Too many homeless people have access to the community. Residents smoked weed inside their apartments. Smoke free community ?

i would recommend it because of the location and staff.

This place is horrible. Constant bug problem with how dirty some of the tenants are. VERY YOUNG kids running around all day unsupervised (even at the pool) jumping on cars, jumping in the dumpsters, getting into fights. Like seriously where are your parents. Drama ON A DAILY from our neighbor where there was constant screaming and fighting and slamming. And not to mention how HOT our unit got. NO air flow at all. No AC. and it’s carpeted nearly everywhere. Not an enjoyable place to live. Staff is somewhat friendly but absolutely no help at all.

The rent is a tad steep. But the staff is real good at keeping everything clean and neat.

Only concern I have is the pool is never being cleaned. It'??s not covered up during rainy days nor cleaned afterwards.

I would not recommend this overpriced outdated roach/termite infested complex to anyone specifically for those reasons.

The neighborhood is very quiet. I have enjoyed living here for the past 8 months.

There is to mNy big dogs in the apartment like pitbulls etc and there is alot of kids i dont think thats is safe

The place lacks of basic features doesn?t worth the high rent. No ac , no dish washer , extremely small kitchen, old cabinets and laundry machines at the laundry room always broke.

The apartments are very nice with plenty of cupboard space. Office and maintenance staff are the most helpful and friendliest I've met over my last 13 years of renting.

I was disappointed when I got there and the apartment was a difference price then what it said online. That's what made me come in right from work.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to my famiy and/or friends because I love my family,and want my friends to remain my friends.

The only thing i do not like on this area are the neighbors with pets,they should know their responsibilities on picking their dog's mess. One time we went to go out for dinner and my son step on dog's poop on the grass and he carry that mess inside the car. I was dissappointed that day.

I would recommend this apartment because you have everything you need around the area, groceries, restaurants and close to my work.

David, leasing agent, excellent service and attitude. He displayed a great attitude while helping me along the application process. Maintained fast and helpful communication via phone and email.

Base only on this interaction, I would not recommend this apartment complex. The person who attended to the maintenance report was somehow rude by telling us that he has other apartments to take care of and seven more faucets to replace. He did not at least stop the leaking until a new faucet can be installed. On the plus side, requesting the service was easily done by a quick stop at the office. I have used the online request and is it also convenient.

Some of ?new? tenants are smoking marijuana in their balconies. One of them just moved out, but one remains (apt D1) Very concerned for the safety of our children. Please keep Country Apts. as a family friendly community.

This apartment community is as a disgrace. It is dirty and anembarrassment to have friends or relatives come to visit. The manager is a snob and has no use for the tenants. She does not live here and does not care what this community looks like. The rent goes up every year and the community gets worse every year. The new owner must be a slumlord (see definition). Property management is useless.

I've always mentioned that the service you get at Country Apartments is top notch. Things get fixed quickly and with no fuss. Management is always quick to help with any issues I have.

Dirty, dog poop everywhere. Management sends out letters regarding not to do this or that but never follows up, they want tenants to report any violations to them. In other words, they want us to do their job.

I do recommend these apartments. I have a co-worker that moved here and when friends are looking in the area I definitely mention all the perks of living here.

I would recommend this community to friends based on my experience and describe as a safe, conveniently located and affordable place to live.

Perfect appartment complex ,well mainted cleaned, respond to any problem to appartment ,Office staff is very helpful on your bad time and financial situations,feel happy and safe.

Apartment where you are feel like you living in Hollywood because there "Broadway" many stores, Mall, Trolley Station, much more! It's very quiet and neat environment. It's have big closet where you can put clothes in and swimming pool. Enjoy!
