As the hub for entertainment and live music in Music City, Downtown Nashville is known for its Honky Tonk bars, artistic museums, and unbeatable atmosphere. Visitors from all over the world come to Downtown to explore Lower Broadway’s live music scene, also known as Honky Tonk Highway. Rowdy bars, delicious restaurants, and free live music shows are the norm. From Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge and Bootleggers Inn to Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, there are quite a few country music names being thrown around town.
North of Broadway, residents and locals alike enjoy admiring the historic buildings, art galleries, and local restaurants. Check out Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, the Nashville Farmers’ Market, and the Tennessee State Museum. South of Broadway, you’ll discover top-notch museums and athletic arenas, such as the Frist Art Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman Auditorium, and Bridgestone Arena.

Property Ratings at Court Villa Apartments
Excellent value. Manager is very respectful and responsive. Great place to stay. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and with care. Fine neighborhood—sometimes a bit noisy in the surrounding areas. I recommend if you are new to the Nashville area. Great location.
The neighbors are all very amicable and friendly. The maintenance guys are super nice. Always love to see them running about. Only complaints would be the aggressively creaky floors. And the paint making some doors not fit the doorway correctly. And Ms. Leeper was incredibly easy to work with. All together I find this to be a wonderful place to live.
If you want peace of mind and don't want to feel like you're a child then don't live here. The manager her talks to ppl like children. She is so rude, she comes into your apartment when you're not home and takes pics
Outdated apartments with rude, unprofessional, and invasive manager. If you want a peace of mind, don't live here.
I went up there for a apartment that was open. When we got there the lady manager whoever looked at us crazy. Did not great us at all. And asked what are we doing there. Then she told us not to bother doing a application. She was very rude. Then she even had the nerve to say she was busy doing something. Like seriously. I will never try to come back here and id give -5 stars if i could.
I lived there for a yr. I truely enjoyed my place. I left to adventure out but it didnt pan out. I wish to come back. It was quiet and easy to get around town. Management was cool. Doing her job.
The apartments are nice for the price and convenience of getting around Nashville,TN. I love the Jack and Jill bathroom that is perfect for the two bedrooms. HOWEVER, as friendly as she may seem, the apt manager drills the mess out of you upon getting an application, she basically try to decide from conversation if you will get apt, and Yes She is on the security cameras like it's her life support.
I've lived at court villa apartments for almost a year. I tell people it is one of the best kept secret in Nashville. I don't find the manager rude or nosey. She has always been respectful to us. The owner of the complex has rules and she respects that and tries her best to enforce them. I think she does a good job at it. Mr. Otey, the owner, is doing his best to update as he can, with keeping the rents very reasonable for the Nashville area. God Bless them !!!
Pros 1-Apartments are below the average when it comes to the quality. 2-when it comes to the area, the apartments are really good. Cons 1- If your privacy is not important, then this is a good place to live at. The manger and the maintenance guys are really very rude and nosey. They will enter to your apartment with the excuse of making some maintenance even if you're not there! the property manger is extremely rude and she is installing cameras every where to watch out every one at the personal level with the security excuse!. Honestly, she is a psycho person(you can tell that easily when you see her). 2- The neighborhood is so sketchy and so many crimes are happening around the area 3- Expect a high elec bill since there is no good isolation system and they do not renew the AC/heater. 4- Spiders and lizards are common things there.
Nice place, low rent, great location. The apartments are remodeled. Very nice.
Apartment is good and cheap and found good people around me.
