Was A Great Place to live Until I had to move in 3/16 Do to the flood. I lived in 128 Cotton Bayou Estate. Hoping to move back when a apartment comes available. Been on the waiting list about a year ago . Have put in Application again 6/18.. Hope to a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom soon. Great place to live.Mrs.Deloris Thomas.
