My unit was sold 2 days before I was supposed to move in. Management lied to me, tried to scam me, they never answer the phone, they disregards emails regarding information they said they would send over. This place is an absolute Joke

I moved here 2 years ago and have loved it ever since. The management is beyond amazing, maintenance is always on top of things, and Ms. Robbin goes above and beyond. I have nothing bad to say about where I live!

I lived here for almost four and half years, very very good place to live, friendly staff, maintenance, Price are great. thé best place to live don't waste money Somewhere, they Care about everyone, people with race are welcome. I recommend this apartment if you want to save money.

I am a Female and lived alone at CCE in a 2 bedroom/1bath apartment. I absolutely loved it. Very clean, safe, peaceful neighborhood/ complex, and a great pricepoint for rent compared to other apartments in the area. Only moved out cause I found out I was pregnant and no longer wanted to live by myself. Otherwise I would have stayed much longer! The apartment manager Robbin is awesome! So accommodating and helpful. And always trying to make the CCE community a fun place to live through all seasons by planning events and contests. Maintenance is always fast and super nice. I will continue to suggest CCE to anyone looking for an apt. I truly enjoyed living here.

I have lived at this property for 3 years now and absolutely love it! The property manager Robbin is amazing. She is always there to help when needed and always gets back with you as quickly as she can. I always recommend country club estates when people are looking for somewhere to live.

I’ve lived in a lot of apartments in the last few years and this is by far the best. It’s so clean and I’ve never had a single problem. The property manager, Robbin, is an amazing woman who has always been there to help when needed and is extremely understanding and is a huge reason I renewed my lease. The apartments are beautiful and it’s an amazing community. 10/10 would recommend

We have loved living at Country Club Estates!! They’re very affordable, are in a great location, and always well kept and clean! Robbin is amazing, always willing to answer any questions, and is so nice! Our neighbors always respect our privacy and aren’t too noisy! This is also a very pet friendly environment that includes a fenced in dog park. Don’t even get me started on the pool, so relaxing and not mention CLEAN! I will recommend this place to many people!

I really enjoyed living here for the last year! It’s a very nice community with great amenities, reasonable price, and excellent location! Robbin and the staff were always kind and willing to help with any issues/ questions I had! 10/10 experience!

I had a nice apartment with the best appliances ever. Dishwasher and microwave worked amazingly well. Never had any problems in the three years I was there and Robbin was always there if I needed anything. The only reason I moved was because I had to downsize because I am retired now. They are great about pets too. I like the homey atmosphere. H. Fowler

The apartments are roomy and family friendly. Pets allowed and the management is amazing! They are always happy to work with you and are extremely empathetic.

I’ve lived here going on three years and have had a few issues (toilet handle breaking, leak by my window, etc) small stuff but every time I write to the apartment manager I receive a response in a timely manner which really is great. I’ve had to get my carpet cleaned (new puppy) and wasn’t expecting a response so quickly but the manager had them come out the same week! The price isn’t bad for the location and school district is pretty amazing. You have access to the dog park, fitness room, pool and the club house for any events you need to host. There are some Christmas and thanksgiving parties that the clubhouse holds which is cool since it brings our little community together. The only things I can tell you when looking into the apartments is that these are older buildings so expect the things that come with older buildings and the laundry rooms are not in every single building - I have to go to the next building to do my own.

Country Club Estates is a really nice and affordable community! Robbin the landlord was super friendly and really great to work with. Really happy with my experience there.

Robbin in the office is the best so warm and welcoming. Anytime I’ve ever needed anything the staff so so quick to respond it’s honestly amazing! Love it here!

If you have children don’t even bother moving here. All you have is a bunch of grumpy people who complain about the noisies of children. Quiet hours are supposed to be after 10:00 but apparently if your child is playing or running around in the day time you can still get complaints. This place is a joke! I would give it 0 stars if I could. Do NOT move here if you have kids. They expect your children to sit down all day. Everything in the apartment is cheap as well. So many people are constantly moving out of here because this place sucks! If you want a nice friendly cozy home this is NOT the place.

This place is a joke. They seem nice but everything is cheaply made and chips or breaks easily. Had to contact maintenance 4 times within my first month due to issues with pipes leaking and the dishwasher going out. Management says they’ll “get right on” any concerns you have but nothing gets done. People above us make noise until 2-3 am every night including weekdays and the quiet time from 10-6 is not enforced whatsoever. There’s absolutely no sub flooring so you can hear EVERYTHING. Doesn’t help our upstairs neighbors are rude but still, I shouldn’t be able to hear the upstairs neighbor taking a leak if we’re in the bathroom at the same time. No one cleans up after their dogs. Don’t take dogs or kids near the sand court because there’s always broken bottles lying around. Way too expensive for what cheap quality of service, space and comfort you get here.

Lauren made my apartment search so much less stressful from the 1st time I contacted her, before I even looked at her property. She constantly updated me on what she had available knowing how quickly I wanted to move. She took all of my needs into consideration, being disabled and got me into the perfect unit to call home. I have been here for one week now and I couldn't be happier. Everything that made me miserable at my last apartment of 6 years is like a dream come true here so far. The interior has been stylishly remodeled and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The amenities are also very well taken care of, safe and secure. I've read the other reviews and was most concerned about the noise complaints. Yes, you can hear your neighbors walking around above you, as you can in any apartment. To get away from that you have to upgrade to single family living. I've also been able to hear other noise as well, but nothing out of control. The nice thing is that they have quiet hours in effect from 10pm-7am so that it doesn't keep you from having peace and quiet. The grounds are very quiet and everyone seems very respectful. I'm so happy of all the apartments that I looked at that I chose Country Club Estates.

DONT move here! Country Club Estates is a bad investment for a renting experience! Having lived in these apartments since Nov. I have had nothing but issues. As of recent, the air conditioner has not been working since the summer season started. Being well into the summer months, the air is still yet to be taken care of. When telling the front desk about this issue, all that was responded with was, “Oh, well you’re not the only apartment that is having issues with the air.” They had made no efforts to make my living conditions any more reasonable. My apartment was reaching up to 80 degrees. Only after putting in a air unit in my window, did they call to tell me how that was technically not allowed. Again, Country Club Estates made no efforts to make this process go any smoother. They are now trying to say that I have caused physical damage to the part that is broken and that I have to pay for the repair. This is upwards to 800 dollars! The air had never worked to began with! I have had issues with pluming, and sloppy construction. The communication is a joke in this complex, I have yet to have a clear date and time frame in which my air unit can be replaced. The manager in charge has made NO efforts to work with my condition. Instead, they are pinning the damages and figuring out living conditions on my own. This is a JOKE. I am a great tenant, paying rent early and making sure my quarters are clean and well kept. Don't bother renting here, it’s NOT worth it. Again, my air is STILL not fixed, and I am still unsure as to when this is going to be fixed. It’s been one month. Don’t waste your money.

My family and I have lived here for just over a year, we just recently and happily renewed our lease and we couldnt be happier! Not only is the apatment it's self beautiful, I love having people over for the first time because everyone raves about how nice it is, but the grounds are very well maintained and pleasing to the eye and the immenities offered are truly on par with luxury standards. From the 24 hour fitness area to the pool, state of the art computers and printer for tenants use, volleyball court, playground, and clubhouse, you can't help but to feel like everything you need is right here at home. I've had nothing but positive experiences with management and the maintenance staff, they all know us by name, and it's a great neighborhood too. I'm happy when any issue may arrise, not only am I listend to and taken seriously but it's always been addressed in a very timely manner and fixed right the first time. I cannot say enough positive things about County Club Estates, for us it's home!

First of all they want you to believe there are "luxury" apartments. They're not. They're cheaply and poorly renovated. If you can put up with that, watch out for the management staff. It's like the place is being run by the cast of Mean Girls. If you make them mad, they will not let it go. On top of that they're more unorganized than Donald Trump in office. Constantly throwing on fees and forgetting things they've told you. Keep every conversation and every receipt or you're screwed. For the money I promise you can find something else. There is no positive here. I could go on for days..... but bottom line, run.

I have been a tenant for almost 3 months now and cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The manager has immediately addressed any of my concerns or issues no matter how small and the maintenance tech is very thorough. Best customer service in any apartment community I've lived in! Highly recommend.

I have lived here a little over a year and have had nothing but problems since. The second day I moved in a man unlocked my door and started coming in and I said someone is in here and he apologized shut and locked the door back. I immediately went down to the office to complain to "trish" nothing was ever done and she said they weren't able to find out who it was. I continued to complain about the water in my shower, the living room flooding every time it rained, and the huge crack in the foundation. Nothing was ever done. I started feeling sick months ago and have had nose bleeds, rashes, and severe allergies... Low and behold I find mold on the same wall the huge crack in the foundation is at. They came and wiped it off (clearly not killing the mold in the walls where it stemmed from) and now do not want to move me into another apartment so they can properly fix the problem. Also will not let me break my lease. Do not move here unless you want to get sick from mold and have them do nothing about it. I am currently talking to a lawyer and the health department to have some justice served.... But do yourself a favor and don't let yourself be in the same situation as me.

I've lived here for a year. Everything looks nice but is very cheap!! The management is very unorganized and rude. I was in Trish's office (the manager) she had a stack of police reports on her desk. The cops are always here at night. The parking lot isn't lit at all. My car and multiple other cars have been broken into.. When I first signed my lease it was for a bottom floor one bedroom. When my move in date came my apartment "wasn't ready" so they had to put me in a 3rd floor apartment and MADE me pay the $50 extra for the 3rd floor. A woman who lives in the next building lives on the bottom floor and her rent is just as expensive as mine. They pick and choose what pice to give you. Not to mention our first night here there were plumbing issues at 3am the maintnence man was banging on my door he had on all black with a black hat on.. Turns out my toilet was leaking into the lady's apartment below mine. After being woken up at 3am I got to spend the entire day watching them replace my entire toilet because this place was CHEAPLY MADE AND RUSHED. This is my second summer here but the pool JUST now opened. There are kids in the back neighborhood that will spit on all of the doors and peep holes. There isn't any type of security here so any one can walk into our building. When I asked management if there was anyway to get locks on the main doors she told me "Locks are too expensive.".. I don't feel safe here at all. Since I've lived here we have gone through 4 different assistant managers. Now the manager got fired so we have ONE manager. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone and everything around you.. They have sent the maintnence man multiple to knock on my door and walk away just to see if he can hear a dog barking. They have put him on the roof to look down into my balcony. IN OTHER WORDS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

I highly recommend Country Club Estates.....moved here about 2 months ago and am very pleased. I love the 24 hour fitness center because of my work schedule. The manager has been great and very understanding when I needed her to be. Couldn't be happier!!

I have now lived here 10 months and have enjoyed it. It is a pretty quiet location. No worries of theft, as I have dealt with in the past with other places. Has new carpet, new appliances, new paint, and new counter tops/appliances. The maintenance is quick and have only had one issue. I have lived in many apartments, all the way from Lexington, Ky Dayton, Ohio and California and this is one of the nicest communities. The only issues I have is, they do not accept packages at the office. I buy alot from amazon, and have to have them shipped to a friend. Also, parking is pretty far. Beautiful clubhouse and pool. Fingerprint entry into the gym is pretty neat and it is clean. The office ladies are always so nice when I bring rent in. They are currently running a drawing for a giftcard if you pay rent early. I always pay early so I have a chance at winning!

WORST apartments, they look nice and seem low cost for the price but everything in it is cheaply made, apartment managers are rude and unhelpful, it takes them a very long time to respond to things that need fixed, my backdoor didn't lock for 3 months, water always leaked in when it rained which Trish (the manager) said that she couldn't fix it, the very first apartment we were supposed to move into wasn't even ready so she had to take us to another one and we were promised something for our inconviences but received nothing, can't wait until our lease up and we can move out of here.

Amazing apartments! If you're looking for something in the area and looking for great quality along with great customer service Country Club Estates is for you! My wife and I are very pleased not only with the apartment complex but with how quickly they respond to calls and requests. Country Club Estates also offers great pricing, we were not able to find anything as nice for the price in the area and Country Club Estates had us in quickly, and has continued the great customer service after we moved in. If you're looking for an apartment in the Northern Kentucky Area Country Club Estates really is exactly what their website says, "A great place to live".

This place looks good when you view the site and the model/office they show you...but don't be fooled this place is very cheaply constructed our apartment is completely un-level, the floors have loose boards , the a/c has not worked since we moved in despite many request for it to be fixed. The apartment manager is very rude also. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone... Can't wait to move

We moved into this apartment about a month ago and have had nothing but great experiences! Nice neighbors, great neighborhood and convenient location. Updated layout! Love it!

Worst apartment experience I've ever had. Management is extremely rude and doesn't listen to the tenants. Lots of problems with the apartments that go uncared for. They rushed to put them together and it's terrible quality. I can't wait till my lease is up and I can move to a different apartment complex. I don't recommend to anyone!
