Property Ratings at Country View Apartments
We didnt live here very long but it was awful. Not very clean. Full of landlord specials.honestly should be cheaper than it is.
The place is a dump. Bugs broken appliances chipping paint. Live elsewhere if possible
It only got 1 star because it allows pets and has a lot of land for dogs. Absolutely nothing is done for upkeep in the units. When you ask for something, you're told it will be done, but then never is. These are cheap for a reason and considering how bad it is, it should be even cheaper and it's only getting worse
We are visited by the cops a few times a month because other Tenants are crazy. Leaking air conditioner literally ruined the carpet and it took management 3 weeks to have someone out to look at it. The washers/dryers don’t really work and take about $9 per load per wash/dry. There’s a reason the apartments are dirt cheap.
This place has incredibly poor management. It’s constant lies and deception. A lot of effort is put into making the outside look nice. Yet, little is done to address the issues indoors. There are a lot of serious problems here. For example, a tenant currently has a bed bug infestation. The person discarded their belongings uncovered in and near the dumpster. No one notified the other tenants that the furniture, nice wall decor, etc. contained bugs. These items could have easily been picked up and brought into other homes by tenants. Management chose not to tell the other tenants about the bugs and people were denied the opportunity to purchase mattress covers to avoid this problem spreading in to their units. It’s bad. The trash has been sitting outside over a week filled with these bugs. The dumpster is close to other apartments. It’s sad to see. This could have been handled better.
Good management the apartment are clean it is a good Area
Was promised a lot of stuff to get done when first moved in.. nothing was ever done I had to wait 3 hours once with a leak that had that ruined personal property.. it's not the renters job to remind the owners that had promised all these things to get it done.. its horrible alot of people left everyone complains prices are high all appliances are loud old and noisy..
