Cortland Reunion

This apartment complex is a disappointment. The management sucks, front office is lazy, the amenities don’t work most of the time, gates are never closed and have been broken for the past year or so.

Cortland reunion was once upon a dream place. When we moved in, oh it was wonderful. The property itself is gorgeous. The apartments on the surface level is great (I have growing concerns about the insides of walls and things, but thats not my job). The initial experience was great. Until the management shift. And when other well like office staff was let go/left. Now I avoid the office like the plague because not for nothing, I'm not a fan of being spoken to like I'm dumb or I'm a child from a person who is probably about the same age as me, perhaps a bit older, maybe. Fact of the matter is, it doesn't matter how old I am, what I look like or anything. I'm a paying resident. Time and time again I watch people being toured around and again, all the freaking stops. I watch interactions with residents, and they are not so pleasant. It's not okay. Do the job you're supposed to do. Please.

The place has gone downhill. Buildings in awful shape, office hours cut in half, and impossible to get maintenance to communicate

These are great apartments in a great area. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. Elizabeth, Evie and Kayla are very professional and friendly. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. The maintenance staff (Carlos, Flor and Albert) are excepcional. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I love it here! The apartment is so nice and spacious. The management and maintenance team respond quickly and are always helpful.

When I chose to move here 5 years ago, I prioritized safety, security, and good service. The initial company that managed the property was excellent - the gate was always closed, parking was easy to find, and the service team was responsive. I felt safe and welcomed. However, things have since deteriorated. Despite loving the proximity to my office and family, I am extremely disappointed with everything that has transpired over the past three years.

Great place to live, close to a lot of essential stores and entertainment. Easy access to roadways. Good sized living spaces and nice features.

I have lived at Cortland Reunion for 7 months and enjoy the quiet, safe grounds. Management stays on top of notifications and keeps you informed.

Cortland Reunion is actually the first apartment complex I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying and I’m so glad I made the decision. The community is very friendly, and the staff is alway looking out for your best interest and providing top customer service. If you’re looking for an apartment complex to call home, I cannot recommend Cortland Reunion enough!

Aside from the genuinely friendly staff, the fun, modern, and immersive on-site facilities and activities make Cortland a great place to live. And it's in an unbeatable location; hidden away yet right in the middle of everything. Looking forward to resigning my lease!

I originally lived here back in 2021 and had to move out for personal reasons. I am so happy to be back in this wonderful community. I would also just like to thank Kelley in the front office. She is absolutely amazing and was able to get me and my roommate back into our original unit.

Cortland Reunion is a great place to stay. I have stayed here 2 years and I don't plan on moving any time soon. Very professional and friendly staff.

The chill vibe of Cortland Reunion and the bright apartments with cool finishings and features make this my favorite home I’ve ever lived in — and I moved 15 times in 20 years. I truly love this place. From the free Peloton membership to the pet spa, distance to Disney Parks, and beautifully kept grounds, I’m proud to live at Cortland Reunion and to recommend it to everyone I know who is looking to find a new home.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. They will not take any issues you have seriously and will say they will do something and then don’t. They also never fix the gates so there is no really security here. They are too busy with making sure they get raises and bonuses to do anything productive for their residents

The apartments themselves may be nice but definitely not worth the price. Especially when no one answers any maintenance requests or any complaints. Management is not helpful at all. The gate and pool have been broken/unusable for weeks now. Definitely not renewing.

Promised smart home features that I never received even though I was advised that everyone else in the community apparently has them by management, and the service guys told me they have been having issues for a while. Stopped trying to get that done. The guest entry gate solemnly works, need to drive out to open it constantly for deliveries and guests, even after the most recent maintenance on it unfortunately. All of the staff(management and maintenance) are all very friendly, I know they can only do so much so I don’t want to be too harsh on them, but with the amount of money I’m spending on this place, I am unsure if it is worth it for the long run.

Cortland is a wonderful community to live in. However it does come at a price, and a lot of amenities that need money invested into them. The apartments are great, the maintenance team is fast and gets things resolved quickly. The office staff is very kind but we get more excuses of why things aren’t done, instead of positive changes. There is also a lack of communication at times. I have loved my time here. My only major complaint is I wish we had a better dog park, and better trash bins outside for trash pick up.

I love this apartment complex. The office staff and maintenance team are very nice, friendly and always willing to assist, quick and efficient. Xia is the best and I appreciate her for patience and help. The amenities here are great. I would definitely recommend Cortland Reunion!

This is the best safest and best place to live every amenity at your fingertips! And when your single that’s great !!!

The staff genuinely cares and I definitely feel special.

It is a beautiful place however as someone who works from home I have quite the amount of concerns. The units were quickly put together and you can tell. I am the first one in this unit and you can see paint drops on the floors as well as sloppy paint jobs around the doors and base boards. One cabinet door in the kitchen wasn't even attached properly so it is useless. Part of the floor sinks as if there isn't anything underneath. The wifi goes out almost every quarter as well as having the alexa in the wall is quite intruding. People drag race down the road almost daily so it is hard to work during the day. The staff is never in the office to answer calls during their open hours and my emails are left unread. With all that being said I feel like I am paying too much for an apartment that looks like it was thrown together.

I love living at Cortland reunion. It's beautiful, quiet, beautiful dog parks, and the office staff is incredible. Anyone looking for a nice, respectful place to call home should look here.

I moved to Cortland Reunion, site unseen, from out of state. I feel the website depicts the property very well, and it felt like home after only a couple weeks of living here. Both the office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful, as well. One thing I really like about this complex is it’s outside of the busyness of Orlando and kind of tucked away, yet it’s only like a 5-10 minute drive to just about everything you need.

Cortland community is the way to go! Apartment is very nice with great amenities and very modern. Additionally, I love all the activities that the office team put together for the tenants. The maintenance Juan also does a great job getting things fix in a timely manner. I am glad I made the decision to go with Cortland Apartment!

It's been a great place to live with quick and great customer service

Cortland Reunion is a great place to live, it is quiet, private, and a beautiful campus. The private gates never work, and always causing issues. The office and maintenance staff are amazing.

Brittany and crew are super fast to answer any questions I may have. They are always extremely friendly each time I talk with them. They have at times gone above and beyond their duties with helping me! Love Them All!!

The staff truly care about your experience, they listen and problem solve incredibly fast, as well are always super friendly. The maintenance team are super competent and come out stupid quickly. They work around pets and schedules and just are awesome!

Just better have enough money to live here is all I'm saying the way prices are going up here.

I moved in a couple of months ago and have thus far enjoyed my experience at Cortland Reunion. I am in a 3-bedroom apt and love the modern features and spaciousness. I love that it is in a quiet area, however, still very close to the theme parks.

I regret moving here. Theres no service, its aesthetically nice but cheaply put together. Plus their pest issue inside and outside goes unaddressed. Its not worth the money.

I love my apartment it has all the bells and whistles! I also have nice neighbors.

This is the best place to live hands down, not busy area or street pretty quite and peaceful

Now that we have been here for a year, I can certainly recommend Cortland Reunion. The location is very convenient, not only to the theme parks, but also I-4 to get to Tampa, and more immediate needs like grocery/gas station/etc. Units are a nice size, the staff is great to interact with and prompt to take care of issues, and for me the best aspect that sets it apart is the fitness center. I wouldn't even call it a fitness center as much as a gym, and it is easily the best apartment gym I've seen. Not often, or should I say never have I seen one with dumbbells over 50lbs. Great added bonus to a great place to live.

Absolutely, love living here. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I needed help getting a large mirror out of my car, Alex came and helped me. I needed help getting my Golden in my car, three from office came and helped me. Everyone has just been amazing and extremely friendly.

We’ve recently moved out from almost a 2 year stay at Cortland at Reunion. To start with, we had an unoccupied apartment experience a leak that flooded our apartment. Management did very little to assist until we were irate of the lack of communication and follow through. The property manager avoids residents at all costs. Emails responses when you’ve stopped in the office to speak to her, calls when you email etc. we’ve paid our final balance and received an email stating that it would be sent to collections due to lack of payment. Our dog was attacked while on leash numerous times, office only called residents to correct the lease violations and never checked on my physically hurt dog. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent here.

Beautiful community, informative employees in the leasing office with amazing attitudes and a peaceful place to live.

Living at Cortland Reunion has been incredible. The homes are beautiful, the staff is welcoming, and the other tenants are friendly. Weve made some great friends since moving here in February!

The community here is insanely well integrated and the amenities are more than enough to convince you. Management is superb and the communication amongst the community is without a doubt commendable.

As a resident of cortland Reunion I love living here! The location is close to everything you could possibly think of. The overall location of property makes it feel relaxed and peaceful. The pools and amenities feel like your at a resort. The smart home features are a great bonus. Overall me and my kids really enjoy living in this community.

Noise control. Have spoken to management numerous times about loud neighbors. The last response I received was to video tape noise and send it. It is extremely hard to get bass, loud tv noise, loud footsteps on video/audio recording. Our downstair neighbors are extremely loud. I know other people report noise issues as well since Cortland sends out excessive loud noise reminders for our building. I wish those reminders would work but they dont. I dont know what action Cortland management has taken, but clearly its not working. This is the primary reason I will not be renewing my lease coming up. Love the apartment, hate the noise; this is with me being on the 3rd floor towards the back of a building that faces a wooded area.

I absolutely love it here! From the community, to the apartments themselves, to the staff...Cortland Reunion is the place to be!

Management team was very engaged during the COVID crisis and proved to our family that we were valuable residents with their response and reactions to our particular situation. Always feel welcomed in clubhouse.

Cortland reunion has given us a sense of relief as a family because we now feel safe and feel like our concerns matter. Each and every staff member has always gone above and beyond to help us in everything. They are truly a family friendly community and thats the most important thing for us.

I love living here! The apartment is nice and the team at the office is so accommodating!
