Cottage Trails at Culpepper Landing

I was in a huge bind because an apartment with another complex fell through so I needed to find something fast! I am beyond grateful that I was able to find something quick and easy. The lady at the front desk was so kind, she helped me through the application process, she showed me multiple units around the property to see which styles fit me better and on top of that the property is very clean, quite and family friendly. Great apartments see sharday grateful for all her help.

We moved in in Sept, apartment was still having carpet put in on our move in date. Lack of communication. We spent all day being told it would be ready soon finally got to move in at 6pm! Shower has a crack in the floor no communication about when repairs will be made or what is going on. Sounds like someone is constantly doing construction in one of the units near us at all hours of the night. Area is beautiful and it is nice not to hear gunshots all the time.

Maintenance requests are handled promptly which shows that the staff value their residents.

Great area and beautiful apartments. The management is awesome. The manager has been very helpful to me while I was trying to move over here from the other side of the country :)

The entire complex fits the bill perfectly. My wife and I could see the value in the rent prices. Kristen was our host during our visit and understood exactly what we needed.

The apartments in my opinion or too expensive. For the same cost you can rent/own a bigger home. Beautiful apartments, amazing pool, and the staff was very friendly. Just hard to reach at times. But overall nice experience. Spacious for an apartment for sure just not big enough for us.

It' just a great place to live peaceful quiet and such a beautiful apartment I really love my place and everyone in the office in the maintenance team is great

The bath tubs are fantastic. Spacious living spaces. This unit is bigger then some houses I've seen.

I love the apartment and it is a beautiful community and for that I would recommend. If you are not a fan of the dog barking and spiders I would not recommend.

I would, but also warn them about the absolutely ridiculous fine/fee for late payments.

Although rent a little high for community, I would recommend it it's affordable for them.

This community is one of the more '??upscale'?? and modern communities in the area, and would certainly recommend to a friend. The amenities were great and staff was friendly.

I would recommend this development to my friends because the staff is very friendly, agreeable, and will go the extra mile to please the residents. The activities and parties they provide for the residents are excellent. I feel safe living here.

I was blatantly lied to so that would deter me somewhat from recommending and the false advertising of the granite counter tops on the website, even though most of the units don't actually have them.

Love Cottage Trails. Its a well kept, quiet & friendly community. We’ve never had any issues with our neighbors. The grounds and property is well maintained and the staff is pleasant. I couldn’t have picked a better community to live as I relocated to VA.

I would recommend this complex to my friends because it's a very beautiful property, with amazing amenities for the price.

Based on what I know from inquiring, it seems to be a nice apartment commmunity; however, that being said, I have not yet rented or lived in an apartment and cannot verify more at this time.

I would definitely tell anyone who asked for advice to check it out, it's a nice place in a nice neighborhood in a good part of the city.

I would recommend with comments: Dog poop problem. Water bill doubled. No quiet hrs.

My daughter was along for the tour and was so impressed by the community that she is also looking to move there when her lease is up in the spring. We hope you have equally wonderful deals on a 1-bedroom unit at that time. :)

Well-managed, safe apartment units. Friendly, professional staff. Very responsive to repairs and getting necessary things done. Although I am one person, Ingot the two bedroom because there was considerable more square footage for not so much more cost. This is an appealing reason to recommend this apartment to family or friends. I?ve only been here a few weeks but love it so far.

The neighborhood is so beautiful!!!! It offers such a peaceful environment for the entire family.

I am in the middle. The increase in rates and even the prior rate for this location I think is a tad absurd. The apartments are nice though but I could pay this price for the same quality and be in a much more convenient location. Also some of the residents here are not very respectful of the community and its amenities.
