Cortland Windsong Ranch is a great community to live in for families, business professionals and any other person looking for a quiet, convenient and resident oriented community.

The entire staff at Cortland makes it hard to want to live anywhere else...this is the 3rd apartment we have had here and we do not plan to leave for a while. The service team is the best in the business by a mile. Any complaint we have ever had gets taken care of SAME DAY every single time. We love it here.

Aly is the kindest person at Windsong Ranch. She is professional, reliable. Her work ethic is what leadership strives to hire. I hope she is recognized in her organization.

VERY well-run community, wonderful & attentive staff, beautifully maintained grounds & facilities and great services & amenities!

This is a beautiful place but that is all. I can't sleep at night - the walls are thin I can hear the upstairs toilets flushing. The neighbors seem like they are sitting in my daughter room and the walking makes it seem as if the neighbors are going to fall through the ceiling. Maintenance respond quickly

Cortland Windsong Ranch has been a great place to call home. The team is awesome , friendly and responsive from the manager to the leasing staff to maintenance and their business partners which is what renters look for when signing a 12 month or longer lease. Really appreciate the friendly objective approach to leasing when different faces walk through the door. That was our experience. We've been here over 6 months now and the staff still take that friendly and accommodating approach to handle any issues, although issues for us have been minimal and minor. We are very appreciative for this team. The cleanliness of our apartment at move in was top notch and the grounds here are always kept clean. This is a genuine review. Thank you.

Cortland Windsong Ranch is a gorgeous, relaxing place to live. The grounds are beautiful and we love the swimming pool. My husband and I feel like we are on vacation!

I’ve really enjoyed my living experience at Cortland Windsong Ranch. The apartment meets my needs and the community offers a great variety of events. The surrounding area is very upscale and has a good selection of shopping and dining adjacent to the community without having to cross or travel on US Hwy 380!

I was a little worried about moving here considering how 380 has been, but much to my surprise this place is in a perfect location! Close to school, shops and restaurants. The home is clean, and the management really cares about the residents. love it here!

Apartment was filthy upon move in. Bathrooms smell like urine, cabinets are covered in oil stains. We had a major ant infestation that took weeks to resolve. Maintenance let themselves into my apartment without consent while I was breastfeeding my daughter in her bedroom. Overall, just a very poorly managed complex. Our neighbors left their lease early because they couldn’t stand living here any longer.

Cortland Windsong Ranch Apartments are an upscale and well-run, well-maintained, well-managed home away from home. Whether for folks, like ourselves, who are staying temporarily, or those who are here with a longer duration in mind; you live in a community. Folks smile and wave, walk their dogs and kids ride bikes and play at the pool. It is about the best you could expect a “neighborhood” type of experience to be in an apartment complex.

The Cortland windsong apartment community is convenient to many conveniences, walking distance to food and entertainment. The units are comfortable impressively structured that you can enjoy your balcony/patio with an acceptable amount of privacy. The staff is committed to ensuring the comfort of all tenants, nothing is perfect, but its perfect for me.

Best place to live. I have lived all over the US and over seas and this is the best living conditions ever and that’s over 45 years. 30 US Army 15 Government.

We relocated back to Texas from the Northeast and were forced to temporary housing while our house was being built. Cortland Windsong Ranch has been a really pleasant experience amid the turmoil of the move, new schools and a new home build. The staff is great and the complex is very family friendly.

Staff always friendly and respectful! Respond to any need or requests almost immediately!

Be prepared to pay significantly more if need to extend your lease. Many amenities have deferred maintenance. Management puts no effort to resolve issues, instead sends mass texts and communications about rules and violations almost every other day to all residents.

Service guys super professional, always willing to help. They go above and beyond.

We love the spacious apartment and the quick response from the staff. They have a positive outlook. They have many community activities that are fun. We really enjoy the Thursday night food truck dinners. The grounds are kept clean and groomed. The location is great too. Groceries and take out are within walking distance. We love it!

Courtland Windsong Apartments are a wonderful way to get to know the Windsong and North Dallas area if you are new to the community. The facilities are top notch and kept beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and extremely attentive to the residents needs.

I lived in Northern Virginia outside of Washington DC for over 35 years and I am a retired teacher. As much as I miss my friends is as much as I feel at home here and I know Im where Im supposed to be!

We have lived at Cortland Windsong ranch for just 2 months now, and are grateful for the kind staff here. They are friendly, thoughtful, and quick to respond to questions/concerns. The apartment complex is beautiful, and the grounds are kept clean and manicured. We so enjoying the walking trail, and view from our apartment. Although we haven't been involved in any community events, we have found our neighbors are very sweet and friendly.
