I have been living here for close to 10 years.. maybe more, for the price it's not bad considering other options in town, The maintenance crew is very fast to respond if there are any issues going on. Good place for that reason.

Everyone at Country Green Apartments is terrific! Everyone is is incredibly helpful and kind. Management Lany and Amy are always helpful and ready to answer and resolve any issues or questions. The maintenance team Stan and Delbert are just as helpful. When our air conditioner went out they had submitted paperwork to replace it immediately and worked around my schedule to install the new one. The new a/c was installed in just a few a days. I highly recommend Country Green, it’s a wonderful place to live.

These apartments are not horrible. They have some flaws, but most are ok as long as you are not planning on staying here forever. However...I do have a problem with the misrepresentation of this property in their advertisements. First off the office has never been open on Saturday for as long as I've been here. They have just decided to not work on Saturday and they still advertise that they are open. Sometimes they leave the main building locked on Saturday so you can't even get your mail. The picture shown to renters is one of the apartments that has been remodeled. They are slowly working to remodel the property. If you come in to inquire about the property they do not have a sample unit to show you and you have to go off of the floor plan and the picture provided. When you decide to go ahead and rent you might get one of the older apartments that has not been remodeled and has significant damage to carpets and older fixtures. Make sure and note EVERYTHING and take pictures so you are not held accountable for the mess. Another problem is that they tell you that water and trash are included. They are included...at a cost of $25 extra added to your rent per month. They do have free high speed internet like the ad says, but only in the main office. Also in regards to the pool and sauna. Yes they do have one. I have seen it so I know it exists. However I have lived here more than 6 months and have never seen them open for use. They have been closed the entire time. When we signed our lease we were told that the pool would be open in a couple of weeks and that they were repairing something six months and many "pool will be open dates" later the pool is still not open. So if you are looking for a place with a pool this is apparently not it. And with how long it has been closed they should not advertise it as an amenity.
Our apartment is very quite. The staff and neighbors are very friendly. Has a swimming pool and hot tub and so far we really enjoy it here
This complex has some Good this about it and some bad. The Good thigh are there is an indoor pool and hot tub. They are putting new carpet and tile floors in the apartments as people move out. The time I don't like is every year for the past three years I've lived here they have raised the rent with a new lease. They are one of the very few places to rent in Canon city.
