Located very near the geographical center of Washington, the city of Wenatchee sits on the west bank of the Columbia River in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. A popular Downtown district along South Wenatchee Avenue serves as a major hangout for locals, with a huge specialty shopping scene, unique dining and nightlife options, and the Liberty Cinema, a multiplex theater housed in a historic brick venue.
The sprawling Wenatchee National Forest lies just outside of town, providing gorgeous scenery and putting you just minutes away from world-class hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. The city calls itself the “Apple Capital of the World,” and the annual Washington State Apple Blossom Festival attracts thousands of people from around the region every spring, with related events occurring year-round.

Property Ratings at Courtyard 465
Beware of unit 116! I had a TERRIBLE experience living here. I lived on the first floor last year for 8 months (2021) and was so miserable living here for most of my stay. The people upstairs were loud throughout the night and I had to complain multiple times. The people above me also dropped trash and kids toys from their balcony and I often ended up with trash goo, cigarettes and other garbage on my deck. The worst part of my stay is that I had a MAGGOT infestation! This is no joke, they were all over the floor of my apartment for over a week and the maintenance man (very friendly) came in to inspect and he concluded that he had no idea where they were coming from. Courtyard offered me no where else to stay during the infestation, they did not offer me discounted rate for having to live with such unsanitary conditions, and they did absolutely nothing to help or solve the problem. I had to get ready for work in the morning while stepping on maggots crawling on my floor. I do have pictures for proof, only shows a couple of the maggots that happened to die in the closet. Of course after the maggots, I had flies everywhere! So then I dealt with hundreds of house flies for the weeks to follow. I also took pictures of the fly problem that I dealt with (had to set up over 5 different sticky fly traps). One other thing to note is MAKE SURE TO CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR LEASE BEFORE YOU SIGN IT. I gave very detailed instructions on the length I wanted my lease to be and it was ignored and extended without me noticing. They put the date of move out well past the date I said that I wanted my lease to end. I was then forced to pay rent past the date I was even employed and living there. I hope they are not doing this to other residents as it definitely put me in financial hardship. I tried multiple times to get them to work with me on it and they did not care at all. In conclusion - I DO NOT recommend living in these apartments. They do not care about their residents and did nothing to help me with the inconveniences I had to deal with while living there. The only thing I appreciated about Courtyard 465 was that they are pet friendly. If maggots, flies, noisy upstairs neighbors, and conning aren't what you are looking for in a place to live, this is not the place for you.
