I love everything about living here! Coming from a house, I was initially worried about downsizing, but the built-in garage made the transition so much easier. There’s plenty of storage space and great privacy. The community is peaceful and quiet. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic, and everything is always kept in top-notch condition.

The staff is friendly and attentive. If anything needs fixed they come right away. The host fun get togethers. The pool is tip top. Everything is awesome, unless, of course, if you need your dishwasher to clean your dishes. If however, you enjoy handwashing dishes, this is the place for you!

These apartments are so wonderful! The units are very clean, I never have any trouble with pests, rodents or trash pickup. The neighbors are friendly. Absolutely no break-ins, crime or stolen packages. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and will complete any maintenance requests the very same day. I found out about Cortland Sugarland, when a friend of mine moved in here. Eventually, I found a townhome I like, and moved in a month ago. I am very pleased with my new abode, and office and grounds management are about the best I’ve ever encountered. For anyone who is looking for a quiet place with all the amenities, I highly recommend touring the townhomes here.

We have really enjoyed our first year at Cortland Sugarland Apartments. The management team, the grounds and the apartment have been great. We especially love the spacious closets, garage, and daily garbage pick up. We also enjoy the pool area and monthly community fun nights.

The apartments here are in good condition and the location is great. The best thing about my experience was Alishan. He was just so incredibly nice and listened to all the things that were important to me in my apartment hunting. Not ready to pull the trigger yet but when I am, I know who I'm calling and you should too.

Been living in cortland sugar Land for over a month now and I have nothing but praise for it. Since the start Alishan has helped me through all difficulties and made the moving process the easiest thing in the world. Would not have been able to do this without his help and would recommend everyone to live here, the gated community and residences here provide a sense of safety and community where all come together and create great memories.

We've lived at Cortland Sugar Land for over a year now and it's been a great experience. We love that it's a small gated community. The staff is friendly, helpful, and understanding. If we have any concerns or questions the staff is always prompt in responding. They make sure that their residents are well informed of things happening in or around the community. We've enjoyed living here and calling this our home.
Cortland Sugar Land is a fantastic place to live. Most importantly, it feels safe and quiet inside the gated community. It is one of the few apartment complexes in the area that have attached garages and ample parking for residents and guests. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool area feels like a resort. The manager, staff and maintenance are friendly, professional and responsive. A bonus feature is that smoking is not allowed in the community, which is great for people who have asthma.
This is an apartment to call home. The apartment and surroundings are beautiful & the most excellent staff works here.
Living in Alishan at Cortland Sugar Land has been an extraordinary experience! From the moment I moved in, I was amazed by the breathtaking landscapes and the serene ambiance. The spacious, modern apartments are filled with natural light and equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. One of my favorite features is the community's resort-style pool and the state-of-the-art fitness center, perfect for staying active and relaxed. The clubhouse and common areas are always clean and inviting, ideal for socializing or unwinding after a long day. What truly sets Alishan apart is the incredible sense of community. The residents are warm and welcoming, making it easy to forge new friendships and feel a part of something special. Regular community events create a vibrant and connected atmosphere, adding to the overall appeal. The staff here are phenomenal—always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. Their dedication to ensuring residents' satisfaction is evident in every interaction. If you're looking for the perfect place to call home, Alishan at Cortland Sugar Land is unmatched. Our family is so proud to call Cortland Sugar Land home. The grounds are beautifully kept and the residents take pride in their property, which contributes to a sense of community and shared respect for our surroundings. We love the community events that bring neighbors together. It has been a wonderful way to get to know those around us, and has enhanced our experience living here even more. Additionally, the tranquility here is unmatched. It’s a very small and quiet community, which makes it easy to feel safe, secure and relaxed. Finally, if whenever a service-based issue has popped up, the maintenance team has been impressively fast and efficient, and always so very pleasant to deal with. Cortland Sugar Land is a fantastic place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene, well-maintained, and community-oriented place to live.
I have lived here since 2015, it's more like a community than an apartment complex. The management and maintenance staff are great, they go above and beyond for the residents.
So far so good! The grounds are beautiful. Daily front door trash pick up. Great friendly communications from the office team. Timely responses and fixing of anything that needs it.

Living in Cortland Sugar Land apartments is like living in a gated condominium community. The grounds are well kept and the property and maintenance staffs are always cordial, pleasant and professional. From the moment I toured to moving in the entire staff could not have helped more. The apartment was spotlessly clean and all appliances well maintained. I am so happy with the entire complex this is what having your own space while living in multi family homes should be like.

Honestly, Cortland has be awesome. The staff here are very responsive with anything we need. It’s fun too. There was a Christmas bingo with loads of prizes (not to mention the spiked hot chocolate). Great way to meet the neighbors. Alishan, Stephanie and all the staff are the best. Tammy

Really enjoyed my tour here with Stephanie. I won’t be moving until May so I have no submitted an application yet but as soon as the large one bedroom is available I’m snagging it! The complex is very clean and maintained. I was surprised it wasn’t brand new. Excited to move in next year!

Cortland by Sugar Land is a great place to live. Hands down the best apartment home I’ve lived in. Great location, staff, amenities and it is so quiet. The office staff is amazing especially Stephanie, she is quick to respond anything that arises and handles them promptly. The maintenance team is so professional. Things are handled in a timely fashion and without issue. I’d still be living here if not for a work transfer to Austin.

We just moved into our new home at Cortland Sugar Land and we could not love it more. As someone who travels a lot for work, it's a huge relief to know that my wife and son will be safe and secure in a community-oriented place. The fact that it's zoned to a fantastic elementary school for our son is also a major plus. The layout of our apartment is fantastic, with a townhouse-style vibe that we love, and the garage is a huge bonus for our family. We're so happy to call this place home - Eddie Robinson
