Located between the Santa Ana Mountains, Chino Hills State Park, and Lake Mathews Estelle Mountain Reserve, Corona’s residents enjoy a diverse landscape that encompasses everything from abundant retail centers to unspoiled natural beauty. The city’s location offers easy access to both the Inland Empire and Orange County; this along with the abundance of attractive, Spanish-style homes and excellent public schools makes Corona a popular home base for many commuters. The cost of living is relatively low compared to other parts of SoCal, and rental rates for homes and apartments range from the high-end to the highly-affordable.
Corona is also known as the “Circle City”. The town is named for the three-mile circular layout found at Grand Boulevard. This circular hub houses several parks, a farmers market, local eateries, and the Corona Regional Medical Center. Grand Boulevard is one of several commercial hubs in Corona.

Property Ratings at The Cooper
Mala administración , complejo sucio administración deficiente , las máquinas para secar queman la ropa adicional hay robo de autos en el parking
Mgt Company is doing great upgrades at the pool and outside areas If u can live u ROACHES in your bed u wake up to a big roach running across your body and you smash it when u roll on it...... Roaches in ALL sizes...crawling on every wall in your home, in the refrigerator and every appliance more power to you. Kids are everywhere. Delivered Packages are stolen fm front door. Homeless at the trash Bins at ALL HRS No, security the do drive by at night. Been here 2yrs no consistency. High task Charged double for water, trash pick ups. The, electric and water are billed ava charges by the mgt Co. Lost of EXTRAS.... THAT NO ONE WILL EXPLAIN... THERE IS NO Utilities company. THE MGT is selling the tenant water and power. You can not participate in SCE discounts or free appliances. Large business truck come to dump their Trask here.... Tenant are paying higher price for several trash pick ups due to no security monitoring. And no one seems to care at all for our well being. Yes we are moving this weekend ??
Mother’s Beware. This is far from a safe place for your family. Last month a group of children found a loaded gun in a bush. Homeless digging threw the trash as mentioned in reviews from years ago are still very much a problem. Except there comfortable now so catcall you at night with your children. My air has been broken since moving into the unit. A leak they fix by putting more liquid in, meaning if I’m lucky, 3 days of AC in the hottest months of the year. Cartoon sized roaches scatter across the side walk at night to the point you get use to the crunch. My apartment flooded for two days. I was sweeping water out of my home. Standing in standing water on 100 degree days. (AC out of course) manager told me. My baby walks up crying and sweating on a mildewing matteress. Maintenance said they never got the work order. Manager said the world doesn’t revolve around me and that for all she knows I caused the flooding. Even after maintenance admitted it was there equipment. Amenities stay closed for construction let you won’t see them worked on ever. Let me know if that sounds luxury to you.
Laundry is suppose to open@ 8am Not anymore.4 person waiting right now Pay rent online for free... NOT NO MORE. Now $$50. To pay online or MO. Contact say night patrol... NO MORE. NOT the POLICE are allow by Lincoln MGT to patrol and ticket Violations. Just yesterday I seen 5 tickets on cars today I seen 3 more cars with tickets. Country Hills going down fast.... Very fast. Everyone is super nice, they just do a really bad job here.. Come live were they just don't care about you.
I'm a current resident here at country hills. And like most the only reason why I'm here is due to the low rent. Which actually isn't low being they raise it ever year. As for the life here it's ok but as in everywhere there are problems. First they have plenty of parking but with that brings people sleeping in there cars. And also the careless people that ding your car with there car door. I mean since they don't live here who cares right. Then next they finally updated the laundromat they have 4 here onsite but beware of the whole back area which they call our community park. That Landry facility is used for the transient and drug addicts here to do as they please. I've been in the back pool with my kids and some transient just opens the gate. Jumps in the pool as to shower gets out dressed and leaves. "Gross". I don't allow my kids out that much being there on summer break because of the really bad transient and drug addicts that hide in here because it's gated. What gated community leaves the gates open? As for security it's a senior citizen that shows up at 1130 and locks the pool and mail box and leaves. This place is great if they would just Lock the gate and have all the tenants buy gate openers. Or like the other communities here they have security at the entrance.
For a first time renter this place was nice. The first few months were great and the staff was really nice. As the months went, I noticed the staff didn't really know much about the property and the things going on. Security is awful; there are people digging in the dumpsters of all hours. Police are always on grounds. A pest control problem that the staff forget to take care of when you request it and Pets never maintained or looked after. My last few months experience have made my roommate and me move out early and find a new apartment we can barely afford. Having at least a year's rent will help us from moving back to a fair community that neglects its tenants and keep up on our bills without worry.
Unfortunately, I am writing about an apartment that I plan to live in during the near future. That apartment is named "The Homecoming at the Preserve, 16250 Homecoming Dr, Chino, CA 91708. This apartment complex put you in the mind of a resort, that's right it's like being on vacation every day. This apartment has everything imaginable; cabana, private barbecue area, banquet room (for weddings, birthdays, or any personal events), coffee room, massage room, nail shop, cleaners, computer room, library and movie theater...and so much more. I love this place and I'm sure you would too. As a cancer survivor life means living to the fullest and this place will help me achieve that, and in return I can help non-profit organization like Mercy Ship, Breakthrough ministries to name a few, to make life better for others. Sincerely, June
I like this complex. Its right by a Walmart and close to schools. The staff are nice but not that great at communication and up keep. I've had several roach problems that I've talk called for and its still not resolved. And notices for construction and maintenance checks are only about 1 to 3 days in advance so you never really have time to prepare for anything. Parking is difficult as well since it is not assigned. They have a pet policy to keep pets secured and inside but they allow cats to roam the grounds. The unit sizes are perfect and spacious but the apartment upkeep and services make it irritating.
I have lived here for almost 2 years and it is a good place for me and my family. Close to everything and a lot for the kids to do on the property. Neighbors are friendly staff is always helpful. I would recommend to others.
My wife and I have lived here for 3 years solely on the fact that it is the only place we can afford on one income. The management are terrible and are very pushy and the landlord, Sally, fails on every part of being a landlord. The biggest problem, Roaches. Yes roaches. We have complained over and over to the management team and they called the exterminator out and they sprayed 3 times and they are still here. They even told us "you brought the roaches" and blamed us. The managers have their priorities out of line as well. The neighbors below us had their patio cluttered with just junk, so bad you couldn't walk into it and they didn't say a word to them about it. But yet they told another neighbor to take his Christmas lights down. On top of it all, I called the Management Team, MG Properties Group, and they were not believing me in what I was telling them but said they would talk to our landlord. Never happened, and when I called them back, they never responded nor answered the phone. Absolutely horrible customer service and unprofessional. The only positive thing about this residence, is that the grounds are kept clean although the buildings are made out of wood and are rotting and paint is falling off but that doesn't disturb the overall living expierence. They're in the process of adding Solar Panels which is a plus to help save on electricity. If you plan on living here, please do your research first on other places around and leave this place to your absolute last and only resort. No one deserves this kind of service nor hospitality. I can't wait to finally afford a place where I won't find a roach every time I turn on a light.
