The southwest portion of Meridian contains several cozy residential spots among lush, wide open spaces, just 11 miles due west of Boise, Idaho. With I-84 conveniently located in the neighborhood, getting to Boise quickly makes Southwest Meridian a great location for easy commutes.

Very Happy with my Choice
I was welcomed by the assistant property manager, Matty, with kindness and warmth like we were old friends. She has a wealth of knowledge on the property and answered my questions in a timely manner. Her communication via email or texting is very professional with a quick reply time. The property itself is kept up very nicely in the common areas, no litter on the grounds and the indoor areas have clean surfaces and floors. While originally touring the campus, I noticed how neighborly the community was. I had been greeted by a few community members at the fabulous mail and package dilvery room, and several people held doors for me with a smile. Among my interactions with the assistant property manager, maintenance crew, front desk employee and neighbors, there was not one sour moment. The campus layout is convenient with beautiful grassy areas, ponds and sidewalks to make it feel less crowded. The variety of apartments available for single people is also expansive, with a studio, and three 1 bedroom options. Matty got me into a ground floor apartment to meet my physical needs (bad knees) and it had an unexpected perk of a den, though it is considered one room. There are beautiful fixtures and appliances and an easy to clean floor in the apartments. I love the privacy blind and the privacy fence around the patio. That gives me a sense of security, as well as knowing there is a security personnel on the campus! Did I mention the off leash dog area? I searched 12 apartment complexes in the Yreasure Valley, the Cortland South complex has the biggest one with natural grass. My doggo will be happy there doing what he does best, sniffing and peeing. But, I am not worried to have to walk all the way to the dog area, the complex has so many grassy ateas equipt with pet waste stations, my guy will have plenty of choices during our potty outings. Overall, I am very impressed and look forward to carrying out my 18 month lease! Not many apartment complexes allow that long of a lease, but boy am I pleased that Cortland does.

Apartment complex is kept clean, safe and cleared of snow and or ice. I feel very safe living here. We regularly have various food trucks and library bus and there are a lot of actives that make this a great community to live in.

The exterior is very well kept and clean. The inside of the apartment is really nice and I have a stunning view of the mountains. I love that my dog is highly welcomed. The dog play area is so nice. The pool, hot tub, outdoor areas, all really nice. I especially feel really safe here. The couple of times I needed something it was taken care of very quickly. All the staff is respectful and helpful. Overall I’m very happy I moved here.

My husband and I both work remotely and have lived in 9 states all over the U.S. Cortland has been a great place for us to land. The feeling I have here is like I'm living in a nice condo/townhome complex. The amenities are top-notch notch from the pool, to the clubhouse, to the beautifully kept grounds. The complex is very nice and quiet, I never have noise issues from my neighbors or outside, and the location is convenient. And everyone has been very professional and responsive! We love it here!

The best place I’ve ever lived
I’m so grateful to be living at Cortland south meridian. Their office staff have been so helpful and amazing from the moment I got my tour. The complex is always so clean and well maintained and I love how simple it is to get repairs done. I’ve never lived anywhere that I felt like they truely cared about making sure I was happy and satisfied with my apartment and experience at the complex. Love living here
We love it!!! The clubhouse is top notch with an awesome gym, pool area and hangout space!! So many floor plan options to choose from! We love that we can feel at home here. The office staff goes above and beyond and they really made sure we had a pleasant move in experience. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for someplace to call home and still have some extra amenities to make even better!!

Great Apartments!
I went to visit a friend that moved here and i drove in and it looked sooo clean and pretty! I also liked that it has great pool, a gym, and a dog park which i thought was cool!

I have lived here for a month now and it is a very nice place. Community areas are clean, the gym is very nice and kept cool which makes using it very nice. They have food trucks a few times a month at the office and other community activities. Apartment layout is very roommate friendly and even the smaller rooms are pretty large.

Very quiet and clean
The staff(Matty and Lori) was very friendly. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. The clubhouse has coffee and study/office rooms and is open 24 hours. I am yet to use the swimming pool. I am looking forward to using that during the summer.

I came to idaho to visit family and we drove past this property and wow my wife and I took a shot in the dark figured we'd check it out. Asked to take a tour and I have to say the people here are awsome one of the maintenance guys Nicely and professionally led us to the front office for questions and man everyone is just so awsome from the moment we drove past to the moment we left it was just such an awsome experience, cortland south meridian you guys are above all. super nice community and the employees are awsome as well, we'll be moving from Texas to Idaho and I'm sure we'll be at cortland till we find a house to buy thank you for being awsome. *****

A little on the pricey side compared to other complexes in Meridian, but definitely worth it. Very friendly community so far, staff is always responsive and helpful in addressing my issues/needs. Most of all, the A/C unit works much better during hot days compared to a previous apartment in Meridian.

I love Indigo and it's staff. I feel recognized as a valued leasee and if there is ever a concern, it is taken care of within an hour. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. My apartment is new and modern with a balcony The best amenity for me is the very large pool, but for others it may be the 24 hour gym with brand new equipment and the tech savvy Clubhouse. As a dog owner, Indigo's pet policy welcomes many pet owners and is great for making friends. Both doggie and their owners. I couldn't be more pleased.

I love the location and the amenities. But my assigned, covered parking spot, which I pay for as part of my rent, is regularly blocked and prevents me from using it. So I am paying for something I can't use. Sadly the office says they can do nothing about the situation. Money down the drain.

Great location and great staff but the buildings are poorly built. Windows not sealed properly and whistle when windy, the heater has to be on constantly to keep it warm because of the poor insulating job.

The problem in the electric was solved right away. It was just inside the electrical box. My daughter told someone in the office and we figure how to switch back the power in the kitchen. Thanks to all of you.

Just three weeks in here and so far everything thing has been great. The management and maintenance teams are very responsive and helpful. My apartment is nice and made with high quality materials, the grounds are well kept. Free coffee machine and the club house and the pool are all awesome too!
