Property Ratings at Courtney Park
Everything about this place sucks management/staff, the units, maintenance, complex upkeep, and more. I was never treated with respect or kindness, the maintenance request took forever to get done (with many follow-ups from me included), and they were almost never correctly done; the utility bill was often all over the place (not consistent and often rose unexpectedly and without explanation), and so many other things. Please, please, please reconsider your decision to live here. There are better options out there. This one caused so much stress and anxiety. We would have saved ourselves a huge headache if we picked another complex.
This property deserves less than a 1 star review in my opinion. From the beginning I had trouble receiving any maintenance work and have repeatedly gone 5 weeks with issues unresolved. Since then I have discovered discrepancies within my bills each month of being overcharged and hidden fees. When attempting to discuss this with the management team at Courtney Park they were constantly dismissive, rude, condescending, and disrespectful. On top of this they lie and will tell you one thing the first time you go in and then another when you go back the next time to ask the same question because it wasn't the real answer. All in all DO NOT LIVE HERE. They will make your experience living here AWFUL. I would even go so far as to say my time here has been horrendous. If you currently live here... I'm sorry get out as fast as you can.
We recently moved into this apartment complex and had a very positive experience. Jessica, the new manager, made us her top priority. She was very professional, but also very helpful and kind. She ensured that we could get moved in as quickly as possible and kept in touch with us daily during the process. We spent some time in the office when we were applying and were able to see her interact with other tenants and saw her passion to make sure she took care of any of their concerns. The previous reviews were worrisome to us, but Jessica took great care of us and we feel confident that she will do whatever she can to make your move here a wonderful experience!
It's been 3 weeks since I've applied, they turned down my application which isnt the problem. Lied to keep me on the hook so I lost out on another place. Now 3 weeks after apply and being denied... they still haven't returned my deposit on the unit (which they didn't even hold).
These people have gone into my apartment TWICE without notice or my permission. When I complained, they couldn’t even be bothered to give me a call back and instead texted me assuring me it would never happen again. It did and they are still hiding and avoiding me. Zero respect for their residents, extremely invasive.
Multiple felonies were committed against me and my property living here, including a bullet in my ceiling. I left due to safety concerns, and they now have a collections agency coming after me for rents owed, and they have not so much as given me a copy of the lease they say I violated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
When we moved out we paid a professional cleaner and now they're still trying to take us for what we're worth in cleaning fees. This is symptomatic of how much they care about residents. They're much more concerned in appearing to be a luxury apartment complex (which they're not).
This apartment complex is a very nice place to live. I've been here for over a year and still like it. I gave it a 3 star only because the lack of carports/garage. The complex has a dog park, pool, grill, workout room and a game room. The staff are awesome people/very helpful. I would recommend this complex to anyone. ????
If you are looking for a great location to live than look no further than Courtney Park apartments. Conveniently located on the corner of Harmony and Lemay Ave, walking distance to many stores, restaurants and only a 10 minute ride to hwy 25. Has many amenities like a fitness center, hot tub, swimming pool, dog park and yes pets are welcome.
I have been pleased with my apartment at Courtney Park. The maintenance guys have been friendly and reliable. The office staff has been helpful and really friendly. This place isn't just a job to them. They really do care...they understand this is what you're calling home. I haven't had any major complaints here as the other tenants are good people from what I've gathered. As far as apartment complexes goes this is definitely above average and a sought after one in Fort Collins.
Near many shops, restaurants, and activities. Situated well within view of the foothills. Very affordable rent.
