Cortland Satori

The Cortland Satori is a great, central location for someone new to the area. We are 10-15 away from downtown St. Pete and minutes from multiple shops and grocery stores. The staff are extremely friendly and flexible. It's been a very smooth transition for someone who moved from the east coast of Florida.

Good apartments and location, but some concerns remain as to how utilities are being charged (overcharged). I am also writing this without yet knowing the effects of hurricane Milton to the area.

When the quality of amenities and maintenance is reduced, the rental fees should also be reduced.

The complex is nice but some basic things like keeping the coffee lounges stocked and printers functional aren't done. Printers always out of ink and/or paper and don't connect to computers. The layed off a bunch of people and got rid of the best guy they had, Edvin was exceptional and always on top of everything. Idk why they would layoff their most helpful and personable leasing agent.

Overall I am very happy with my apartment. I feel safe and valued as a resident. All of my issues have been resolved quickly and to my satisfactionn. I do wish that the rent was a little more reasonable.

Nice place to live with friendly staff and nice amenities. Noise can be a bit of a problem but other than that we have no complaints!

I would 100% recommend living here, the staff are very friendly and you will be well taken care of. As for someone who has moved from California all the way here this place feels like home. You will not be disappointed!

Please try to find somewhere else. The staff can only do their best, but it is corporate that makes it impossible to do their jobs effectively. Because of the greed of this company, your complaints will fall on deaf ears.

Living at Cortland Satori has been the best complex I have lived in so far. It feels like a resort, especially the pool and gyms. Maintenance is very quick to respond to issues and so is the staff. Very happy living here!

This apartment complex is awesome. It's clean, beautifully landscaped, has plenty of amenities and safe. The staff are amazing and always prompt in resolving issues.

I’ve lived in many different apartments and did a lot of research before moving to cortland satori. Since day 1 everything has been wonderful! The complex is gorgeous, the amenities are great. You can tell they take great care of this complex and everything is well kept. So far all of the residents are really friendly, and everyone seems to enjoy living here!

Overall decent experience. Amenities are nice but are dirty and not taken care of. The water smells bad on the property. The front desk and maintenance are great and helpful. The WiFi is very weak in the office spaces even though the office spaces is a big selling point of the apartments.

Definitely move here! The staff is the best I've ever experienced! The units are beautiful, and the grounds are second to none. Every day is vacation at Cortland Satori.

We moved into Cortland Satori back in December 2023. They made the move in experience seamless, and we have enjoyed living here. So, well that we recommended it to friends of ours that moved from Jacksonville Florida and they leased an apartment as well.

I love living here. The sense of community and safety is amazing. The amenities are top notch and the events are great. 10/10

Over priced over promised and under whelmingly disappointing. Grills work half the time (actually never because they can't have a maintenance program to check them), never any coffee at any of the buildings they claim they have those, you are lucky to find paper at either of the business offices. Any time I see people in the community they quickly scurry away and are not friendly at all (I have been here for 8 months and haven't met a single person here except staff). Food trucks are brought in twice a week but yet we have to pay for the food, so why would I go pay extra for food? Gym equipment isn't always working and it is never fixed (go to the main gym upstairs where the treadmills are and you will see). They finally fixed the front gate after basically my entire time here about 8 months and low and behold people still tailgate in and Cortland still tells their residents it is on them to stop people from coming in by asking them if they are residents here before you just drive in? Front desk people are nice but you aren't paying for that you are paying for amenities that are not being maintained.

I have had the pleasure of living at Cortland Satori for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I first stepped food into this community, I knew it was the right place for me! The property its self is impeccably maintained, amazing ascetics/landscaping, great common areas, and two gyms! The pool area is like stepping out into a resort! What truly sets Cortland apart is the people running the property. Patrick my leasing agent has gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count. He truly cares about his residents and the property. Moving here from NY has been one of the best choices I have ever made!

We recently moved out of after living at Sayori for just over two years. Pros: - Large, resort-style pool area - Great gym facilities with lots of machines - Nice dog park area - Convenient location that makes it easy to pop over to Tampa or drive to downtown St. Pete. - The people who work in the leasing office are very nice. Cons: - My husband’s car was stolen from the parking lot. Police finally found it but it took two weeks. It’s easy to get into this parking lot. - LOTS of silverfish here. One crawled in my husband’s ear while he was sleeping and he had to go to the emergency room. Satori paid his hospital bill so that was appreciated, but he’s still scarred for life by the whole experience. The silverfish are EVERYWHERE. - The buildings are wood frame so you can hear your neighbors really easily. We heard our upstairs neighbor walking around all day and night, it was very loud. - The water smells like eggs. Even after two years, it was so stinky every time we turned on the faucet. We bought ice at the grocery store because ice from the ice maker in the fridge made our water taste like rotten eggs. - We specifically chose a first floor apartment near the entrance because our elderly dog could not use stairs and had to use the bathroom frequently. The office staff told us that the company wanted to use our apartment as the model unit and moving to a new unit was nonnegotiable, so they forces us out and then immediately let someone else move into our old apt, clearly not using it as the model unit at all. I don’t know why we were lied to, but it was definitely the weirdest experience we’ve had with an apartment complex ever.

I have lived here since it opened, being the first tenants in the apartment that we are living in. I have felt safe here. My neighbors are all pleasant and any issues have been addressed as soon as possible. The location is very convenient. Management has added many amenities that enhance our experience as tenants here.

I moved from owning a condo downtown Chicago to renting a two bedroom at Cortland. During my transition I was looking for a community with state of the art amenities and friendly staff. I got both! If you are looking for a place to call home I would definitely recommend Cortland Satori on Grand! The amenities are top notch. It’s like living at a resort!

Courtland Satori is the ideal place to live. From the courteous and professional staff to excellent maintenance technicians to the greatest amenities. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend it to all.

I enjoy bug free, gorgeous sunsets on my wraparound porch every evening, that is, of course, unless I am relaxing in our resort style pool. Dinner is quick and easy in my beautiful kitchen and everything is so fresh and new take a walk around the community you will see the painstakingly curated landscape that leads you to believe your in a park rather than the city! It is the best place I've lived and I plan on staying!

Cortland Satori is a nice place to live. Great apartment sizes/layouts and amenities, responsive and friendly maintenance, and courteous and professional leasing staff. We very much enjoy the resident activities offered, and the community's location can't be beat!

My husband and I love living at cortland satori. The amenities feel like a hotel and there are always so many activities going on for the residents. Staff is also very helpful and quick to communicate. Location is also perfect! We would recommend to any friends looking to move to this area !!

We moved in from New York, luckily we managed to see the community but not our apartment. The whole team were nothing but helpful with our move. We have had one maintenance issue (air went out) within 2 hours of putting in the request we had a portable unit installed and the issue was fixed next day. Wonderful amenities which are actually maintained/ improved.

This place has amazing team that knows how to treat their tenants. I would recommend this place to everyone. So many places and every kind of store within 5 mins. Check this place out

I have lived all over the Tampa Bay area over the last 7 years and cortland is by far the most attentive! Great community events, quick maintenance staff and fair pricing!! Great location if you are looking to be close to both tampa and st pete beach!

Community is well kept, maintenance comes in a timely manner, and the office staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable. Love our unit and how new everything is!

Before even moving into the apartment, Maddie was such a great help with our move in list and made it super easy and quick. Move in day was so easy and and quick and it had been nothing but good things from Cortland. The amenities are all great and I really love my apartment so much!! Everything I need is nearby (the highways, restaurants, grocery stores etc.) Will be staying here for a long time!!

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half, I absolutely love it here! The community is so welcoming, everyone seems to know each other eventually. We have so many community events that it’s hard not to know one another. And the staff? Ugh, couldn’t be a better group of people! Even my dogs a famous face to them. We love it here!

this is by far the best place to live in pinellas. we looked for weeks and toured dozens of places and this is the best quality home with the best price in a nice area. we love it here

I have lived at Cortland Satori for nearly 11 months now. The leasing staff is always quick with responses. The property overall is maintained nicely! I love the dog park and various amenities.

We’ve been at Satori for a year and a half. It’s beautiful and community oriented! The complex is always clean and they make sure things get taken care of asap.The staff is on top of things. Once you notify them of anythingit is always handled promptly! We transition into a new apartment and patrick helped with the entire process making it seamless. 10/10 service highly recommend!

I’ve really enjoyed my stay here for the past couple months as a resident. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and is always planning very fun and thoughtful events to bring the community closer together! Amenities are well maintained and super spacious and the neighbors are friendly as well. Wouldn’t recommend living anywhere else!

Just moved in a couple months ago. Needed to work fast on finding a place and they offered so many great resources and worked with my schedule . Always willing to help and maintenance is very fast and always available if needed. Highly recommend. The upkeep with the amenities is also unmatched.
