Cottages are well kept and have beautiful surroundings. Appliances, flooring and window coverings are up to date and well maintained. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Activities are nice to meet the community and have some fun. I looked at other 55 active apartments and this one was the best for location, lots to do in the area, convenient shopping for Everything.

I love living here! I have had some health issues lately and the management team (Kim, Amaryllis and Pejay) have been so helpful and understanding. Kim and a neighbor even helped me get home from Bingo today when I became too dizzy to make it on my own! Neighbors are another plus of living at Cottages on 7th. Everyone is so kind, generous and fun to be around! Living here is the best!

I love living at Cottages on 7th! My apartment is beautiful and spacious and the community areas are wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful and really cares about the residents. The location is close to the freeway, shopping, restaurants and UTA. My neighbors are friendly and I enjoy spending time with them doing community activities. I plan on staying here for a long time!

From the first contact with the Cottages I was very impressed with the communication skills of Amarilis as her presentation was easy to understand and informative. the tour of the facility was impressive with the everything was very clean and easy to find. All the tenants I have met are very pleasant and give me the impression that they are pleased to be a resident. Over all, I am glad to be a resident of the Cottages and have and will make recommendations to my family and friends to consider moving here.

The Cottages on 7th is in a good location to access shopping, eating and entertainment. The appearance is very pleasing as it reflects the pride of the staff. The building maintenance is very good and the personnel who maintain the building are very pleasant to talk to and make you feel right at home. The office staff is very professional and are interested in your satisfaction of the Cottages.

The Cottages on 7th has been a great place to live. We’ve been here 4 years and during that time we have seen many changes for the good. The management team has been excellent, the maintenance man the very best and we love our neighbors. It has been a great place for us to live.????????
