I love our Cortland and absolutely everything about it is good. Except for one detail that I have already described earlier. I very often have to deal with dog waste. It really reduces my standard of living significantly. I would like to find a community without dogs at all. Although I must admit that the staff tries and cleans up, but the problem is with the dog owners, it is outrageous.

The Cortland is a beautiful community with wonderful amenities. My kids love the soccer field, pool and playground. Drew was amazing with our move and is very responsive.

Great community but do not live here if you make moderate noise. Not even loud. Walls are thin and even having a group of 5 people over just to talk will result in a noise complaint. Too many and you get evicted.

Lived here since it opened. Very happy with the apartment, community and management/service team.
The Bingo Event was fantastic and extremely well-organized, with lovely snacks and a fun atmosphere. I’m not just saying this because I won – the event was genuinely a great time! The current staff is the best I’ve seen in all my time living here, and they go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. My favorite part of living here is definitely the combination of the top-notch amenities and the helpful staff who make everything run smoothly. The maintenance team is also outstanding, and it says a lot that many of them have been here since I moved in – their dedication truly shows

At present believe the office staff is the best it has been in a long time. Lots of turnover here, but the maintenance staff have all been here a long time and are very efficient.
I would like to congratulate you on the cleanliness of the corridors, which have been cleaned constantly. I would also like to extend this to the improvement in the security of the condominium, as we have noticed fewer intruders. We have recently had frequent problems with the elevator in building 40. It is constantly broken and maintenance takes a long time. The elevators are also always dirty and smelly.
Beautiful and very clean community, friendly management team, quick and professional maintenance. We are feel home here
Overall, I am somewhat happy living at Cortland Uptown Boca. I hope management can resolve this problem in the fitness center.

I love the sense of community here at Uptown Boca. The amenities are taken care of incredibly well. The pool is gorgeous! I feel really well taken care of here. Yesterday my garbage disposal started acting up & within 20 minutes Jaron showed up to fix it! In other buildings it can take days for someone to show up. It’s easy to build a relationship with the staff here because they really are good people who want to make our living experience as great as possible.

Cortland Uptown Boca is a beautiful place to live and is a warm, family community with all ages. The facilities are awesome and the atmosphere feels safe. The apartment layouts are unique especially the 3 and 4 bedrooms. Have a problem in your unit? Taken care of quickly and efficiently. That is why our family has 4 apartments here and we have resided here since the very beginning!

The Cortland Uptown Boca gym is one of the best gyms I have been to as a regular gym goer. The facilities is well maintained, always clean and never smelly. The equipment featured in the gym is also very up to date, and any items that may have been damaged get fixed quickly after notifying the manager. People in the gym are very friendly and offer a real sense of community, making the gym feel like a safe environment where I am welcome. A personal favorite feature of this gym is the outside workout area where I can get a good sweat while enjoying the view of the pool area and music. Overall I would recommend this gym to anyone in the community looking to enhance their health and get fit.

The gym is clean, spacious and well equipped. There was more equipment than you would expect to see in your average apartment gym. The gym also has an outdoor turf area, I loved the option to be able to workout indoors, or outdoors. Overall Amazing!

The apartment is very amazing. Love the environment and pool. My roommate and I love to come to office because the team is so friendly and we can keep busy by playing pool.

Moving to Cortland Uptown Boca has been an incredible experience for our family of 5. My wife and my 3 young boys are safe when I'm a work and on top of that there is so much to do for a family like ours. The convenience of the gym, pool, and plaza in front is everything for us. So glad we stopped in to tour Uptown Boca. We met with Kamiyah their Leasing Consultant who gave us an overview about the life in the community. Many of their areas she mentioned included a beautiful pool area, a boardwalk surrounded lake and dog parks, to name just a few. She was very personable, friendly and patiently answered all of our questions. On the tour we saw how well kept the place was and how bright and well appointed the apartments were. Spending time getting to know us helped her suggest a few apartment locations we might like. Her enthusiasm about Uptown Boca and what we saw confirmed our decision this was a place we would like to live
