As one of the major economic centers of Alabama and one of the signature cities of the Southeast, Birmingham has done an impressive job of adapting to the new demands of the 21st century. The city that once built a reputation as the “Pittsburgh of the South” thanks to a robust steel manufacturing industry is now a hip community attracting entrepreneurs, artists, and innovative personalities. Birmingham remains one of the most active business hubs in the region, with headquarters for everything from banks to biotech firms operating in the city.
The dining, nightlife, and entertainment scenes have all grown rapidly in recent years, and just about everyone in town has an opinion about where to find the best brewery. Gorgeously preserved historic buildings and a pervasive attitude of down-home hospitality have kept Birmingham’s famous southern charm intact as well, creating a unique environment where the best elements of the traditional and the modern complement each other.

Property Ratings at Country Park
After a whole year at Country Park Apartments, I must say it was a fantastic experience. After moving through bad apartments in the past and then moving from Michigan to Alabama, I didn't know what to expect when signing my lease. After much consideration after everything provided, It has been the best experience I have ever had! It's a quiet, friendly, and safe area. Everyone keeps to themselves and are nice enough to say hello to every person walking by. The leasing office and all staff were right there as nice as could be when needed as well as maintenance. This place is a very affordable and caring environment and I will for sure be recommending your apartments to people who are looking. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience, and giving me the hope that there are still genuine people out there.
The management team is ridiculous. The maintenance team is a poor excuse they don’t do any work. They are trying to charge me for a hole in the wall that they put there. They to get a life because I will not pay for any of that bull##it
I have lived in Courtry Park for 3 years. It's definitely not the worse. But far far far from good. Maintenance is very bad so you have to stay on them to get it done right. I currently have mold growing in my apartment and there is a leak in the wall and my complaints are falling on deaf ears so I'm moving. I love my apartment but the leaks, bugs, drug dealing and lack of security (my apartment was broken into and the Office never even contacted me to make sure I was ok or to repair damages) is enough to make me just give up. The ppl in the office are sweet but it's just not the best place to live. So if u can go elsewhere. I hate this cuz I really like my apartment. ??????????????
These apartments are beyond need of repair and renovation. I've been here going on three years and never have the wooden decks have been inspected. Only one mantiance guy if any problems arise wait until he can get to you. Termites are eating away at the wood. I had to shampoo carpet and put down bug killer. The ladies in the office are pleasant but it doesn't make up for the for the neglect. I would LOVE to move I'm saving. Run do not rent. I rate Country Park -0
I wasn't sure where to I should start. This will be my second time renting from here. The first time was pleasant unfortunately I was put in a situation where it wasn't in my best interest to renew my lease then. When I was able I thought of the Country Park Apartments,so I came in filled out my paperwork did my walk thru there were problems that needed to be fixed before I was to move in and I was told would be fixed by the time I moved in,unfortunately nothing I wanted was done. I talked to someone at the front desk and informed them and I was told someone would be out. Someone did come out but it took another phone call. That was upsetting but then I was told one of the issues I would have to fix myself. Once I moved in other issues were bought to my attention, and I must acknowledge they were fixed the time long in which they were fixed were unsatisfactory. I was robbed and I told the front office no security was provided even though they said we have an officer that lives on the complex. When I stayed here before I felt safe but this time I know I stay somewhere my money is the only thing that matters but my needs aren't being met.
I stay in the back so it is very peaceful back here and i have no problems at night or during the day. Their maintenance worker is very well too.
air has not been functioning properly since May 2015- until now. maintenance guy half do his job.
