Property Ratings at Country Club
I’ve lived here for several years and I just want to say that things have greatly improved over this past year since the new manager took over. You don’t see trash laying all over the place, you no longer see drug dealers lurking around (that don’t live here anyway) and the overall vibe is better. They are also doing fun things for us again, they even had a food truck a few weeks ago. I hope they keep it up! Robert, the maintenance guy, has always been on top of things and continues to be awesome! I look forward to renewing my lease this year.
I have been at Country Club Apartments since 2013. I started in a 2 BR Townhome. It was spacious and well laid out and beautiful. Then I downsized and moved to a 1 BR apartment due to illness. They got me a ground floor apartment that I am in love with. I wouldn't move for anything. The management is always friendly and ready to help. The maintenance is quick to respond and doesn't do a patch job but actually fixes the problem. I hope to stay here forever.
This is not a safe place to live. Notified management many times of people on the grounds that where going into unoccupied apartments to use drugs, tires being slashed, trash everywhere even where maintenance walked by repeatedly without picking up. The apartment was not cleaned upon move in. Painters painted over dust and tape. They only seem to make it look very nice for inspections. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.
The worst place ever, only one word “run” Receptionist rude, never ask us to sit, never smile, never call when she says. Run and don’t look back.
I have not been pleased with how pest problems were handled. I have had an ongoing large bug/roach like creature problem for several months. Each time I alerted the staff they said their pest control came to spray but then a few weeks later the bugs would be back. On my forth request I was told "there's nothing we can do about bugs coming inside." I try to be reasonable but telling me there was nothing to be done about this ongoing problem was not satisfactory in my opinion. The apartments aren't terrible but just be aware that there is a high chance you will be visited by bugs.
My only complaint about this place is the maintenance. My electric bill has been through the roof for months, all because they refuse to replace the AC unit.
I have been a resident here at country club apartments for three years. at first it seemed nice and safe. As of late after the property manager moved out of the property she has been letting the property degrade and allowing unsavory types to rent. The property manager says there is a courtesy officer onsite but i have lived here two years and haven't seen him/her once. Im moving out cause there have been many thefts of motorcycles and tires off vehicles and people hanging out in the parking lots at late night to early mornings. I feel that it isn't safe anymore. Good-luck to you if you rent here.
I just renewed my second lease at country club and I have had a wonderful experience. I live in a two bedroom townhouse and have had literally 0 issues. A few small things like the air conditioning going out once and the garbage disposal but other than that it's been great and they fixed both immediately. I'm looking to buy a house and will be staying here till then :)
Country Club Apartments are conveniently located off of Middlebrook Pike in Knoxville. Turkey Creek, with plenty of shopping availability, is within 10-15 minutes, Downtown Knoxville is within 10-15 minutes, lots of great restaurants are located within a very short drive of the complex and the Great Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are within an hours drive. I have lived here for over two years and have always had exceptional service whenever anything needed attention in my apartment. Nowhere else in Knoxville will you find the large amount of square footage for the rent cost. No need to keep searching...Country Club is the place to be!
My apartment is spacious enough for a small family. The master bedroom is large with a walk in closet and attached full bath. The second bedroom is a bit smaller but also has ample closet space to fit anyone's needs. The second bathroom is also a full bath, which is very appealing if you have guests and/or children. The living room and dining area are of decent size. Big enough for a large sectional and a dining table to fit 4 to 6 people. The kitchen is also of decent size. The outer area is well lit with plenty of grass for walking pets. There are also other amenities including, but not limited to, 2 pools, basketball and tennis courts, and a clubhouse.
