Last Resort
Please search before moving here. The leasing staff was my problem. I had a problem with bugs and had to call corporate to get something done. The leasing agent talk to me like I was scum. I hated to go in a report anything to not deal with her. They don’t take care of the grounds only in the front. You might get a good move in price but renewal is a big rent increase so beware.

Love it here!
Moving into Countryside was a very simple process! I applied, got approved, and moved in very quickly. The Assistant Property Manager Allison answered all my questions regarding the apartment and paperwork I signed in a very professional manner. She really knows her stuff! I would definitely recommend Countryside to all my friends and family! Thanks again Allison for everything!

just moved in, everyone in my building is nice. no problems. loving it... mgr helped big time to get me in thank you so much. you have everything around and in walking range. what more could you ask for. always look for the bright side.

Very disappointed, can't wait to move!!!!
I am afraid to be alone here, I'm also ashamed to let family and friends come visit me. The grounds are never kept up,what they call grass is weeds and dirt, there is trash everywhere. People just dump everything here from garbage to furniture , trashy trailers it's terrible to look out your window and see this!!! Pot holes everywhere not good on the car! The office is never open during hours posted, so it's hard to catch anyone to help you on anything. This is really what i call the slums!!!! I can't even rate this one Star this is how bad i think of this place!!!!!! seems like they make me give them at least one star.......

CAUTION!!!
This place was definitely a last resort for us. We can't wait to move. The office is almost never open. Our apartment is disgusting! It's outdated, nasty carpets, infested with ants.. the "yard" is nothing but dirt and the people that live around here are either drunks, drug addicts or super shady. Even the kids that live around here are horrible! Tje fantastic laundry rooms have 3 washers and 3 dryers but your lucky if one of each works and they're always trashed. The property is littered with garbage. Oh, and whatever you do don't leave anything on your "private" patio because it'll get stolen. I'm giving this place ONE star cause I'm unable to give it ZERO!!

Terrible apartments.
Overprice old the grounds especially in the back looks terrible. Apartment manager is no help what so even. Would not recommend for worse enemy. Can't wait to move.

Spent a year regretting ever signing the lease. Friends lived in better for same price down the street.
