Beautiful community next to plenty of trails with mountain views! We must’ve toured 10 different complexes before landing on this one due to the great location, proximity to trails, cute upgraded apartment with mountain views, and excellent customer service. Janell has been super helpful and communicative from the time we toured to move- in day! Maintenance has been quick to tend to service requests. Parking can get a bit crowded at night but not terrible. Overall we’re very happy with our move- in experience!

I have lived in this complex for a few years. I will give credit to the new management company, because we have had multiple issues in our unit, and maintenance was quick to respond each time. That being said, myself and a handful of other tenants have received notices that we can no longer stay in our units once our leases run out because of upgrade to said units. I’ve talked to multiple friends and family members who have rented for longer periods of time, some 10+ years, and have never had this happen. And while we were offered the opportunity to move into an upgraded unit, it would also see our rent increase over $600 more a month. We had no plans to move for at least another year, so I don’t see why in unit renovations couldn’t wait until then. I know my family isn’t the only one upset by this, or put out. I’ve noticed several neighbors already leaving because of the astronomical rent increase that a new lease would bring.

Will be our 3rd year July of 2023. When Cortland bought out the property from Ridge at Rockrimmon I was afraid of new management. They did increase the rent when they took over but not by an unfair amount. What we pay now is still probably better than we'd find most places. Since taking over they've repainted all the buildings and are working on getting us a heated pool year round. Very responsive to maintenance requests and friendly staff too. Right next to a great walking path and I've never had issues with parking. Plan on staying a long time!

Cortland Rockrimmond are the best apartments in Spring and we loved and miss living there. We had to moved to a different state but the time we lived here was absolutely amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, maintenance issues were immediately addressed. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good and safe place to live.

Beautiful views, love walking my dog on the trails. Enjoy a perfect view of the mountains. Staff is great and responsive. Updates are looking good.

July 2023 will be 3 yrs. I am a resident here.I can honestly say that Cortland is bringing this property up to a higher standard.I have always felt safe here and never has there been any issues, so when they added security to patrol the grounds, that just reinforced that feeling.The units are Quiet.. I barely hear my neighbors. If I do it’s a muffled sound of a drawer closing. I’m in a one bedroom and it’s really nice.. I love that I have my own Hvac unit, a/c heat , high ceilings, open floor plan, updated appliances, and my garage.The renovations are incredible..the exterior paint job was just finished and is top notch. They replaced boards, power washed, and did the paint the way it’s supposed to be done, not just slapping a coat of paint over chipped wood. Cortland really encourages more of a community.They have gatherings in the clubhouse for holidays. We have a community forum online in case anyone wants to post a message or sell something . I’ve looked around at other complexes and was pleased to find out that this property is an excellent value, prices are still under market here. I’m also excited that they renovated the pool and barbecue area .. good things all around Close to I25 without the noise, close to Costco and shops at university village. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the new owners/ management.. you won’t regret living here.

I have lived at Cortland 6 yrs. Very nice apartments, near everything yet quite and next to Ute Valley. New owners are improving the complex, it will even better. Out new manager Norma is very friendly, professional, courteous, she make you feel at home here. Stop by and meet her and have a Capacino as well!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Lived there for a year and had more problems than I could count. Drainage was poor and the snow melted into my apartment resulting in flooding. Garage door broke with my car in it and wasn't fixed for a few days. Sewage backed up into the showers and flooded the bathroom. Personnel was never in the office when they were open resulting in it taking quite a few days and leaving work early to get a package. I just wouldn't recommend all the trouble that will come from living here.
