Cortland Peachtree Corners is a wonderful place to live. It is a quiet and clean community and the leasing office staff are super nice, friendly and very helpful. The apartments are far enough away from each other in the building that you don't have to worry about hearing your neighbors through the walls. It is within close proximity to shopping and it is really easy to enter and exit the community during rush hour because of the traffic turn lights. There is plenty of parking at all times, day, night, weekends. They host several community events each month and although I have not have the opportunity to attend any of them yet due to timing, I am made aware of them days in advance via email, which is super nice. I hope to make it to some of these in the future.

I helped to move my son out because he had a car accident. I thoroughly checked this apartment before I left. I should have taken photos. I contacted them days before move out to help with the process. No reply. I am aware of some possible carpet cleaning and maybe wall touchup but I received a bill for a broken window-$400. The apartment is on the first floor so anything could have caused a window breakage but it did not happen on my watch. The apartment is inspected al the time.. I receive email updates. Surely it would have been noticed before then and I would have notices because i was parked in handicapped park in front of door most days I was there. I will not be responsible for a window breakage I did not cause.

Hello, We regret that you had these concerns at move-out. We do our very best to be fair in our assessment of homes at move-out and only charge for damages beyond normal wear and tear that were not mentioned on the move-in inspection form. Every home has a move-in inspection completed and we ask residents to note any potential damages on the form which will be used as a reference at move-out. The window damage was not listed on the form. We do inspections throughout the year, but they are specific inspections and not general to pulling up blinds to look at windows. I understand the charge was unexpected, but it is the responsibility of all residents to maintain the home throughout the lease and upon move out return the unit back to us in the condition they received. The best thing about the apartments are the location. But if you want to be able to sleep at night, then this is not the place. Thin walls, you hear everything from you neighbors. If you report excessive noise, nothing is done. There are extra charges with the rent you pay, something I have not seen in other communities.

If you’re looking for the best apartment community you’ve ever lived in, read on. Let me begin by saying I’ve lived in a lot of different apartment communities all around north suburban Atlanta. Living at Cortland in Peachtree Corners has been an absolute dream. I initially moved in 3 years ago, and got a one bedroom apartment. I was coming from a bad situation with a previous landlord where I had to fight tooth and nail to get a black mold problem taken care of. I came to them distraught and was just looking for a new place to live where I wouldn’t have to worry about things like roaches or mold, while not having to pay an absurd amount of rent every month. Cortland was the first complex I looked at and I signed a lease that day. The girl who gave me the tour, Anna, was warm and genuine, I knew immediately that the management was top notch and that this was the place for me. The amenities were mind blowing: a saltwater pool with nice modern lighting, a 24 hour fitness center with equipment that actually works, a package center where you can pick up your packages whenever you want…it seemed too good to be true. Not to mention a peaceful little pond with a nice little outdoor sitting area and KAYAKS! Fast forward three years later, and the only reason I’m leaving is because I’m having a family emergency that requires me to be gone for a while. I’ve never lived at an apartment for this length of time, and it’s only because I’ve been incredibly happy with the community. Every maintenance issue (which have even few and far between) I’ve ever had has been taken care of immediately, sometimes within hours of sending the request. Tim, the maintenance guy I mostly dealt with, is a really kind and genuine guy. I never dealt with any sort of mold or bug problems. Any time I’ve ever had a question, it’s been answered expediently and with professional levels of customer service. The rent is absolutely worth it for the quality of apartment they provide, from the countertops to the new appliances, everything is perfect for modern living. They were just built within the past few years, so everything is brand new and constantly being updated. They even installed bathroom mirror lights and cabinet lights not long ago. The apartments are built so well that you don’t really deal with noise from other apartments. If I ever move back to the Peachtree Corners area, I will rent here. I would recommend anyone who is wanting to live in this area, rent here!
My husband and I have moved in prior the change of management by Cortland (it was called Echo) in 2018. We have not felt the need of moving since we don't need those extra space. But what really kept us here since 2018 is the great amenities, friendly staffs, cleanliness around the public areas, landscaping, and such ( i can go on and on). So yes, I would definitely recommending my friends to live here, and renew our leases if needed.
Cortland Peachtree Corners is a beautiful complex with updated, spacious units. The staff is very responsive to inquiries and address concerns quickly. After 2 months I am enjoying my time here.

I am enjoying the area and Cortland apartments very much. My two bedroom two bath has an open floor plan with good space and storage for an apartment. Love the pool and other amenities!

CORTLAND Peachtree Corners is a great place to live. The staff is accommodating and easy to communicate with. Ive been here for 2 years since they opened and overall I have no complaints. Other residents just need to follow the valet trash rules and no have their garbage out for several days at a time.

The community at Cortland is great and there are many amenities.
I moved here in October, right in the middle of the pandemic. Although the amenities are limited at this time, the community makes every effort to keep us involved through virtual events and newsletters. The walking trail is well maintained and peaceful. Cant wait to enjoy the many amenities once we all are out of danger from Covid-19.

Cortland at Peachtree corners is a great place to live. Maintenance is always on top of your request, Leasing/managing staff is amazing. Ive been here for almost 6 months and within those months, any concern that Ive had theyve addressed it immediately. I will say this though, valet trash is inconsistent with their rules but aside from that, its so safe and calm/quiet. You really wont regret moving in
Ive lived at Cortland Peachtree Corners for over 7 months now and enjoy it here everyday! The environment, cleanliness of the community and staff here are very approachable and pleasing. Ive leased with most companys in the metro Atlanta area and can honestly say Cortland and Cortland Peachtree Corners is by far my favorite.
I've lived in many apartments throughout my life, and had horrible living experiences whether it was issues with the apartment or issues with staff that simply made it more difficult to finish out my lease. I've been here half a year already and can't say how much of a difference it is to experience a competent management and staff. EVERYONE is friendly and very personable which makes it easier to communicate and interact with one another. The weekly updates/events, makes this a great community to live in, making it feel like a big family. The gated and cleanliness of the apartment buildings and common grounds, not only make it pleasant to live here, but also makes you feel safe which also makes it a great place for you and your family.

Lovely and safe apartments, nice view at the lake. Attentive staff, super fast maintenance. Really really love living here and looking forward to renew my lease. This has been the best apartment Ive stayed in. The whole aesthetic and vibe of the place is really nice.
Cortland apartment is beautifully built and I enjoy the scenery, the dog park, and all the beautiful dogs that reside here. However, the initial step in completing the application was not very smooth and it was quite an ordeal, I wish people picked up after their dog, the gate is almost always malfunctioning, and the recycling system is not what I thought. I was disappointed to see a garbage man empty the contents into the garbage truck.
My experience at Cortland Peachtree Corners so far has been better than I expected. From setting up a tour of the apartment to going through the leasing process, the leasing team has been responsive, helpful, and friendly, and that has continued into my time as a resident. My apartment was clean and ready for me on my move in date, and the team made that day run smoothly as well. I was impressed with the condition of my unit, as well as surprised with how spacious it actually is. Since moving in almost 2 months ago, I haven't had any issues requiring maintenance, which is impressive to me because my last apartment experience, I had a whole list of things needing to be fixed from day one. The Cortland apartments are a lot newer than those, but that's a big perk, because everything is still in good condition. The community itself is great, from what I've seen. I have a view of the lake, and it's so relaxing to sit out on my balcony and look at it. The community looks clean and well maintained. I also haven't had any problems with the gates, and I like the extra layer of security. The only downside I've run into is that parking can be a bit difficult to find, especially in the evenings. But I can usually find a spot not too far away, so it hasn't been a big issue. Overall, my experience here has been extremely positive, and I have enjoyed my time as a resident so far and am excited to continue living here.
When I visited the U.S. in the first time, I chose a bad apartment community, which was my previous apartment, and then I had terrible experiences. However, after moving in this apartment community, I am comfortably living here. I am glad to select this one.
