Property Ratings at Courtyard at South Station
I lived here from March 2016-February 2020. Pros: It's within a short walking distance to the light rail and short drive to the airport. The apartment itself was nice and spacious. Loved the walk in closet and larger bathroom. Cons: Mangement. If you are considering living here, or if you live here now. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND SAVE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE FOR YEARS AFTER YOU LEAVE. Maintenance requests took weeks, if not months to get fixed. While living there, I had a billing error that I had to reach out to Woodspear Properties managers directly after not getting any response from the property manager after multiple attempts. After I left, I received a final bill with utilities, paid that bill and then had to do follow ups to get the final receipt of everything. Then on Feb. 2, 2022, I received a noticed from the property manager saying that I still owed for the utilities for May 2020 and my debt would go to collections. I called the person who contacted me and told them that I had already paid the utilities and had the proof and confirmation that my account balance should be zero. The person who contacted me said that they had to reach out to their regional manager to get the balance cleared. The person who contacted me confirmed in writing that the balance was cleared yet again. In other words, had I not read that e-mail or had they not sent that e-mail, they were going to send me to collections for a non-existent debt that was over a year old that I didn't owe, without double checking any of their records and with no prior notifications.
This is managed by one man who also pives on the property. But he will literally ignore ALL of your complaints. Do not live here. Too many bad experiences here.
