Great place to live, The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the apartment itself is clean and well-maintained. The staff are always helpful and courteous. Couldn't ask for more.

We lived here almost 8 years and we loved walking the kids to school being walkable distance to the doctors and grocery store.

We lived here 7 years and favorite time of the year was summer time being able to enjoy the pool.

I live here for about 3 years and overall I had a good time. Pros - Quick to fix issues - Nice installations - Quiet community - Friendly - Clean outside area Cons - Swimming pool closes too early and is in maintenance a lot - A little strict with regulations - Gym equipment too old

Apartments for nice and bright! The complex is quiet and great for families! The grounds are always kept up very nice and there are lots of nice trees, so it feels secluded even though it’s a prime location. I loved living here.

I think overall this apartment checks off most boxes. The location is great (minus the hospital helipad across the street). Apartment price is great for what you get. Had a few issues with reoccurring maintenance issues but they were always timely in fixing them. Garage and hot tub amenity was a plus!

We loved our time here at Cortland Ridge. Spent 3 years here and don’t think we could have found a better place to rent in Utah County. Can’t beat the price and value with the amenities offered. We loved having our own garage, having access to the pool and hot tub, and not feeling crammed. Can’t beat the location being so close to the freeway.

We loved living here! 3 years, no issues. Fast maintenance. The apartments are a little older but they are maintained well. We only moved because we bought a house!

It has been a great place and near everything I need. The staff are great and when we need something fixed it is done timely.

I have been living here for 5 years now. The complex is very well kept. The remodeling they are doing on the units are fabulous. The staff is great. The apartments are very spacious. I love that they have no hidden fees. It is so close to everything but still super quiet.

I love how clean and spacious they are and I’m especially love having my own garage and spacious balcony. I’ve noticed the management people often cleaning the around the dumpsters, hallways, and property in general. Very clean and well maintained! Also, it’s close to I-15, many different grocery stores and other stores that I go daily. I highly recommend!

I rated Cortland Ridge Aparments as exelent customer service and incomparable calm and well take care, no pets, non smoking place community , my apartment has beautiful counters tops ,nice hardwood floors and tile through the whole inside, I love it,this is my first time renting after awhile and I'm very pleased with Cortland Ridge Aparments in all aspects , period. I love this community because the property is maintain clean and is safe to live in. The staff are really friendly, professional and they really helpful. The maintenance staff are efficient and reliable and responsive. The neighbors are friendly and is a quiet play to live in. Schools, hospital, clinics and grocery stores are within walking distance. This apartment is good, staff is nice, good prices and environment is also good, I've enjoyed living there.

Amenities including the hot tub, pool, workout equipment are rarely ever working.Crappy appliances- pretty much everything in my apartment has needed repair.RUDE Condescending and DISHONEST staff. Literally every interaction! Take a drive around the complex and you will see old couches sitting around every dumpster, broke fences on every corner, and just trashiness all around. This place just has gone to crap. Maintenance and staff that never wants to help resolve things. I was told our AC just was poorly designed and couldn't be repaired. I'd say you get what you pay for, but here you will pay a ton and literally get nothing but a roof over your head. Cannot pay rent online and can literally not be provided any book keeping of your rental history upon request. WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER

My husband and I loved living at Cortland Ridge! - Close to the freeway, so that makes travel easy. - Homey/cozy feel instead of the industrial feel most new apartment complexes have. - Loved that our apartment had a garage and one parking spot in front. - Open parking spots without hidden fees and that guests could stay in without getting booted/towed like most places in Provo. - Pool and spa were a great touch! - Always kept up the grounds super well and it always looked pretty. - We never needed maintenance on anything for the entire year that we were there. - Treadmill and a few other exercise machines were convenient. - I feel like the apartments were more spacious for their price v. new apartments that are super expensive with not that much room. We never felt cramped. - We lived on the first floor and NEVER heard any of our upstairs neighbors' talking, tv, etc. (So nice!) - Walking distance to 3 parks. - Oh and the big bathtub! Seriously, no apartments I've seen have had one like that. Anyways, those are the things that come to the top of my mind. I highly recommend checking these apartments out!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have an ESA and they were easy to work with concerning that. The management staff are all really great! They responded to repair requests quickly, and were communicative about any upcoming maintenance. The apartments themselves are beautiful!

Appartment was good but the management was so bad. You don’t expect to get your deposit back. The management started to make more strict rules such as you can’t have your own barbecue. You could find a brand new appartment and more flexible lease cheaper somewhere else

It's an apartment: not a home that I own. My previous apartment was dirty, dark, and I had to beg for maintenance. I hated to go home. HERE? I love to go home at night. Sure, the carpet isn't what I would have picked for myself. The walls a neutral color...But it's bright, cheery, MINE! I moved into a clean apartment. I had an issue with the refrigerator, and it got replaced! IMMEDIATELY! I know I have neighbors, but the people that live here are mature enough to know they have neighbors as well: quiet, clean, friendly. The staff actually knows my name! I've only been here a few months and they know ME! I am at home. It isn't just a place to park my car and sleep: it is my home. Thank you Cortland Ridge.
