Absolutely 0 stars! TRUST the reviews. We moved here 7 months ago, our water is shut off for maintenance 2/3 times a WEEK. There was a 2 week period were we had no gas, ( no warm showers and no stove/oven ) We have NO mailbox and, we’re in 7 months out of a year lease. We’ve contacted them MULTIPLE times and all we get is “ we order one just waiting for it to come in, to we’ll fix it by the end of the week, to we don’t have the parts” We’ve have the UPS send a 2 month notice to fix it, failed to have it completed. Due to it being broken we have not be able to receive mail, and mail is constantly lost. Oh and good luck getting them to answer the phone, I have called them 12 times with no response. They don’t respond to voicemails or emails, they “only take appointments” to go into the office. They forgot to charge us for utilities for almost 3 months, then slapped us with a late bill when they decided to finally post the utilities. Also $10 transactions fee to pay rent, online only ( utilities and rent HAVE to be two separate payments) The bathroom tub paint has peeled off and only done horrible paint over to “fix” the issue. That took 5 months to get “fixed”, and the new paint over is peeling because it wasn’t fixed properly. I have already put in a new request to fix it, let’s see how long it takes. There was a CO2 leak and they failed to acknowledge it, multiple kids got sick, we left for the night bc levels were dangerously high ( according to the fire department ) The roach problem is bad, we pay pest control every month, which doesn’t do fix anything. These are the WORST apartments ever, “under new management” is the biggest LIE they will tell you. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
This apartment complex will never fix your maintenance requests, never respond when you have a question, and use deceiving marketing to sell you horrible apartments that are too expensive for why you pay. This place is disgusting, shame on the property manager and whoever has owned this garbage hole “since 2019”. Nothing has changed.

Went to this apartment and paid the 300.00 looked at a model of an apartment that they said they had. Come to find out that they are showing people models that they don't have. The apartment they tired to rent use was infested with roaches and very ugly had ceiling damage water damage and one of the rooms had a back door which was the entrance to the apartment. Who comes thru your bedroom to get into your place. We did not get all of our money back we only got half of what we gave them. Still waiting to see if we can actually get a apartment like the model that they showed use. Will let you know the results soon.

Worst apartments to live at. I wish i could give it no stars. People break into your mailboxes here , it took us 6 months to get a mailbox key ! They screwed us over after witholding our utilities for two Months!! We asked them almost everyday if they had any information about it and always got "I don't know" and now expect 400 dollars for two people in a one bedroom and want to charge a late fee on top of that plus 10 dollars everyday that its late plus whatever amount is due this month! Doesn't make sense . They go through so many temps so nobody ever knows anything anyway. The apartment is infested with roaches ! even outside the complex you will come across huge roaches and the pest control is not even worth it they just spray the around the floor and they got the medicine all over my clothes! The maintenance here is terrible took them months to fix out garbage disposal and when he "fixed" our dishwasher he left nails sticking out the counter. Oh and dont even bother trying to talk to managemeant during those hours they always close early and have lunch breaks that practically last all day and dont know how to answer their phones. I can't wait to get out of here.

The apartment manger here are very slow in getting things done. I been living here for 4 months and my hallway bathroom toilet still not fix. The poor been open three times since I lived here. But they hassle you to pay your rent and utilities on time. Do rent from here.
