The community and surrounding environment is quiet and safe, and grocery and retail stores are accessible. Management provides a monthly schedule of daily activities for tenants to receive information and have fun.

Looked at a lot of places before we leased 3+ years ago. This was definitely in the top 3. The only drawback is the location - neighborhood appears to be a little rundown but the property itself is kept well.

We were recommended to live at this community highly but the neighborhood is very less desireable and security can work a little better making sure all is safe.

Attiva Court is a wonderful community. The leasing office is friendly and professional. I needed a repair on my refrigerator and it was repaired the same day.The residents are friendly and participate in social activities. Have group activities such as bingo, samba, games and puzzles, wine and cheese too mention a few. I am very happy here.

I have lived in my Attiva Court apartment for almost 4 years, I have find it very enjoyable. The neighbors, maintenance and office staff are very friendly and helpful. There are activities everyday it is up to the resident to attend or decline. Every month there are parties and potlucks. There is even a bus to take you shopping, to the bank or grocery store. I am very satisfied.

Just because the market goes up it's not a good reason to raise my rent by 100.00 per mo. Just because the market is greedy, that doesn't necessarily give everyone a right to be greedy...As you can tell, I'm not a very happy camper right now.

very quiet and the unit is roomy and sunny(and the wife loves it) nice events like the wine and cheese and potato bar! Holiday parties are fun. the office is friendly and open to suggestions! we love it here!

Very friendly and helpful office staff; very good at keeping residents informed of any major maintenance issues and coming events. Response to service requests are prompt, usually the same day if requested in the am - excellent service team.

Overall, a nice place to live. Staff listens to what the residents have to say and does their best to meet their needs and requests. Does a good job on maintaining the exterior appearance of the community. The service team responds to maintenance/repair requests in a timely manner.

Overall Attiva is a nice place to live EXCEPT clubhouse and shuttle activities. Clubhouse activities are very inconsistent from month to month. Often the activities are completely different from anything discussed at the meetings. Monday is the only day we have a shuttle AND they have bingo and water aerobics on Monday. We would like the aerobics and bingo moved.....but excuses are made as to why that can not be done. We are elderly and do not have enough energy to do aerobics, bingo, pharmacy, groceries,shopping, and eating out all in the same day. Potlucks are scheduled even though most of do not participate due to sanitation concerns.
I have been living here for 4 months and the experience has been quite pleasing. It is quiet and very clean. Having the needed modern appliances' makes living here very easy.
I would recommend Attiva Court to anyone who is looking for a clean quite 55 and older community. They have daily variety of activities that appeal to everyone.
I consider The Attica Court Team as my extended family...reliable, caring and compassionate. Thank you.

I moved to Attiva Court, Las Vegas from Calif., this was a huge undertaking. The people at Attiva Court made some of that transition stress free. I found this complex on line. My first contact was by phone with the friendly people at Attiva Court. I'm all moved in now and know I made the right choice moving here.

Attiva Court has the potential to be a great place to live for many years to come. At this point with renovations, staff turnover, and rent increases...many of the residents are not excited. Hopefully now that the dust is settling residents will see an improvement in consistent and expected events and happenings
