We have been with Cortland since 2015 and have enjoyed being part of a Cortland community. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful and always very helpful and friendly. The complex is always well maintained along with the grounds. We enjoy the saltwater swimming pool along with the workout room.

Cortland Preston North team is great not only the front office but the maintenance team as well. We really enjoy living here, because everyone is always friendly and helpful. Cortland Preston North is a great apartment complex, with only one major issue: the leasing office is in desperate need of a major remodelling. The location is perfect (super close to both Prosper shopping center), the prices are reasonable, and there's no crime here, but the leasing office looks like it's from 1990.

Beautiful and well maintained apartments. You’re closer to Prosper and McKinney than Frisco center city. So you’ll have to go far to use town amenities like the Frisco public library. Other than that a good location and good apartments.

I have lived at Cortland Preston North for over five years. Overall it has been a very positive living experience. Great location, management team, and amenities. Nowhere is perfect but Cortland works hard to make this a great place to live. I have recommended this location to friends and believe it’s a great community to live in.

I alway have to request service multiple time. They would lie and say the request was done, but no one would show up. This is very frustrating. They were on top of it at first, but now no good. I when to the office multiple time for the same problem and it still was not done.

Great Property
I’m a longtime resident and have found the staff in the office and maintenance to be very cooperative and helpful. The landscaping has been well maintained. I have not needed much repair work, but when I have it has been taken care of very efficiently. If you're looking for an apartment I recommend checking Preston North out.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE, my billing continues to be WRONG even when I prepay in advance. Second time in a row this has happened after the front desk swore it wouldn't be an issue.

Cortland Preston North is a great place to live especially if you have a family. It is a safe, family and pet friendly community. Added perks include baby bunnies playing in the grass early in the mornings and watching the beautiful sunset in the evenings.

Cortland Preston North is the perfect secluded feeling location yet minutes from everything you need. I love going on walks with my dogs in the neighborhood or to our own large dog park in the community. Very dog friendly and all courtyards offer dog waste stations. Finishes and floor plans are modern and fun. Prices are good compared to other areas up north. The front office staff have been so wonderful from the day I moved in. I will stay within the Cortland family if I move to a different community at some point. Everyone is always helpful and the move in process is super easy. Love my apartment!

My wife and I can highly recommend Preston Cortland North to everyone. The grounds and building are kept up and the Cortland Team is great. I can't say enough about the front office and management team. The swimming pool was just refurbished, and it is a very nice pool.

Cortland Preston North has been a great, quality place I've called my home for 3 1/2 years now and has been a blessing during a challenging season in life. Outside of the price, I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and mostly I like the peaceful tranquility in my home and being near places I visit frequently in Frisco and North Dallas. I recommend checking out Cortland in your area if you have experienced wood floors coming up out of the floor among other issues commonplace in other older apartments with poor maintenance since my experience here has definitely been an upgrade.

Lovely community. Close enough to main roads that nothing is to far of a drive but surrounded by trees and woods that provide a feeling of being away from the city hustle and bustle. Higher class nieghborhoods in close proximity that promote a higher class of people and a cleaner feeling in the immediate area. Office and support staff are awesome proffesional and very nice.

Cortland Preston North is a great place to live with a family. We are so happy we found this apartment community to call home. The management team & staff here are amazing. They all go above and beyond their job titles. This is the best apartment community we have live at since being in this area for 13 years. Coming from a house we havent lacked or been disappointed in our stay here so far. Whenever an issues has come up the management and staff were so willing to make things right for our family.

Having such a great leasing office and maintenance team makes all the difference in choosing where one decides to live. I am so happy with my move here to Cortland. And what made me choose Cortland was the friendly, welcoming, and warming greetings and interactions I had with Lauren and the other team members. Coming home to Cortland @ Preston after a long day of work is so enjoyable, peaceful, and relaxing.
