Property Ratings at Courtland Ridge Apartments
Pros and cons of living in this apartment complex: Pros: - Central Location - Nice Management - Well Maintained Building - Recently Asphalted Parking lot, lots of parking space - Cheap Rent, especially for 2-bed rooms - Somewhat Spacious - Patios for everyone! - Wonderful community - Low Crime Cons: - Two Prongs in the rooms and living rooms, make sure to get an few surge protectors to plug into the wall before you decide to tear out the grounds on your TV or large appliances. - They only accept Money Orders. It is 2020 Please let us make a transaction online or via automated system. - No Sidewalks, nor walkways from one building to the other, often having to travel through mud or snow to do laundry. - Not enough storage - NOISY HVAC systems. If you do move in place install some acoustic sound absorbing panels on the inside of your HVAC closet (this will be a life saver). Overall I'd recommend living here for people who are trying to start back in life, got to a nearby college (aka Lindenwood), or just need a quiet place with nice neighbors.
Although the apartment feels spacious, there is little storage. The people who run the complex are generally nice and helpful, and are quick to respond to a concern. The aparent has tile floors through out, (which is great with a dog), the kitchen and bathroom need to be updated. All walks of life live here (college kids, young couples, older adults, and LOT OF CHILDREN.) During heavy rains the back side walk/parking lot floods. If it rains enough, the apartment building can/does flood too. Overall, not a bad place to live.
These apartments are great! Rent is cheap and you get a good amount of space for what you pay. The landlord is awesome and always willing to help you out if you have a problem in the apartment and it gets fixed right away. I would definitely suggest checking out these apartments.
