Brighton has been such a help in getting me into an apartment promptly! Super amazing communication, updates, and so much more. I couldn’t mention a better place to live. Especially for someone getting their first apartment!

Lived here for 3 years. Maintenance is responsive, the front office is kind, amenities are good. Going to the pool was my favorite! Close to stores & restaurants & car wash. The apartment I was in has been loved and worn by others in the past, but it is a great space and the vaulted ceiling is wonderful (I lived on the second floor). Some of the appliances are on the older side but everything works. Great place, loved living here and I will miss it!

Lived here for a year. Office staff is very courteous. But the maintenance is great! Brandon came over and fixed my ceiling from a flood upstairs. He is the most polite man I have ever met. Fixed my issue quickly. This is a great community and a good place to hang your hat.

Lived here almost a year now and have had no issues. The office lady’s are amazing, they remember all of your information and greet you by name every time they see you. Maintenance men are always quick to get to any work orders. Job. Would absolutely recommend these apartments to my friends and family

This is a very nice place to live the women in the office are very nice if something needs to be fixed in your apartment they will send someone to fix it

I called Thursday morning and was moving in Saturday morning. Cindy, Haley, and Reagan all worked to get me everything I needed and made the process easy. The price was great as well, significantly cheaper than the apartments I was staying in a block away. I have been here for a week and despite being centrally located, it has been very quiet. It’s an older building so things are dated, but functional. So far it’s everything I was looking for.

This place started out fine but got pretty bad close to the end. Pro's: Nice area, close to a lot of things, office ladies are nice, fireplaces. Con's: At first maintenance was great. They fixed things quickly. However, after about 6-7 months of living here, they started leaving things a mess, dismissing things like the picture I sent them of exactly where my sink was leaking and telling me that "it wasn't leaking now". They also glued my dishwasherr at one point. Of course it broke again the first time I ran it. They also do not enforce cleaning up after pets. There was always dog poop everywhere and it was even worse when I was there last. I got emails all the time saying that the water was being shut off. However I was usually at work and didn't worry about it. Biggest con of all is that they raised rent by almost $200, and after I let them know that I wouldn't be renewing, they tried multiple times to offer some sort of discount, saying that the increase was negotiable. When I left, my family and I spent hours scrubbing that apartment from top to bottom. I just got my security deposit check today and found that they charged me $60 for cleaning the fridge and replacing two drip pans on the stove. I could have replaced all four for less than that and the fridge was clean when I left. I guess they had to find some way to squeeze as much money out of me as they could. Definitely much happier at my new place where I don't have to worry about being screwed over.

I moved to this apartment a few months ago and the staff is absolutely excellent! They have made me feel right at home and are great at making sure you are taken care of.

I’ve lived here for two years and had minimal bad experiences(none at the apartments fault) Office and maintenance replies fast and generally just a very welcoming place to live. Fully recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent in Amarillo

I have had a great experience living here. The staff is so nice and always answers questions when I have them. The maintenance team is also attentive in any problems I have with my apartment.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with all questions and have the answers. Maintainence staff handles problems promptly. Property is clean and pet owners do a good job of cleaning up after their animals. The pool area has a hot tub and grill area as well.

I have been here for 4 years and the staff has seen its share of changes, however, the group they have now have been great to me and have responded every time I have needed their help. I Thank them for their time and help over the years.

My apartment is just the basic 1 bedroom , it came with a washer and dryer as well as refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Property maintenance is up to par and the staff are amazing. Definitely try out country club villas!

Staff is very inviting and helpful throughout my moving in process. I just moved in a few weeks ago but I can already tell we are going to love it here! I picked these apartments to live in because they were the best for your buck and the closest to work! Definitely recommend this complex

I had the unfortunate happen where I no longer needed the apt and had to pay the rent deposit and cancellation fee of $1500 prior to getting into my apartment. The outside of the place looks decent …just don’t go into the apartment! You will be welcomed by lots of flies and spiders! That was of course after I had to have Maintenance come fix the lock so I could get in!!! The carpet is old and worn. The fireplace looks like it’s never been clean. The toilet tank equipment was probably installed on day one or possibly bought used? Paint splatter and chipped countertops await you! The traffic from Coulter sounds like they are driving into you living room! On October 5th I get to turn in my keys and drive away from this mess! I can’t wait! Keep driving folks! Keep driving!

From their terribly maintained apartments with drafty doors, bugs, outdated appliances, to their slow and forgetful maintenance team, all the way to their rude and unorganized staff it was the worst apartment experience I have had. When I moved in I gave them a $199 deposit for my 1b/1b unit, upon move in the unit had outdated appliances, a hole in the wall, no weather stripping, and within 24 hours of having the keys I came home to a flooded apartment because in a previous work order on the water heater the maintenance man did not install the emergency valve. I moved out at the end of August 2018 and deep cleaned everything in my apartment besides the one ceiling fan in the bedroom and the drip pans on my stove, when I turned in my keys I gave them a forwarding address and was told I would receive my deposit back within 30 days. The next month went by and I never heard anything of my deposit, I reached out to the property and was told over and over again through the course of almost a month that they would look into it and get back to me. I finally had enough and contacted the corporate office and explained my situation and how I did not understand that had I not called and inquired about my deposit that I probably would've never seen that money again. They got back to me in about a week and said they were looking into it and that they would let me know something, the next time I heard from them they said something about two ceiling fans not being cleaned at move out (when I only had one), a sink not being clean, and my drip pans not being clean. I explained that they needed to look at their pictures again because I cleaned all of my sinks and I only had one ceiling fan in the apartment. Over the next two months there were back and forth emails about my apartment and how they were still evaluating it, and today 11/29/18 I finally got an email back in total 3 MONTHS after I moved out stating that they would be deducting $40 for FOUR drip pans (a 4 pack of basic stainless steel drip pans from home depot costs $10 at the most), and that my apartment "could've been cleaner" so they were deducting $110 in cleaning fees. It is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous that it took 3 months to come to this verdict, in the past I would've taken pictures of my unit before I turned the keys in but of course the one time I did not document the cleanliness and near perfect condition of my apartment they completely take advantage of me and rip me off.

Nice staff,There Very polite and understanding. They have a swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Exercise area, Internet Cafe, Laundry Facility,and a Basket Ball area. The 2 Bedrooms are very roomy. Some of the apartments have washer and dryer connections. others have Stackable Washer and Dryers in them. They also have Assigned Parking and Storage.

THEY DO not care about water on the floor because they sent someone right over.. and they still did not resolve the situation. he said he would be back over the next morning and I have seen no one yet

I live here! I thought it would be great. The only two things it has going for it is covered parking and location. Dishwasher tore up and washing machine tore up as well. Ice maker has never worked or the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Doors and windows are drafty with cold air blowing in and now I am waiting in a motel for a water leak to be fixed that has messed up the drywall. I also have bees that have been coming in the apartment at the rate of 2-3 a day and I'm allergic to them. I was told they are waiting on parts to come in but I have been there over a month now. And on top of that the dog doo-doo in front of my apartment causes too many flies. And the couple above me make the worst noise in the evening that sounds like they are doing jumping jacks up there or fighting and throwing a body on the floor. Over and over! The walls are way too thin if I can hear my neighbor flush! I've lived in apartments before and this one is horrible.

So far everything has been pretty great. The only problem I have is that they have a ridiculous amount of breeds that are restricted here, and the office staff doesn't communicate very well, but other than that I have had no problems. It's close to everything and it's a very nice complex.

The property is beautiful, great ammenities, awesome location, decent price on rent, courtesy officer, maintenance is great as well! Overall a nice place to live.
