**Limited availability for Townhomes** The Cottages at College Acres offers 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes for student living. Located on the doorstep of UNC Wilmington's campus, our townhomes are fully furnished including washers & dryers, luxury flooring, granite countertops and new smart technology. Our amenities include a state of the art clubhouse, 24 hour fitness center, pool & grilling area and a dog park. We are in walking distance to the William Madison Randall Library, Kenan Auditorium, and Millennium clock tower. Schedule your tour today! We can't wait to help you find your home!! The application fee is $90 which includes the Prospect ($50) AND the Guarantor ($40) all in one payment. Only International students pay just $50 because they do not require a guarantor. We require a $100 deposit (Deposit is refundable at move out)
