Property Ratings at Countryside Apartments
Honestly don’t know why there are so many negative comments about Countryside Apartments. I’ve lived there for about 3 years & always had a good experience working with the office manager, Brittany & the leasing office assistant. Also, the maintenance guys, Larry & Mark, were amazing! I have zero complaints about Countryside because they’ve worked with me a lot & have always been available when I needed to get ahold of someone! The maintenance guys go above and beyond. Anytime I had to report a work order or issue, they would show up within a couple hours or the next day. Much quicker responses than other maintenance at other apartments!! & They both were great at communicating with me, updating me, leaving voicemails, just overall were so friendly & polite. My only reason for leaving Countryside was due to buying a house! I also used the gym every week & it had what I need to get a good workout. The pool was always clean as well. I’m thankful for the time I had at Countryside & feel very grateful for the wonderful staff members.
Very quiet place and the staff at rental office are amazing I love the apartment.
I'm happy so far and great customer service plus maintenance is super they actually 24hrs and fix the problem requested minor but it matters!
I mived to Columbus earlier this year in need of a quick move in date. Countryside was perfect for my commute and price. I applied and moved in within a week. The buidlings are older, but they are well kept and clean. I keep to myself and dont have issues with office or neighbors. I would reccomend this complex.
I've been a resident at Rocky Creek Apartments for a good 8 years. I think that says a lot about the trust and loyalty I have for their office. The application process was incredibly easy, the pricing very fair. They communicate any and all maintenance scheduled with plenty of notice and paying rent online has made my life so much easier. I would also like to commend their office efforts in alleviating any financial stress tenants would have experienced during the pandemic with payment plans. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently and I cannot stress enough how beautiful and pleasant the neighborhood is. I often recommend my friends move into the neighborhood.
Rent anywhere but here!! Horrible people in the office. Cars broken into, pool/gym always closed, disgusting laundry services. Main woman in the office is unprofessional and rude. The sample they show you is the opposite of what they give you. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to live here.

Hello. We apologize we did not meet your expectations. I would like to clarify some of these issues, our gym and pool was closed last season due to the virus, the gym has since been reopened and we plan on opening the pool as well. We have weekly building cleanings, which include the laundry facilities. We also do offer a model apartment to tour, however we point out any differences you may or may not have in your new home. We also offer you to tour your new home before signing our lease.
I lived here three years and it was disgusting. They nickle and dime you for everything, the office workers are unbelievably rude. Rent goes up every year you renew and they charge you fees for paying online. No access to gym and pool because they’re always broken or dirty. Horrible people and horrible place for the money they’re draining from you. The reviews below sound paid for.
I moved here in January and have so far loved my stay. The gym is super conveinent and so is the laundry in the building. Buildings are cleaned pretty good and I never see trash outside. I have only needed maintenance once but they were quick to get my problem resolved. No complaints from me.
Countryside apartments had everything I needed. It wasn't so big that the management didn't know who you were or maintenance couldn't take care of your needs, if needed on a prompt timely manner. The gym there was out of this world. For an apartment gym, I have never seen anything better. And so surprised it wasn't always packed in there. It is close to the highway, to hospitals, great staff, great price, seriously. And a huge swimming pool.
I just recently moved in at Country Side.. Its a very nice apartment for the price.. Ms.Brittany that works in the office was ontop of everything, very informative, and answered anything and everything I asked with the most pleasant attitude.. So glad I moved here the apartments are nice and Ms.Brittany in the office is a pleasure to work with..
I moved in August 2017 and so far it's been good for the environment and the price. Some maintenance problems that they should care more. Sometimes dirty laundry room and building. Also, the parking lot lights are off most of them and that's risky at night and early morning. Two neighbors and I had our 4 tires ripped last year and they didn't care at all, they even send a tow truck to take the car from the parking lot. They must be more aware of the resident's security because it's an open parking lot and people comes in and out. There have been cars that are not from here, parking outside for hours doing random businesses.
In the several years that I have lived here I have had several problems with the management staff and facilities. The main ones being rent policies due to there being no grace period of 1st to 5th for rent to be due like most other places. They charge a ridiculous late fee. Laundry token prices have risen with promises to update laundry facilities but no changes, renovations or update to machinery made. Brittany is unpleasant and unfriendly. Have no way of contacting owner to report manager when problems are ignored or unresolved. I would recommend avoiding this property all together.

I’ve never had any issues living here and I’ve been here 4 years. Maintenance is great, they’re on whatever issue you have, most the time it’s the same day. There have been times I’ve been late and Aundria has worked a payment plan with me. There is the typical apartment noise and I’ve never had a bug issues. It’s close to lots of food places, Minutes from 270 and downtown. The office calls back whenever I leave a voicemail and they will sign for your package so they’re not left outside.
The bottom apartments are infested with centipedes, ants, spiders, mosquitos. The doors have so much air coming through them your electric will be sky high, the ceiling cracks, the noise from other units is extremely loud, the hallways are filthy, bad place to live!

It was great when I first moved in. But to wrap everything in a nutshell the managers of this place are RUDE! They don't notify you on you bills your suppose to pay! So they inconvience alot! If you get a bottom unit it has lots of centipedes& spiders! & shower water sucks! But besides all that its a good neighborhood. Apartments are spacious ! But am so ready to GO !

Hello, Sorry for any misunderstanding/communication about bills. Residents are responsible for. All residents when moving in are provided with a utility addendum about which bills (electric and water/sewer) they will be paying. We also collected everyone’s American Electric Power account number. Also, we offer free pest control for the ants, spiders, ect every other Wednesday. Call into the rental office and provide your address/issue and we can make sure you are treated! I have lived her for a year. I have had no issues besides parking. I honestly believe there should be assigned spots. People have multiple cars and park both or more in front spots not moving the car for days. Anything maintenance wise was always handle at a decent time. Nice area no crime and a good commute to public locations. Any store or fast food place you think of is around the community.
It is an affordable place to live, minutes away from major highways that go around the city. The staff can be more helpful and professional. Maintenance is never complete on time. This place has the potential to become a great place but the staff is unwilling to live up to the standards of expectation.
The inside of the apartment looked very nice when i looked at it but when I moved in I learned much to the contrary. #1. The apartment was infested with cockroaches. They have come to exterminate twice and still need to come again because they are not gone yet. The office claims they knew noting about the roaches but everyone in my building knew that the previous tenants had them. This is just the beggining of the problems I have had since I got here. If you do decide to live here I definitely do Not reccomend using the community laundry room! And the majority of the staff is very dismissive, due to the amounts of complaints I've had they "offered" to "let me out" of my lease at no charge...

Hello! Thank you for the review, could you please contact the rental office? I would like to indeed make sure that you are reviewing the correct property. As we would never move someone in a unit with roaches, or any other bugs in that matter. Multiple people walk each unit before it is completed and we take pride in all of our turns. Before move-in, each resident will view their actual unit and go through an inspection check list before we take rent monies, and will fill out a check list stating the unit is acceptable and then you sign at the bottom. We do provide laundry on the second floor of every building, we do not offer a large community laundry room where all residents will go. If your token is ate, or an issue accurse and you report it, we will make a work-order and have it fixed in a timely manner; as well as reimburse you for that load of laundry. C & F Real Estate LLC, does offer a buyout of the lease, or early termination fee. However, we do not “offer,” residents to just leave. That is clearly marked in each and every lease.
