Property Ratings at Country Club Place Apartments
Applying a month before move in. They took no action on the application, calling them daily after two weeks and still no response. They keep saying their working on it, but their website said it took 1 to 3 days. They're obviously just scamming people for the application fee and not working on it
The staff at Country Club Apartments are always mature and professional when it comes to anything you need to bring to office. Whether it be questions about work orders or just simple questions about interior of their units; they staff here at this apartment complex makes their customers confident because of how they handle contracts, work orders, property care and etc. If you not looking for confusion and love clean areas, check these apartments out.
If I could give one piece of advice it would be to STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. They are the worst complex to deal with, from rodents, electrical problems, mold, the front office staff are sometimes unpleasant to deal with it’s just not worth locking yourself in a lease
I really living here. The front office is very nice and clean and they are always willing to help. Apartments are in good shape and the maintenance people do the best they can. Also like the green turf area for my kids to play.
I’ve never written a negative review about any company but this is one of the worst. You can’t break your lease in anyway. My lease ends April 17th but since I didn’t turn in a letter saying I wasn’t renewing in 60 days I have to pay rent until May 17th. You can’t email the letter it has to be hand delivered by you, even though they only communicate with you by email, and they don’t understand any circumstances. This was one of the worst apartments. I don’t recommend moving in here. My AC was broke twice and had to remind them. There are no screens on the window which is a safety hazard. I had a leak in my bedroom window that when it rained water would puddle on my floor and was never fixed. My apartment looked nothing like the one they showed me but I had already signed the lease and was nothing I can do even though in the lease it has a reletting fee. Moral of the story don’t move here. The gate you also pay to park in is constantly broken
They will take your money and decline your application without any real reason I wouldn't apply here at all.
Staff is unresponsive, calling leads to a call center that doesn't return messages, emailing is a dead end. since living here I've dealt with roaches, and mice, both reported. maintenance came in and tossed down inhumane sticky traps that I had to dispose of after they inevitably worked. don't live downstairs. I've had raw sewage overflow into my bathroom/bedroom twice. took the complex three days to address. maintenance cleaned replaced the carpet padding, but left the carpet. refused to reimburse the three days because it "the apartment was still livable." if you survive all of that, expect loud neighbors and a filthy property.
You should not waste your time trying to live here. After submitting my application over a month before my chosen move-in date, they basically have done nothing to get me into the apartment and now it's past the move-in. Calling their many numbers is such a waste of time. If you get the outside management and not the people in the office, just hang up because they say they'll leave a message but that does absolutely nothing. Call them as many times as needed otherwise, they will not do anything for your application. The workers don't know what they're trying to do and the supervisor takes too long to get anything done. The apartments might look nice but at this point, it's not worth going through all this trouble.
I liked everyone that works here in the office. They were all very welcoming and answered promptly to my questions via phone and email. Made my transition for a first time apartment renter smooth and easy.

when we first moved in these apartments it was okay but then the second month came and all of a sudden we started seeing mice. plus they were digging holes through the walls and we always keep our house clean. i told management and they did nothing told them we have a toddler and put the poisoned mice bar anywhere to where he can get a hold of it. They need to fix it.

The situation of changing managers every time affects the residents, the new manager is too rude. In exchange, Miss Kayla was an excellent assistant and Kerimos returned.

This place has an Rat and roach infestation. Yes rats! I have seen several in my apartment and outside in the parking lot (dead) Management is unprofessional and rude. No pest control! “Administration fees” monthly. Far walk to the dumpsters. Rent (water bill charges with rent bill basically due same time not a separate bill option ) payment ONLY available online which charges a processing fee.

This place has gone through a complete makeover. It now has amenities of higher-end apartments at a very affordable price. Security, dog park, and covered outdoor spaces are just some of the new features that make Country Club a great place to live.

Be careful if your car don't have a sticker they would tow it, even visitors that takes more than 5 minutes and park your car when you come back your car is gone. They don't do pest control but u still gotta pay for it plus water, trash, electricity and apt. Rental insurance. Be aware people
Apartments are not the best but they do send letters out to the residents about fiesta carts, trash, etc. People sometimes just do not cooperate they do not listen. The outside staff tries hard to keep it clean . The office staff is very nice. Now if you cant pay your rent thats another story. Nobody lives for free no matter what the situation. That is every where. I have been here 2 years no problems. And I happen to know the manager is not 55 years old. Stop making things person and grow up people. We get what we pay for... I am very happy here and I recommend it.
The paint job has a horrible stench to it. Their towing company will find any reason to tow you even if you have the correct sticker. We had to leave our lease early because of personal issues and before i could do anything they had placed a lock on my door and stated I had 1 hr to move my stuff out (Day 5)... After I threatened to call the city, manager stated will remove the lock and went out to say that everything possible will go on credit being over $4000 in fees because neighbors told them we were moving out before we did, not knowing we had every intention of paying rent plus late fees. These people take stuff personal and will make the intention of making you feel like as low as possible (she actually told me that she was 55 years old and she knew everything "excuse" in the book judging me and my husband and reasons why we didn't pay rent) Our daughter has been in and out the hospital, I'm high risk pregnancy, and my husband wasn't able to work due to Texas floods, we were not trying to avoid paying, LIFE HAPPENED
Its cheap for a reason. Bugs everywhere, management changes policy whenever they want, and you'll be dodging the local fiesta shopping carts walking to your door. You get what you pay for.
