Overall the experience living here has not been horrible, but there are things I wasn’t aware of before moving in that I wish I would have been prior to. I may have sought an apartment elsewhere had that been the case.

Courtney Meadows is a very quiet residential apartment community. I've been here for six years and I still love it here. It's convenient to the amenities I need and most interested in. It's a nice, small community.

I moved to Courtney Meadows community 3 months back.My overall experience is excellent.The staffs are very courteous and helping in nature. The maintenance staffs are prompt and respond quickly. It is very safe and calm place.

I just moved in to Courtney Meadows this past month. Although there were some move-in hiccups and work orders to be put in once I saw the apartment, the complex itself is in a great area and the kitchen in the newly renovated apartment is superb. For the price, the Primrose floor plan provides a lot of space if you plan to live alone. The leasing office is also great and the staff has been incredibly helpful and professional with all my work orders, questions, and specific move-in time.

Been a resident here since 2012. Always been treated very well. Maintenance if excellent and done in a very reasonable length of time. Staff is very professional and friendly. Don't plan on moving.

Maintenance team does very good work and keep the place clean when working inside. Since we have been here for over 8 years now it is like friends coming to visit. And still they are very professional at the same time.

Our A/C has been completely nonfunctional for 3 weeks, and maintenance was informed that it has been broken since the first day that it broke. Since then, 4 different groups of people have been in and out of our apartment to "work on it", and no progress has been made. Over the last week, nobody has come to work on our A/C, we were not informed of any reason why nobody was coming, and better yet, our maintenance ticket was marked as complete, WITH ONE OF MAINTENANCE'S PORTABLE A/C's STILL IN OUR APARTMENT. The heat index in our apartment has fluctuated around 90 - 100+ degrees during the day. Maintenance/management never made us aware that the maintenance ticket was marked as complete.

Overall, Courtney Meadows is a small but, quaint, friendly rental community.

I like Courtney meadows I enjoy living here but I would like to understand a few things. My last maintenance request was disappointing I understand I am working from home and things are different maybe but I don't understand why I can't schedule a time. Seems like maintenance comes when they feel like it.

I love it here! I love that it is a small community of people. I know that most are very transient here....either college students or active duty military members(I'm a former military spouse) but, it is still nice, quiet and quaint. I love that.

Courtney Meadows is a cute community with great staff.

No improvements on the condition of the complex property. Grass is uncut even. The main office has sent out a couple letters that they were going to pressure wash the building, stairs and sidewalks but its been several months and no cleaning. The only time things are urgent from the front office is when they need something.

Apartments are comfortable and the maintenance is excellent.

I love living here but some of the other residents dont have any concerns about how they dont care about how loud they play their music or how disrespectful they are on walking very heavy footed and pounding all the time

I love living here, the maintenance and front office staff are kind and I rarely run into any issues - if I do, theyre handled professionally and in a timely manner by staff. Rent here is affordable and the pool area is gorgeous. If youre looking for a new place to live, definitely consider Courtney Meadows, Ive lived here for over two years and Im pretty satisfied!

I just recently moved to this complex after relocating from Arizona and it's been by far the best experience in my rental history. The ladies in the front office, especially Tiffani, were great to work with and so helpful! The apartment itself is beautiful and the landscaping and pool area is top notch! Even maintenance was quick to come and fix an issue with my sink. So glad I chose this apartment community!

This place is amazing. Very close to ikea, and the town center without the town center price of rent. And the inside is nice. Very nice countertops and flooring inside on the first floor!

Moved here almost 2 years ago and love living here but again some things could improve like people picking up after their animals, the garbage could be better especially now that they increased the price per month

A place to live cause it's Serene and safe

Don't move here unless you like wasting money. My AC had been broken almost two months and I have been towed due to no parking.

I absolutely love it here!!

After moving into my apartment back in April, I was very impressed with the complex. The staff was amazing and maintenance was super friendly and timely. After a few short months into the lease, the entire office staff was fired and a whole new staff came in. We had people move in above us three months ago and are extremely loud and inconsiderate of the people living around them. We have put in multiple noise complaints with the office staff and they haven't done anything to fix this issue. The new office staff isn't friendly and ignores any kind of issues that come their way. The complex at one point had garbage overflowing out of the dumpster for weeks at a time. By my unit it took them 6 months to replace the lights in the parking lot, making it super dangerous for people to be walking outside at night. We had our floors upgraded because the floor was unleveled and caving in and when the third party contractors came in they did an AWFUL job on replacing the tile. The carpet is now ripping up and making it even more of an issue to walk on. We had put in an emergency request for a toilet chain breaking and were told that this wasn't an emergency and wouldn't be fixed for another 4 days. Oh and another thing that seems to happen almost every month is the complex turning the water off for 5 hours during the day. For the price that I am paying each month, I could be getting a better deal elsewhere with nicer staff that actually care.

Taylour who is the assistant property manager has bad talked several residents in the presence of other residents and if you talk to any of them about the internet not working in the computer they have poor attitudes. The parking is TERRIBLE and the move out fees are made up. Please take pictures when you move out because they will over charge you. Great location but could use a new office staff and bigger parking space.

Courtney Meadows was a not the worst place to live for two years, besides the fountain always breaking, no parking on the whole right side of the complex and them not coming to fix one of the lights that broke. The two years I lived there were not too bad but when we went to move out this became a different story. They charged us 30 dollars for shower rods we never had when we moved in, 100 dollars for carpet cleaning and 50 dollars for a make believe stain that I was never told exactly where this stain was but was shown a picture of a discoloration in the carpet from super close up. They did take off the Carpet cleaning and the shower rods when we went in to complain but I would never recommend Courtney Meadows after the 50 dollar imaginary stain I have to pay! Also they will increase your rent each year by $65. I understand that only unsatisfied people write reviews but I was honestly going to give them a ok review till they charge me moving out.

I signed a lease almost a year ago with a man named Carl at Courtney Meadows Apartments in Jacksonville, FL. At the time I moved in, they were offering TWO MONTHS of free rent!! This deal helped me save for two months and allowed me to furnish my apartment. There was no better rent special at the time in Jacksonville. The one bedroom apartment I am renting is huge, and there is a lake/fountain view from my living room, bedroom, and balcony. The ceilings are very high and the extra walk-in closet when you enter is a major bonus. Also, after a month of moving in the complex upgraded our white appliances to brand new black ones without cost. Amazing!! The downside to my one bedroom is the basic plastic tan countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, and older style lighting throughout. However, the pricing for this is appropriate. Other complaints include the other members of the community using the gym as a personal training studio which can be frustrating after work when I want to workout. Also, parking can be limited after 5pm which means I have to park pretty far away from my apartment if I am home late. In summary, I would recommend Courtney Meadows to anyone that is looking for the most for their money. The pool, BBQ area, computer commons, and gym are very nice amenities too.

We love the location. New to the area and you can get most places quickly from apartment. Staff has been very accommodating and friendly.
