Property Ratings at Courtney Station Apartments
Horrible place to live. Gates broken all the time, broken down cars just sitting in parking lots, no type of security with noise complaints. Above neighbor is so noisy and nothing done with calls. Pot holes in road. We do have a drag strip in parking lot roads and cars fly around. Management does nothing, mold issues in most buildings from roof and ac leaks. This place has done nothing in ways of improvements. We will not be renewing our lease here after 5 years here.

It is scheduled to be filled shortly. The gates are missing a critical piece and we are still awaiting those parts. My husband and I are newly married and moving to Savannah from Utah. We mad an appointment with Courtney Station to view the property and get some more information. When we arrived for our appointment there was no one in the office and the doors were locked. We called and waiting about 15 minutes before a member of the maintenance staff showed up and told us that all the office staff had left. We still applied that day. They told us after we had submitted the application we would know if we were approved in 2-3 business days. After 2 weeks of waiting they finally approved us. They told us we had to have proof of insurance and power submitted before we could make a move in appointment. We had a move in date on the 25th and were told we did not need an appointment just those documents sent. After the 19th the office staff seemed to drop off the face of the earth. We had sent all our stuff in before that and never received a response. We called about 25 times, emailed a few, and even left a message through the website and never heard back. I logged into our account with them two days before we were supposed to move in and it said our application had been canceled. By this point we already had all of our belongings in a moving truck making its way across the country and non refundable one way flights with nowhere to go. This has been the worst customer service experience either of us have been through. It is now the day before we were supposed to move in and we have nowhere to go.

Getting and apartment from Courtney station hasn’t possibly been one of the worst choices I have made. The staff here act poorly on situations that need to be handled. They are unprofessional and lie like no other. The only staff member that is genuinely helpful and respectful is Kristen, Carly or Carla the manager needs to be terminated. She lies to the face of residents. And causes more issues with residents that could have easily been solved. There is much much more to talk about how ever at the moment I do not have the time. We lived there for two years and the property has had management problems and changed owners to even worse owners. High turn over in the office and poor attitudes all around. The walls are thin, the buildings are old and the place is a mosquito magnet. Especially after they built the mall with the retention pond/lake behind the apartments. They tape notices on your door claiming rent hadn't been paid only to find out after checking their office never posted the payment. The last year we lived there we couldn't wait to get out.
Ongoing parking issues. Poor office staff that do not listen to residents. Jeremy is the nicest one in there. Old apartments- not upscale at all. Need lessons in customer service.

IT HAS MANY AMENITIES: IN GROUND POOL,INDOOR GYM,COMPUTER ROOM,TV ROOM AND A BUILDING YOU CAN RESERVE FOR GATHERINGS FREE OF CHARGE. ALL APARTMENTS ARE EQUIPPED WITH WASHERS/DRYERS, BUILT IN MICROWAVES ,SCREENED PORCHES,DISH WASHER, ICE MAKERS, CABLE OUTLETS,WALK IN CLOSETS IN MASTERS, LARGE SOAKING TUBS W/SHOWERS. IT'S A VERY QUIET AND SAFE COMMUNITY ALSO LOCATED A SHORT WALK AWAY FROM PUBLIX SUPER MARKET,LOVIN SPOONS FROZEN YOGURT,NAIL SPA,PET STORE, 2 GAS STATIONS. 2-5 MINS. FROM WALMART,YOUR CHOICE OF 15 RESTAURANTS AND MOVIE THEATERS.ETC. 4.5 STAR RATING FROM ME.
We have lived at Courtney Station going on 3 years. It is truly the best apartment in every way as the staff is so helpful and responds to all our needs immediately. The location of this apartment is fabulous. It is 5 to 10 minutes from everything important for everyday living. We are from Florida and it surpasses any place we have ever lived. The community is beautifully landscaped, the pool and clubhouse is beautiful and enjoyable, giving us a country club living lifestyle. The apartments are so functional and beautifully maintained. The storage and size is fabulous, including the spacious closets and bathrooms, and all living areas. The designer colors and touches( crown molding, built in book shelves, ceiling fans, full size washer and dryer), makes me feel like I am in a home or condo. We live on the first floor and we never hear our neighbors or their pets. Our utilities are completely affordable with the great energy efficient appliances. It is the BEST and most cost friendly in Pooler, GA.---We are retired and we plan on being here through out the rest of our golden years!----We love Courtney Station & Pooler!
I have been in Courtney Station for just over two years and have resided in both their one bedroom and two befroom units. The initial leasing process was straight forward without any runaround. They stick to their corporate policies and don't stray from them when they seem unreasonalbe - example,don't tell them two people will be living in the unit until after your sign the lease. They will not budge on listing that person as and additional leasee instead of a live in resident (therefore putting that person on the hook for the lease if something should happen to me.). Maintenance staff is prompt and profefssional. Any issues with the unit have been resolved timely, aonly once did I have an issue where some damage to the unit occurred, but I was not charged for it and it was cosmetic only, so I did not care about having it repaired. Finally, the units, although older than the the numoerous other complexes in the area, are in excellent shape and the floorplans are spacious. Amenities of the property are used, but not in disrepair.
In February 2014 my daughter and I lost my Husband which was her daddy. In May of 2014 we lost our home which we lived in for 10 years because of greedy family. I quit my job after 14 years to take care of my husband and my daughter. He was 100 percent disable from the military. After losing everything we moved into a old house but we wasn't happy at all. So after a year we decided to move to Courtney Station in Pooler Ga and leave all our worries back home. As soon as we found this place we knew this was going to be our new Home. Everyone here makes us feel special and they treat everyone with respect. Our little 2 bedroom apartment is cozy and the right size just for us. My daughter has her on privacy and I have mine. I never want to live anywhere else. It's peaceful and we love it.
