Country Club Village Apartments

The units are very nice, everyone I have talked to here was friendly, and it’s not terribly expensive. If you don’t have pets, this is the place to be.

I just moved into this apartment complex this past month and it's been a very enjoyable experience. The apartment is setup quite well and was clean when I moved in. The area is very quiet despite being close to a busy road and the golf course. The staff is very kind and accommodating as well. I'm very glad that I chose to apply for this apartment, and I look forward to staying here for months to come.

Really clean apartments. Ive heard a lot of great things about the owner and his maintenance of the units and it all checks out. Noticeably new carpet, fresh paint; everything looked brand new. The laundry room and hallways are spotless. I’m very satisfied with my new place.

I just moved into this apartment complex this past month and wanted to say that the apartment was extremely clean when I moved in. The area is very quiet. The pool is clean and taken care of and there are lots of walking paths near the complex. The staff is very helpful and kind as well. Very satisfied with the complex.

Apartment was spotless when moving in. All of the buildings and areas are very well taken care of. One of the easiest move in processes that I have done. Staff was very helpful and responsive to any questions during the entire process.

Great overall experience renting with CCV Apartments. Debbie in the office is attentive and answered my questions. I was late arriving in town for my move in but they graciously met me at the office when they were closed to give me my keys and welcome me. Top notch service and responsiveness also with the couple of maintenance requests I have had so far.

I moved into the Country Club Village Apartments on March 4th, and Everything has been Absolutely Wonderful.. I am Thankful to call this place Home, and Look Forward to Summer when the Pool is Open and I can Swim with my two boys.. I Give this place my Highest Recommendation if you are Looking to Rent in the Greater Charleston area!!

We recently just moved here to country club village in Charleston, WV, and the whole process has been amazing! From the day we came to view the apartments, to moving in was a breeze! The staff is phenomenal and always answering any questions we’ve had in the entire process! The apartment was so clean from the day we moved in, so issues at all. It’s such a quiet environment and have had no problems with anything or anyone. Everyone we’ve met has been so nice! 100/10 recommended this place.

The apartments are very nice and the property is well kept. The other tenants are also friendly. The property is very safe for those moving into the area, and is located very close to the state police office. Additionally, all necessities (groceries, food, clothing, etc.)are located nearby (roughly 5-10 min drive). Overall a great place (10/10).

The process of leasing here is quick and easy. Having a resident portal makes life easier. The apartment I moved into was clean and completely updated before moved in. Mgmt is professional and helpful.

Went to look at the unit of interest and signed a lease agreement the next day, very quick responses and organization. All digital paperwork made the process easy and stress free.

Paying deposit and rent was very easy online. The apartment was very clean on move in. I did have an issue with a stain on the carpet but she had him come in to try to get it out. Every one has been so helpful throughout the entire process. I received a packet moving in that had all the info I would need and all my keys. Very nice and professional

I love living up here and being so close to the Interstate and all the Shopping areas so close by. Also, this property is well maintained and the manager is so pleasant.

This is the best place to live! A lot of apartments don't have ample parking or a place to walk and this place has both! It's conveniently located to downtown, Charleston and Southridge. The staff answers all of my questions promptly and the neighbors wave like I have lived here for years. It's a neighborhood of apartments and townhouses.

I just moved in this unit and slept really good for the first night. Woke up with birds’ singing and cooked breakfast feeling like this new house as my own one for real. Office manager is so kind and helpful. I think I made a good decision. Love this place:)
