Property Ratings at Country Trace Apartments
This place had a high review from me before new management took over. I'm pretty sure maintenance is included in my rent. My ac is out right now and we need it right now. If we want to cook anything inside our apt gets up to 90. And this is what we get with new management, "you better turn on some fans because we don't service ac until May" Come on in folks you can have your heat and ac when we decide to repair it". Even though we are the ones paying the gas and electric bills
This apartment complex was perfect and still is for me, three years later. I have no complaints at all. The leasing office manager is so sweet and helpful, as is the maintenance gentleman. I have a 2bed/2bath unit and the floor plan is very well thought out and functional. The in unit washer and dryer is so awesome too. Dogs are allowed here but I have never heard any dog bark or seen lack of curbing for them either. My neighbors are awesome and I never hear them, so I'm guessing we don't have thin walls. Some utilities are included in the rent which makes it even more affordable than it already is. My packages that are left at my door, has never been disturbed. The location of the complex is great too. Private but close to everything. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
So, I've lived in many apartments and hated most all of them. Either it was the thin walls, or the horrible management, or the neighbors who blare music all the time. But here, that's not the case. There is quiet time from 10pm-9am. When I have had issues with my neighbor running their laundry at 1130pm, because I can hear their water draining, I addressed it and the same day the manager addressed and followed up with me. The few issues I have had inside have been fixed as soon as it worked around my schedule. The manager is so pet friendly but holds you to taking care of your animal. The parking spots have been updated to reserved parking and the management enforces it. I will admit, the ceiling is louder than most when my neighbors are walking. It's like a steeling sounding noise. But I don't hear their tv or them talking. My neighbor to the side of me I hear their dog bark, but I have 2 dogs myself so I understand. It's quiet at night that when I sleep with the windows open I hear 23 traffic and frogs. I have seen all sorts of animals out here which is interesting. My garbage is always picked up. The carport is kept up. There are always doggie waste bags. I love having a front and back door and knowing I always have a parking spot near my apartment. I'm very happy living here.
My Family has lived here for two years. I love our apartment and the community is great. BUT we must be very unlucky with our placement.. We got placed in an apartment directly below a young woman who loves to go out till 2am and is by far the loudest careless and clumsiest person I've ever heard in my entire life!! Our neighbor recently got a dog so our life just got that much worse. It NEVER stops barking! We are a young family - our daughter just turned one so its been very difficult living here with the constant racket. I really like this place but it's not somewhere you would want to live with young children with nap schedules and early bedtimes.
There are smokers smoking right outside their front doors...the smoke curls along the building leaving neighbors unable to open their windows for some fresh air. The smoke is also coming into my bedroom and closet because a neighbor and their spouse smoke in an alcove that runs along my bedroom and closet. The lease specifically states smokers should be 25 feet from entrance ways but its not enforced at all. I have a medical issue that is made worse by smoke. I even had the Dr provide a note to the manager. They don't care. Also, noise is a HUGE factor. The walls are paper thin. Be prepared to sleep with ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise.
I have been here for a little over a year and I have already had to transfer from an lower unit to an upper and it's still an issue with noise. The apartments are nice but that's about it. The parking is a nightmare and the walls are so thin you feel you have no privacy. You can here everything going on above and beneath you and I know because I experienced both. I almost hate that I transferred apartments because I had to sign a new lease so I'm stuck for a few more months. I just wish I would have done more research before moving here because I'm a quiet person and the noise here drives me insane.
after looking for almost 5 long months we stumbled upon country trace apartments. One of our needs was a washer and dryer because we both work crazy hours. Finally! A place in our budget with a washer and dryer! It wouldnt have been possible without our apartments.com app. We favored so many placed and ruled them out but apartments.com helped with that process. Couldnt be happier!
Hi, my name is Kristin, my husband and I have been living here for around 6 years now, hard to believe. We love it here, love the complex and the people are so sweet; all ages. I have to admit the cost is a little high.. but all apartments around are pricey. But some months we do struggle, but the office manager usually will let us pay late. People are so friendly and so kind, I always get a hello from all when I see them. :) The office manager and maintenance man are both super nice and if you ever need anything, they will take care of it in a timely manner. Hope I win this prize, we would be so appreciative, that would mean everything to us, that would mean we could possibly finally start a family that we both would love to have. Thank you for this opportunity. Take care.
I have lived here at Country Trace Apartments for a few years and have mostly positive things to say about it. The one thing stopping me from giving this place a better score is the noise issue. My neighbors are relatively quiet and respectful, but the walls of my unit are so thin and the ceiling so creaky and unforgiving that I get very little peace and quiet throughout the day and during the night. It's a structural issue that can't be solved without renovations to the unit, and so it remains a constant source of negativity for me. If it wasn't for that, I would be completely happy here - I really do think that this is a great place to be.
