Property Ratings at Country Club Apartments
No maintenance is done to the property whatsoever. Trash bins are always overflowing and trash all over the ground, very stinky. Green areas are always dirty and nothing is done about it. In the summer the apartments are super hot and during the winter freezing cold. Apartment manager never answers the phone.
There is no security whatsoever my car has been stolen twice my storage unit has been broken into numerous times I've talked to many of the other tenants which say the same thing the apartments themselves are tiny with no air circulation in the summertime it's miserable expect an outrageous electric bill for running the air conditioner the rent is ridiculous if I had the money I would move out in a heartbeat
In points: Advantages: -Good Manager , she so kind -Good maintainer guy -Almost safe area Disadvantages: -Mailing box is broken and still , only way to receive your mail is going to postal office every day or whenever - Loundary : if you want to charge your card to use it , you have to wait the manager And she is working just 3 to 4 hours per deay (except weekend) That is really headach - Car space : depend on your apartment, if your apt in good place you can get easily car space , if not the entrance of some spots is so high , so you cand damages your car - No palcony -No storage -No swimming pool , Nothing -Big headache for me was the noise outside and smoking weed every night, so hard to sleep -
Hello I currently live a country club Apartments and I love everything about it the leasing lady is sweet kind and caring she shows up to work when stated on the hours on the door. She’s willing to help anyone that needs help in a professional manner . I personally have had no issue with maintenance I go in ask the leasing lady I need assistance and he is in there in a timely matter willing to fix any issue you may have that he can fix. I would recommend this place to my friends and family .
If I could give it a negative star I would. The neighbors here are extremely loud and don't care if they are bothering other people. Some of them would shout and scream at each other regardless of the time of the day (I'm talking about past midnight where everyone else should be sleeping), other neighbors smoke pot and would hangout outside with their equally loud friends and blast music OUTSIDE, again regardless of the time of the day. The management here sucks too. The Lady manager is only at the office for half a day M-F. I always see her on her phone gossiping and doesn't even show up on time. if she's supposed to be here 9 am, on a Monday, she would always show up late and would leave early. You have to wait for the office to open before you can reload the stupid laundry card and wait for the lady to show up. They had an awesome manager before, Frank, he was very helpful and nice, compared to this lazy lady.
The manager rarely shows up for her assigned scheduled shifts or leaves or shows up late. The on site laundry must be paid for using these special cards which you can only load up if the manager decides to show up. The manager is the owners daughter (as of 9/2018) so don't expect her to care about her job. You have to request multiple times to get any maintenance work done and they don't enforce the noise clause unless the manager likes you. There is also no property grounds keeper so it is always a mess, more than one tenant has roaches so you likely will too. The AC units don't work with a darn as they are floor level and with 1 AC unit you can expect it to reach a low low 100 degrees with it running 24/7 for weeks at a time during the summer. The place has no insulation so bugs get in through cracks, and so does the heat and the cold. Stay away.

Hello- We are sorry to hear that you are frustrated. We never want to hear that a resident is unhappy. Upon the expiration of your lease everyone is subject to a rent increase, we strive hard to make sure that we are competitive with the current market in our area. We do have an online resident portal when you can submit any maintenance request you may have for issues with A/C etc. If the neighbors are playing music or being loud after hours we advise residents to contact the authorities and have them handle it. In regards to the bugs you mentioned we do have pest control come out monthly. If there is a certain area that needs more attention than others we will definitely have them take care of it. The manager is not the owner’s daughter and she does have set business hours that she follows. She also manages another building in the area and if she has to run over to the other building she will put her sign up stating when she will return.
