I enjoy living in this community. Everyone is respectful of each other. The entire staff is awesome and I do love all the different events hosted by the leasing office. I am sorry to see the reward program discontinued. One of my concern is some of the drivers race as if it is the speedway at Dover Downs and the other is the picking up if trash and recycle items. Some completely ignore the stop sign and the ten miles sign. Another pet peeve is recycle items thrown in the regular trash and trash left around both bins even when there is room. I think the frequency of picking up should help be increased.

Lived here for 5 years. Staff and maintenance great! Walls can be a little thin and not the best area. Also my kids lack anything to do since the pool was taken away. But we are hopeful maybe a playground or something new for the kids will take its place.

The complex is kept very clean! The leasing office employees are nice and they always plan great things and activities for the community to participate in.

Neighbor is the biggest problem and kids upstairs. I like everyone else except the people who don't show consideration for others. Staff is pretty nice .

I love my new home. It is quiet and convenient for my job location. My apartment is very nice. Whenever I need assistance staff is always right there to help me with anything I need. I picked the perfect place for my new home. ??

I love living here. I just don’t like people propping the doors open for non residents here. I really think we need cameras inside the building

Apartment looked nice and the layout was good. I had no issues with the leasing team. However, over time the apartment's true colors revealed themselves. Half the time maintenance would fix the issue the first time, and when they did their handiwork wasn't necessarily the best. In addition to that, they were just handed keys to my apartment to let themselves in while my wife and daughter were home without letting us know ahead of time, despite my repeated instructions in the maintenance requests to schedule a time prior. To top it all off, the bug issues were horrendous and not resolved after several visits from the exterminator, and I can personally guarantee the bugs were not there because of us. And then the community. In general people do not seem to follow the rules, prop locking doors open, damage property, and then it doesn't get fixed for months. Overall I'm extremely unhappy with my stay and would not recommend this place or company to anyone.

The carpet in the hallways are discolored, smelly and dirty. No amenities for the rate you pay. Maintenance may answer you within a week. Staff is very friendly

The apartment is nice and spacious and the workers are nice and welcoming and when ever you need anything for the apartment they are there to help you.

It's great so far—very quiet and good security. The staff in the office are great as well. They are very helpful and fast and the community events are fun.

I just been here a month my Apartment is beautiful. I like the fact of having a hub so your packages are secured. I like the online service you can do so many things and don't have to worry about return phone calls. The property is well kept. Communication between Apartment complex and it's residents is great. I'm happy to be apart of the village.

I recently moved into this community, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the overall experience so far. The management team is quick to respond and always friendly, making the leasing process smooth and hassle-free. The pricing for the 1 bed, 1 bath units is fantastic, especially given the quality of the amenities (wash, dryer, and dish washer in unit) and location. I appreciate that the community offers such great value. All the common areas of the community are well-maintained and lovely. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet community with reasonable prices!

We have been here since 2021 and we love it. The staff is amazing, friendly and attentive. The maintenance crew is amazing also. They are always doing different events for the community. I have awesome neighbors. The community is safe and well lit. I enjoy living here.

I have been in the community for a week now and I am absolutely loving it. I love how quite it is compared to my last complex and I love the security feature on the entrance doors of the buildings.

I have been living here now a year and four months and love it. The entire staff is pleasant, friendly and welcoming. All issues are resolved in a timely manner. The complex is well maintained and I love all the community events held. You get to meet and mingle with the residents. My favorite activity is the reward program where you can win a gift card to your favorite store.

The leasing staff has been nothing short of excellent. The maintenance staff having done a great job in a timely manner. I do wish the unit’s trim and light fixtures were updated. Thankful to make this home for the time being.

Very smooth and easy move in process. I absolutely LOVE my studio apartment! The Leasing staff at Country Village Apartments is amazing! The studio was clean, appliances were in great shape. The grounds are clean and very well lit at night. I feel safe in my apartment and in the complex.

Mouse infestation that the management team refused to do anything about. Broken glass and chicken bones every where on the ground. Not nearly enough parking spots. The maintenance team and contractors very rarely actually fix anything. All in all, it's the worst place I've ever had the misfortune of living in.

I am docking 2 stars just for parking. The parking is abysmal. If you want an assigned spot, you need to pay an additional $10/month, and they don't tell you that when you apply. All of the spots near my apartment are already reserved, so there's really no point in me reserving a spot. They should have one reserved spot per unit, then have all extra spots for extra vehicles and visitors. In terms of maintenance, I have had some issues, but the maintenance crew has done a lot of good work so far.

The stairs to the apartments are disgusting. They never carpet clean them. The apartments are nice but over priced a little. They are helpful when you need something.

This is a very quiet complex. The maintenance services are very prompt and rewarding to my needs/concerns. I feel like family as opposed to silent resident. The speed in approval and moving in was phenomenal. I was in urgent status, and Country Village Apartments was very accommodating and most satisfactory. I totally appreciate the efforts put forth from the Leasing Office Associates.

Theres a lot of nice people this place has good security and theres a lot of people doing barbecues i like how you can have reserved parking and a place to play with your dog

Just celebrated my one year anniversary and I am extremely happy that I chose this complex. The entire office and maintenance team are absolutely fantastic. They are always pleasant and professional . Once in a while I stop by the office just to say hello. My maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. I enjoy responding to the questions/ statements to earn monthly rewards. I enjoy sitting on my patio daily doing my word searches and improving my Spanish via the Duolingo app. My neighbors on my floor are absolutely awesome.

Overall not a bad experience. Two years with the community. There should have been a sense of urgency to resolve structural damage caused by the rain. This caused health problems and the situation should have been taken more seriously.

This is a great community! What we share is our love of dogs and secure buildings. An East Dover public elementary school is located across the street. Maintenance and management are helpful and friendly!

Is very good I like this apartment and I like how they put the thing to open the door with ur phone too so good and I like the fact that u can ask anything to the office and they are going to help you i never lived a place as sweet as country village apartments

Apartments are close to everything, short drive or walking distance. Apartments are also bigger than they may seem in pictures! Also pet friendly!

Awful place to live. Can't get anything fixed. Broken glass and trash all over the property. I've had my apartment broke into. My cars been messed with. I'd give it a negative rating if I could.

Love the location. You can walk anywhere with my kids and the school is across the street.I just wish this had a playground or a pool for my kids in the apartment area. This is the only downside living here.

Some maintenance needed, but wonderful staff & sense of community. Responsive to service requests, and flexible to how residents would like to decorate.

It’s been great. I love the Amazon Hub, the parking rules and the keyless entry doors. Very pleased. It’s quiet around here and the office staff are kind and helpful.

This is an okay place to live. If there's a maintenance problem they usually respond within a couple of days. The main problem that I'm having right now is that the hallways of the apartment building smell really bad, and the smell sometimes wafts into the front of my apartment. I don't know how often, if at all, the hallways are cleaned, because the stench can be pretty gross and overpowering at times.

I sure have been enjoying living here since last October. Great area. Safeway grocery store is nearby. Especially since I don’t drive, everything is walking distance.

We’ve really enjoyed living out here. We just have an issue with walking outside and there’s dog poop on the sidewalk or in the grass. It would just be helpful if the animal owners would pick up after their animals

Can't get anything fixed, and when they fix something it breaks something else. Neighbors are always loud amd obnoxious through the night. There's broken glass and trash everywhere. It's a struggle to wall my dogs without them getting cut on there feet or finding chicken bones or other food trash they want to eat. There's nothing for amenities to justify the price of these raggedy apartments. It's basically like living in a trailer park, except it's apartment buildings.

It has not been great. When I moved in my apartment was dirty and my appliances did not work. I have been here for 3 months and I think my air conditioning and heating have finally been fixed. Here's hoping. Even so, the air is inconsistent so it's cold in every room except the living room because the thermostat is only in the living room. These apartments are old run down and cramped yet the rent is extremely high for what is given. Nothing in the parking lot is regulated. They just got rid of the pool. This is wild because there is no exercise room, lounge, or any other onsite amenities that garner the rent being so high. now they are putting electronic locks on the doors but that won't stop anyone from just putting a twig in the door for their boyfriend or a child friend or whoever. So again wasting money that could go to lowering my rent to a reasonable price. Cameras and permanently locking the doors on the back side of the apartments would be a better security solution.

I love living in this community. I have been here for the past seven months and it is amazing. The entire staff both office and maintenance are always, professional, accommodating and have good follow up. My neighbors on my floor are wonderful.

It’s been a nightmare here for me. The appliances are old as dirt and I’m paying way to much for a one bedroom with bugs and leaky appliances

It gets loud on occasion. Too many people speed thru the parking lot. Trash in the hallways and on the ground each morning is ridiculous. Too many people not buying into the fact that others live here as well.

Worst experience ive had any place i lived. Haven't been able to get anything fixed in my apartment. There'd trash and broken glass everywhere. It's like living in a trailer park just without trailers.

So far so good, I was skeptical in the beginning because this was my first time moving out. But so far its been a good experience. The only issue I've had was with the maintenance team taking over 2 months to respond to my request, however, the leasing office made me aware of the restructuring and change in management. I also notice the complex make changes to the grounds with the lighting and interior flooring being changed as well.

Move in day was great. The staff was very informative. Maintenance staff was quick and friendly. Neighborhood quiet and clean. Parking is manageable. Overall a great experience

The biggest issue that I have is the parking. We pay 20.00 extra a month for reserved parking. I don’t have a problem with that. I have a problem with coming home finding someone in the spot that I pay for. It needs to be made crystal clear for anyone that moves in that they must pay the extra 20.00 to park in reserved spots and I don’t think the new tenants are aware. They pull up, park, and proceed to go into their apartment meanwhile I’m driving around 10x’s searching for an available parking spot. Then when I call the tow company they don’t answer the phone or text after a certain time. A note needs to be posted on every building to warn people who park in reserved spots that they will be towed. It’s time consuming and frustrating to still be dealing with the same thing after 2 years. Other than this issue I like living here.

I have been here 3 months now and I know I chose the right apartment community to live in. My neighbors on my floor are friendly others not so much and that is okay. When I say good morning/ afternoon and do nit get a response I just say to myself I do nit know what they are going through. The maintenance crew work extremely hard and I feel guilty when I have to put in a request. The leasing office staff are phenomenal. The I T staff whom I do not know of course need to step up their game. Still waiting on my 1500 points for paying my rent on time. I just do not know why they cannot figure it out. I enjoy sitting on my patio and enjoying the view daily. Overall an awesome living experience. .

Everything here is nice except for 2 things. First, the office rarely answers their phone when I call during normal business hours. Second, maintenance seems like it takes a really long time to fix things. At first when I moved in it was really quick, but recently it took them 2 months to come to my apartment for something that took a total of 15 minutes to fix.

Security is needed. Staff is great, maintenance is in need of improvement . When some has a maintenance request this property needs to really fixed the issue properly

We've been here almost 4 years, some things still need fixing but I've seen so many people move out or become evicted. My balcony still leaks and people still do not pick up after their dogs. It has been an experience. The location is accessible to many stores but we will be leaving soon.

It’s been super easy getting in the door and the staff have made it a 10/10 experience for me. Without them I wouldn’t have been able to have any of my questions answered

My experience is great the staff are very nice and helpful and the maintenance people are very consistent and very professional with their work
