Property Ratings at Courtyard Apartments - ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED
I lived in Pampa for 4 mths with my 5 yr old daughter & husband only for his time working there. We struck gold at the Courtyard vs a hotel room as we had utilities included, separate rooms, didn't HAVE to eat out & above all for my daughter's time there it was invaluable to step out into a wonderfully landscaped area that included a 2 person 'seat-swing', fountains & a fish pond. Now that we have left she really misses it though she loves her actual home. The place recently switched ownership perhaps in 2016.. the landlord was always respectful, pleasant & approachable.. he would listen to any and all issues.. that is not to say there were many or any very bad. I'd say the one real hard spot we encountered & was eventually fixed was twice the AC broke. All together no more than a week & a half. The landlord stayed in those conditions with us the whole time. I hadn't stayed quite 5 mths so I can't attest to there being absolutely no future repeat break downs. The 2 stairways were very safe, one too safe, it crept upwards.. during my stay they had improved (metal work) ..my girl climbed incessantly for fun. Our apt was immaculate (not all the same but all upgrading since new owner) Grounds including parking are monitored. Laundry is large & machines maintained. As for space to play, my daughter and husband spent every evening after work in the tree shaded picnic area tucked away in a corner of the parking lot where they made considerable noise & listened to music without ever bothering the other residents. My girl & I could walk to stores, movies, eating spots & even the water park. Fleeing the hotel, had we managed to find a place to live that was a quarter as nice as this we would have been ecstatic.. It wouldn't hurt to have lucky breaks like that in life more often.
