Very professional staff. Quiet, clean, and well kept community.

There is always something weird going on with my mail here. I received a package at 10am on a Saturday but received no notice from the locker company. I called and they informed me USPS entered the wrong apt number, gave me the locker number and told me my leasing office would have to open it to verify I was the recipient. I arrived at the office around 4pm and waited about 5 mins, no one came around. I came back about 30-40 mins later as the office closed at 5pm. The agent was assisting a couple interested in leasing and took about 10 mins before acknowledging me. I told her what happened and was told that I couldn’t get my package today and would need to wait until Monday because she can’t leave the office empty. I stated that it was empty when I arrived 30 mins ago and she said yes because she was giving a tour and had other tours scheduled. So I stated that I live here and pay rent yet everyone else is more important. I understand appointments but neglecting paying residents is crazy. It does not take long to open a locker when the number is known. It is clear you are only a priority before you sign the lease.

It’s a decent place to live decent square footage but some extra aesthetic polish could be done inside the units. Along with some permanent pest extermination not pest (control)

I have been very satisfied living here and leasing from Cortland. They take care of their residents and their properties. The staff is always available during office hours and very courteous.

We love living here! The staff is friendly, the maintenance group is fast and professional and it is a great place to live!

Place is beautiful, gated and safe community. Amenities are beautiful as well, if you do not want to go outside you can walk within the apartment area which is large enough for a nice walk

Peaceful community with good service team, parking is limited.

The price is decent for the accommodations but the persistent roach problem is very uncomfortable. I’m apprehensive to even have guests over.

Cortland Walnut Hill is a good place to live. The amenities are good and maintenance is quick to respond and solve whatever problem you have. It is safe, quiet, and clean

Chauncee toured me and my family yesterday. We loved everything about the community. He was very knowledgeable about the community. The gym is 24 hours a day, which I love once my old apartments didn't have one. Love this place already.

I find the team at Cortland Walnut Hill to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They have made me feel like I am part of a community. During my move-in, Chauncee showed lots of care and attention to detail, making the whole experience an amazing one that went beyond my expectations. He also made himself available to address any questions I had in my first days at the community. Thinking about it, this made a real difference in making me feel welcome in a new place. I’m glad to call Cortland Walnut Hill my home.

Cortland Walnut Hill is a wonderful place to be, BUT has become too expensive!

If you want the best you go to walnut. If you want great relationships you go to walnut. If you want the worst you don’t go to walnut because that is not what they offer. Chauncee has hands down done it again as he continues to serve his staff and those around him! I love it so much!

I love this place and I love living here. Genesis is such a big help and I am very thankful for all her help!!!

The staff at this property was so nice. I went on a tour with Chauncee and he was so patient with all my questions. The property is pretty. For sure plan to move here

This courtland location is amazing. I’m currently trying to find a lease, and I’m definitely going to be doing so here. The staff was amazing, and one in particular is a gentleman named chauncee. He had amazing enthusiasm, answered all my questions I had, and helped me understand how to move forward. Great job!

Chaunceé gave a great tour. He was very knowledgeable about all the amenities and addressed the few concerns I had. I didn’t feel like he was just telling me what I wanted to hear, and was honest about the community, which seems amazing by the way. If everyone’s customer service is as good as his, I feel confident this is the place for me.

It's a great community. The appartements are spacious and the decoration is modern. I love it

This place use to be nice. Not anymore it’s a free for all here. People who don’t live here coming and going all night. Teens trying to steal your cars. Teens trying to fight you for telling them they don’t live here. So they get mad and burn rubber in the parking lot about 20-30 of them. Police does nothing and tells them to leave. Management Is clueless they don’t know which way is up. Horrible. Don’t give here.

There are a lot of nice places out there to live and call home but for me it has been a great place,to come home to each day here at Cortland,Walnuthill.

It’s a pretty nice complex that has made several upgrades during my short stay here, including a dog park and adding stone paths to an area I like to walk around. Communication with management and maintenance is not the best but they have good attitudes for the most part. Nice amenities and furnishings, convenient location off of 161, but be wary of warning guests that they’re vigilant about towing.

The property is nice, clean and safe. I love this place!

I have a been a resident here for 1 month and I am very pleased with the community and the complex. It is very clean and definitely the leasing staff, Jaylon, McKenzie and Hannah are very nice and make sure the move in experience is wonderful. I am glad I made the choice to live here.

We like living here. Grounds are well kept, strict parking rules are nice in keeping the community safe. The maintenance team is very responsive and professional.

A Wonderful Place to live with Friendly and Excellent Service

I enjoy my home with the Cortland of walnut hill it has been a pleasure and look forward to staying even longer Gods will!!

I've lived here for 11 months and Courtland Irving is the best place I have ever lived , great management and staff and superb maintenance team

The leasing experience was so easy and even without a tour I felt comfortable moving in. The units are beautiful finished and clean. The team at Cortland will work with you for any maintenance or emergency situations you may encountered.

Its a good place to live. They communicate with the residents daily via email and text.

We have been here almost 10 yrs we feel at home and everybody treats us like family.

Overall this a ok community. Maintenance takes their time sometimes. But the people in the office are great! I hate that you have to stay at home all the time or fight for parking.

I enjoy my home here at the cortlands. I have nothing bad to say about the service and the property but keep up the great work and staying in touch with your community!!

I have lived in Courtland now for 7 months and it is a great place to live with a great management and maintenance team that are always willing to help . The apartment's are wonderful

This place is awesome to live, Fantastic management people, Maintenance guys. But Parking SUX 100%. They need to remodel parking space for resident. They offer carpools but little far from my unit not worth money.

The community grounds are always kept clean and manicured. The staff is unlike any other. They respond to any and all of ones questions or concerns in a respectful and timely fashion.

I am a maintenance supervisor myself and I've been in the field for 13 years now. Cortland at walnut hill exceeded my expectations. The front office sold us the day me and my wife came to look at an apartment. The customer service is unmatched. Adony was our agent and he has went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our apartment.
