You can find Greeley just 49 miles from Denver, placing it an ideal range for those seeking a quick commute to the big city and a small-town environment. This former farming town is now on the rise and home to many large corporations and small businesses.
Greeley houses two colleges within its boundaries. The University of Northern Colorado and Aims Community College are two major community achievements. The downtown area is an exciting part of town where locals and students enjoy grabbing a bite before attending a concert at the Union Colony Civic Center.
In addition to academia, the city touts gourmet restaurants, affordable apartments, as well as five craft breweries, including Crabtree and Broken Plow. Poudre River Trail is a 21-mile paved pathway suited for walking, biking, and even rollerblading if you’re into it. Residents appreciate the shopping opportunities at Greeley Mall, plus the city-wide festivals such as Greeley Stampede with its rodeos, carnival games, and food.

Property Ratings at Country Club West
Apartments are not as nice as they make them seem. Heat is electric and very expensive during the winter. Windows are out dated and not energy efficient. Parking is atrocious and they do nothing about it. Amenities you pay for can not be used because they are over crowded or broken by guests of residents. Save your money and move some other place. Apartment on the north side are better than these
They do not enforce any of the rules in which they created. 1. Being the quiet hours numerous times I complained about the kids they allowed to move in here who are constantly loud and obnoxious. 2. Not a single person besides me picks up the dog poop I find myself picking up other dog poop. It’s actually hard for me to think of 1 good thing they have done at this apartment complex. If anyone has any suggestions of better apartments in Greeley I’d love to know.

I've lived here for about 2 years now, and I love it! It's in a surprisingly quiet area, and I never hear my neighbors. The apartments themselves are very nicely maintained. The office staff is friendly and knows residents by name. I've had a few maintenance issues, and the maintenance staff has always been timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. They've gone above and beyond more than once to make sure my apartment was in great shape! I genuinely have nothing bad to say, and I hope to continue living here for a long time!

I am so sick of the renovations taking forever and the rent constantly increasing! Oh and the hot tub is never right, it's either too hot or its cold; so aggravating. The club house has been out of commission for over 2 months. The amenities are very disappointing to say the least.

We're sorry to hear that your stay in our community has been less than enjoyable. We would like to discuss your concerns with you directly, so please give us a call when you have a moment. We look forward to speaking to you soon. Thanks for sharing this feedback with us.
I moved in about a year ago and will not be staying once the lease is up. The renovations here are out of control. Mail box replacement is now on 4 weeks and an inconvienece for tenant having to go to post office for an hour a week and wait. Apartments are way over priced and no discounts offered for the trouble they have put everyone threw. My advice look elsewhere. You won't get what you pay for here.

Hi, It seems we've fallen short of your expectations, and we apologize for that. Please give us a call or stop by the leasing office so we can get a better understanding of your concerns. Thank you.
The rent here is outrageous! It is constantly be raised and you can ask for a rent quote but they can barely do that because it changes so often. This place is not worth the money.
The new owners, Inland Residential, have taken oven and increasing the rent. It really irks me!! The main reason I rented here was because of the rent but now I'm not sure what to do. And according to the manager the rent may be changing again after they install some new software that helps them charge you more even though it's not worth it. I'm really disappointed to say the least!
This is one've those places where the apartments themselves are great quality, but the place is completely ruined by management. I lived here up until 2 years ago and will never give Vintage Corporation another dime of my money since moving out. It sincerely is the worst business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They will squeeze you of every possible dime they can get and make you miserable. The head manager has absolutely no idea how to do her simple job, is extremely rude, and treats people like they aren’t worth what’s stuck on the bottom of their shoes. They also raised rent by over $100 a month just because they can, or as the manager put it “people are dumb enough to pay it” when I questioned her about it. Please do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place. I certainly wish I had.
From the day I moved in, this complex had questionable ethics. My apartment was not very clean, and you could smell cat box smells in the bedroom. After several complaints, they agreed to change the carpet pad. The gentleman who came to do this showed me the pad with several stains on it, and said they had found the source of the smell. Fast forward one year, when I was moving out. I turned in my keys and said I had cleaned the apartment , but would appreciate them letting me know if they found something they felt was not clean enough. I would be happy to come back and clean something they felt was not clean enough. I told them I had taken pictures, and that I was depending upon the money for my transfer moving costs. I never heard from them. When I called a week later the manager told me that they had to clean. I reminded her that I had taken pictures, and she told me that unless those photos were dated, it was my word agains hers! I would never recommend this complex to anyone! Shame on poor business ethics!
I really love this apartment! It is a bit small, but perfect for just me. The grounds are kept really nice and the managers are fantastic. The pool is usually available to chill out. The upstairs squeaks a bit and I can hear them walking, but other than that, it is pretty quiet. If there is a problem, maintenance gets the issue fixed really quickly. I really love my apartment! It's also really close the Walmart, King Soopers, and close to food places.
I have lived her for 6 years and I can't complain. The office staff is very friendly and are always there to answer your questions. The maintenance staff are very professional and friendly to quickly fix the problems that come up. The apartments are spacious and the common areas are well maintained.
We absolutely love living here. The staff is amazing and the grounds are very well cared for. I love the pool and business center. I moved from MA to CO and having a clean, quiet apartment where I can snuggle up with my kitty and pup at night has helped a lot with the change! Neighbors are mostly alright, sometimes a little loud with the doors. No huge complaints though! They even have a doggie park on the grounds!
Country Club West Apartments has the friendliest Staff I've ever dealt with at an apartment complex. All of the office staff learned my name immediately upon moving in (impressive, given the hundreds of units). When I call to submit a maintenance request, they are always addressed same-day; one time a worker showed up in five minutes! On top of that, the units are of a much higher quality than most in Greeley. The sunroom in my two-bedroom unit adds a great amount of usable space. Many units have wood floors and the appliances are much newer than a lot of units I've seen around town. The one criticism I have is that the computers are a bit slow in the business center and if one of the computers is down, you might have to wait a bit to use the computer. But even so, that seems like only a minor setback in comparison to all of the great things happening here at Country Club West!
I lived here about 3 year's and the landlord is good.
Very nice apartments I really like this units. I just love the way they greet people there plans and I just simply love everything about thes apartments. hopeing to move in to them someday.
The place overall is what I was looking for when I was looking for a new place, however trying to get in touch with the staff with what is available if anything was extremely difficult. I had to call multiple times to get a response and was transferred multiple times for just the basic information. When someone did finally get in touch with me and told me that nothing was available, she would not give me any information as to when to try again or put me on an interest list. Overall the place its self is probably really nice to live in, but good luck trying to get there
im really impressed with the web site they have, you get information your request immediately. the pictures they post really let you see what the apartments look like. well kept grounds. can hardly wait until a unit opens up.
Nice apartments. The area I live in is pretty quiet. Staff is very nice and friendly. Price is good. Only down fall is no garage or covered car ports. Makes iit hard in the winter. Enjoy living here.
