Welcome to Country Pines Townhomes! We are a 54-unit community of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes with 1 1/2 bathrooms. Conveniently located next to Newby Elementary School and Duniway Middle School. Approximately 1 mile from the Aquatic Center, Library and City Park for your enjoyment. For Online Applications: • $55 application fee per person (18 years and older). • Provide a valid picture ID. Renter's Requirements: • Deposit amount may vary and is determined by your previous rental & credit history. • Deposit amount is required to be paid in full prior to move-in. • Renter's insurance is required. We screen for credit, criminal, eviction, employment, income minimums and current & past landlord references. Please ask for our disclosed screening criteria. Terrible Management, Terribly Mantained Homes
The management here is very lazy. Don't count on them to help you in any shape or form. They just want your money. Also, the yards are terrible, they're just a 4'x6' rectangle of concrete. And the homes have a terrible odor when first moving in. I still can't get the stench out of my closet. Can't wait to move out of here.

Friendly and Comfortable
Although we did not rent the apartment, Amy was helpful and kind with the entire process. The apartments are being well maintained and are a good option for renters in McMinnville.
