Fifteen miles north of Eugene, the community of Junction City is a slice of pure small-town Americana. Highway 99 passes through the city, forming the main commercial corridor—coffeehouses, specialty shops, and restaurants line the road, forming a walkable Downtown district full of popular hangouts. The local rental market features options for every lifestyle, largely made up of suburban houses and low-rise apartments.
The land surrounding the city is primarily composed of farmland, with Willamette and Siuslaw National Forests to the east and west. The annual Scandinavian Festival is the year’s most anticipated community event, attracting folks from all around the region every August. College sports fans will appreciate Junction City’s position on the main road between Eugene and Corvallis, the state’s two biggest university communities.

Property Ratings at Country Crossroads
I honestly don’t have a good thing to say. Parking is aweful. Management doesn’t help. The trash area is a health hazard.
This place was made cheap with poor parking options. I can hear everything the upstairs neighbor says as well as his kids running around all day yelling and screaming. I have lost days of sleep and my complaints have been ignored by management. I am in the process of taking my upstairs neighbor to small claims court because I am ignored when I complain. Also not well maintained and overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend
The floors are terribly thin and you can hear just about everything the people above you are doing. My upstairs neighbors have 2 kids and their parents let them run wild all hours of the night. Even in the daytime it's unbearable, take your kids outside if they're going to rough house. I've put in 4 noise complaints and nothing gets done. I've even gone up there and asked her to control her kids but they have no common courtesy. If you enjoy sleeping then do not move here, unfortunately I work graveyards and my time here has been miserable. Parking is awful, they did not think ahead and make enough spaces. It's a total free-for-all on the street for parking and might end up having to walk a block to your car.
First off These apartments were literally just thrown up and were constructed and made horribly. Right when my boyfriend and I moved in there was already stuff wrong or missing in our brand new apartment that I had to write down and inform the management about. Gym hours are just trash they open when people are having to head to work and already closing when people get off work there’s like no time to ever workout for most people who actually have a job to even pay rent here. And Parking is literally the worst thing ever, you only get one parking pass per unit which is extremely stupid, and of course my boyfriend gave it or me to always have a spot and to be safe walking to my apartment but sometimes I don’t even get a spot near my unit I have to go all the way in a different Parking lot to park which is extremely irritating. Also what is irritating is they have very limited visitors parking spots so by the time my boyfriend gets home there’s no where for him to even park he even got towed one day and we had to pay 300 to get his car out because he though well sense I pay over 1000 In rent it should Be fine this one night, well we were wrong it got towed and management did nothing about it but to tell us sorry next time park way in the other neighborhood or in the church parking lot which they never informed us when moving in. These apartments are just trash honestly do not recommend.
Our upstairs neighbor is so loud. Constantly moving furniture, stomping in heels across the thinly skinned fake wood floor. The stairs that lead up to her apartment pass along my bedroom wall she stomps up and down as if it were a sound proof room. It’s sadly just a wall. You can hear the water from her toilet in the living room. On top of all that, She called management on us about noise as we were moving in. They called us at 2:00 pm to tell us we were noisy. To this day our comments about her noise has gone unattended. Huge disappointment
