The maintenance team supervised by Ronny does an excellent job in our community. I am a current resident and I’m very grateful because the community is always clean and they take care of my requests in a reasonable time. They are friendly, respectful and professional. The community in general is quiet and peaceful with a great location.

They are professional and friendly, always taking time to say hello and wave. My maintenance requests are always taken care of promptly usually within 24 hours . The urgent tasks are taken care of. However, also smaller ones that may seem unimportant are also addressed and make living here much more pleasant.
