Cortland Preston North is a great apartment complex, with only one major issue: the leasing office is in desperate need of a major remodelling. The location is perfect (super close to both Prosper shopping center), the prices are reasonable, and there's no crime here, but the leasing office looks like it's from 1990.

Beautiful and well maintained apartments. You’re closer to Prosper and McKinney than Frisco center city. So you’ll have to go far to use town amenities like the Frisco public library. Other than that a good location and good apartments.

I've enjoyed my first year living here at Cortland Preston North! I'm looking forward to renewing or transferring a lease to a different Cortland to be closer to work. Any time there was a concern about anything, the Cortland team was always there to help and guide me. Additionally, all the maintance requests I submitted were efficiently taken care of right away. Not to mention, the amenities are also great at any Cortland complex. I'm looking forward to renting from Cortland until I settle down to purchase a house.

I alway have to request service multiple time. They would lie and say the request was done, but no one would show up. This is very frustrating. They were on top of it at first, but now no good. I when to the office multiple time for the same problem and it still was not done.

Great Property
I’m a longtime resident and have found the staff in the office and maintenance to be very cooperative and helpful. The landscaping has been well maintained. I have not needed much repair work, but when I have it has been taken care of very efficiently. If you're looking for an apartment I recommend checking Preston North out.

Cortland Preston North is the perfect secluded feeling location yet minutes from everything you need. I love going on walks with my dogs in the neighborhood or to our own large dog park in the community. Very dog friendly and all courtyards offer dog waste stations. Finishes and floor plans are modern and fun. Prices are good compared to other areas up north. The front office staff have been so wonderful from the day I moved in. I will stay within the Cortland family if I move to a different community at some point. Everyone is always helpful and the move in process is super easy. Love my apartment!

My wife and I can highly recommend Preston Cortland North to everyone. The grounds and building are kept up and the Cortland Team is great. I can't say enough about the front office and management team. The swimming pool was just refurbished, and it is a very nice pool.

Cortland Preston North has been a great, quality place I've called my home for 3 1/2 years now and has been a blessing during a challenging season in life. Outside of the price, I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and mostly I like the peaceful tranquility in my home and being near places I visit frequently in Frisco and North Dallas. I recommend checking out Cortland in your area if you have experienced wood floors coming up out of the floor among other issues commonplace in other older apartments with poor maintenance since my experience here has definitely been an upgrade.
