Country Club Apartments

The community is a very laid back quiet place to live. The neighbors are friendly. I wish people would break down their large cardboard boxes down to make more room for others to discard their trash!

Great staff, top notch maintenance and convenient location! Recent improvements have made the area so much nicer and the amenities include everything I wanted and more.

The neighborhood is great. The grounds are kept clean. The pool is so nice in the summer. And there are holiday activities for tenants to enjoy.

Apartment and neighborhood area is fine . Noise isn't an issue sometimes hear a bang here and there but nothing major . Staff is friendly and diligent. Maintenance does a good job . Only issue for me is the parking situation could use a new implementation. If I'm working late I shouldn't have to walk halfway across the complex to get home while my neighbors have two or three cars in the spots . A new system is needed for that . Thats the biggest issue . Plus some cars don't even have tags and are allowed to sit in the spots . Overall decent

My residence experience here so far has been amazing. It’s so peaceful and quiet here. I love it. It’s so relaxing. The new apartments are amazing. Very clean, very cute, very demure. I can’t wait to get off from work and get home to my comfortable place that I call my castle!

It’s a quiet neighborhood, when something is wrong maintenance is always on top of it. The office ladies are a pleasure to work with as well.

Very peaceful apartment complex. Safe area near the police stations and conveniently near down town and most stores are within 20 minutes. Home office and maintenance are very helpful if something happens.

Quiet neighborhood. Clean apartment for the most part. It is spider season so I see a lot of spiders in my apartment. Maintenence take about 3-4 days to respond to requests. The office manager is pleasent. Country Club always have small events for holidays and community gatherings. Which I love. Clean outdoors and playground is nice. Pool is good when in season. Cultural diverse neighborhood. Cool place to live overall.

It’s a wonderful place to stay, the staff is wonderful and great, also keep in touch with them, they will help you! If there’s anything that needs fixing ask for Brian! He has helped us and been so respectful it’s crazy! We love his service! He has even come on his day off to help us get our kitchen skin back up and running!

My apartment does not heat and cool properly, and the office washed their hands of the issue after it was discovered it was not the heating/AC unit. I have been miserable living in uncomfortable apartment.

Convenient to shopping etc.Staff is pleasant and very helpful. Maintenance is quick and efficient.Grounds are set up nicely and kept clean. Amenities are adequate and accessible.

The neighborhood is great. The kids love the pool and park. I love having my coffee in the morning on the balcony. The grounds are maintained very well. The staff are great.

Great little apartment complex it's not perfect by any means but the tenants are all nice and friendly. It makes for a comfortable place to live coming from a place with a more violent and hostile environment we love it here. The maintenance people are friendly too. It's a very respectable place and we are enjoying it! Our kid has so much to keep him busy and so does our pup everything is kept up very well and everyone in the office has been more than happy to help answer any questions as we figure this new move and new place out

It’s wonderful here, everyone is positive and happy. The staffing couldn’t ask for better. Keep up the hard work everyone. They have a wonderful pool and dog park.

Living here is quite pleasant. The community is clean and quiet. The Maintenance staff is very efficient. I like the convenience of paying on line . Would recommend this community.

Great little neighborhood. Close to all main shopping districts and close to downtown. Management has a good systems for work services and any questions you may have.

I like how quiet it is! Definitely the place to raise kids, I feel safe and I love the staff they are so friendly ! Pool is open! However I don’t see myself using it since I can’t swim , have a great dog park and park for the kids

The staff has been great since the beginning of the move in. They were very helpful and able to answer all of our questions. We also love our new apartment.

Very quiet and friendly community. I love the location for shopping. Nice playground for kids. People use the Bark Park daily. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

Many updates since I moved in, but the lack of follow through on started projects is frustrating. Almost a year ago, holes was cut in my ceilings and laundry room walls to replace dryer vents. They never came back to fix or even patch the holes! Parking is horrible due to the unlimited amount of cars a tenant can have in front of the building and rent keeps getting higher and higher.

Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Quick to fix any problems with units. Been here for roughly 8 months and I think it's affordable and easy to commute to local entertainment.

Nice place with nice people. Office staff is helpful and pleasant and the office offers seasonal treats for free. One thing is that you will hear the sirens from the near by police department.

Awesome place to be..friendly staff,safe community,crime free, promot response by maintainance team. Referred couple of friends.been living here for six years been through different management but the present management are awesome.

I wish the apartment had been cleaner. I’m glad I have a few extra days to clean before I move my stuff in. That being said, it’s a nice little place. The neighborhood is quiet. And in a nice location.

Country Club Apartments are amazing! Great location, great leasing staff! Quiet and safe neighborhood. If anyone is looking for a place this is an amazing comfortable and beautiful space to live in.

Being a new resident I would have to say that I enjoy living here. The neighborhood is quiet. The staff is friendly. Overall i wouldn't pass this up.

It's a quiet neighborhood lots of kids that are overall very respectful. Rates are very good for the market in aspect to what you get out of the units and amenities.

No parking at your own apartment due to other visitors, pool seems to never be open and the office staff won’t answer the phone when you call.

Management is great! Miss Renee makes the community better and maintenance is fast.

I don’t hand a problem with living here. Very inexpensive rent and great management! They Reno some Apts and now the clubhouse...can’t wait to see the finished product

Units are better than fair. They are old but have been updated. The decks and porches are the same rotting wood, just painted. Apartment repair requests are responded to quickly though not always fixed quickly. Amenities that require any degree of upkeep are frequently closed. There is no gym. They tore it out. The pool is a deep putrid green. Looks unlikely they will open it this summer or be willing to put the effort in to be able to keep it open. At this price point, there are lots of better places in Mooresville to live.
