation trophies. Nice property, poor execution from an inept staff.

I’ve lived at Cortland One Twenty One for the past 5 months and I couldn’t be happier. Management has been quick to resolve issues that have been brought to their attention. Residents are kind and respectful of one another-at least in my building. It’s a quiet and well-kept community. I wish the gym had more equipment options but overall it’s decent. I love living here.

Staff here is friendly and helpful, complex is kept clean and amenities are always kept up nicely. I’ve never waited more than 24 hours for a service call. Definitely recommend.

Courtland 121 has been wonderful! The community is clean and quiet. Management is super friendly and helpful and they work with you when needed.

Courtland One Twenty One is a great community in which to live. I feel safe. The location is great. The staff is responsive, friendly, personable and professional. Maintenance matters are addressed with urgency. Communication is excellent. There really is no downside to living here.

I have had such a great experience at Courtland One Twenty One. The office and service staff are friendly and very responsive. The community is quiet and safe. I wish there were more parking spots available, but thats the only negative thing I can say. My 3 months here have been spectacular.

Maintenance is quick, staff is responsive but they never enforce community rules. Parking is often an issue since there is no guest parking spots.

I'm a relatively new resident (7months) but I can't emphasize enough the friendliness efficiency and overall commitment to great customer service at rhe 121 Cortland community. From the office staff to maintenance staff everyone is very responsive and respectful to their tenants. I hope you all know how much you're appreciated!!

Ive been here for a few years and have seen the investment put into the community. The staff is friendly and makes every attempt to make you feel appreciated. They are prompt and responsive to requests.

When working at Cortland Phillips Creek Ranch, if our property is not that right fit. I always make sure to send them down to my home community because I know they will be appreciated and love The Bristol.

The Bristol is staffed with people that truly care about the welfare of the community and the residents. It starts at the top with Jalissa, the General Manager, and is clearly reflected in all of her staff. The community is well maintained both inside and out. It's a great community to be a part of.

Life at The Bristol has far exceeded my expectations. Not only is the staff friendly, but they are also quick to respond to any issues you have and are always helpful when you have a question. The community feel at the Bristol is equally as fantastic. There are numerous opportunities to interact with your neighbors in different ways through food, exercise classes, etc. which is nice.

Bristol's staff is amazing. Always willing to help and go above and beyond. The apartment is nice and has a lot of room for my kids and I. Both Pools have a family friendly atmosphere, fun to lay around all day relaxing and great evening lighting. Highly recommend and why I resigned my lease.

I really like living in this community. I recently moved her 5 months ago. Its a very quiet community which is something I enjoy. I like that it has access to a lot of things to and from. Very live surroundings, if you do decide to go out on the town. So far. So good.
