Current Resident. There is a trend of people having things stolen from porches and cars here. I've let management know but they don't see it as an issue. I have never had an issue before but people around here are talking. and you should know this is happening. They will get cameras soon. If I could get a do-over I would have waited until the cameras were put in. We all know what "soon" means with apartments. Never had a problem with bugs (Thank goodness!). Spring brought a lot of spiders but I think they must have taken care of it because they were gone overnight. Other than that it has been a peaceful place to live. Up until now it has felt very safe. The apartment is not of good quality but it does look very nice.
We love our apartment! The location is great, they’re welcoming to dogs, and it’s very quiet! The manager, Daniel, was very helpful arranging our lease and very quick on getting our dishwasher repaired!
I've been living in a 3 bd 2 be for the last 3 years. When I first moved in the complex was being extensively remodeled so construction work was ongoing with no compensation for the noise and constant intrusion and inconvenience. Now things have been much better. The new manager is professional and attentive to the needs of tenants. Construction is completed and aside from maintenance and improvements to the complex, things are pretty quiet. We are given notice when repairs have to be made and management has been in constant contact regarding covid. Overall a rating that started as a 1 star is quickly riding in my book. As long as management stays as it is, I will have need to complain in the future.
Since the new management took over about a year ago things are SO much better. Excited to be here and can't wait to see how this place continues to grow.
Wonderful new apartments close to highway 50 and 80 Arden mall cal expo. New manager is better than anyone so far name Daniel.
Worst experience me and my family ever had. They showed me the place and I didn't see any roaches at the showing of the apartment neither did they tell me there was a roach problem. We started to see roaches pop out from everywhere from little ones to big ones. I was disappointed that my two young daughters had to go through this. They kept calling a exterminator and we would have to keep leaving our apartment for hours just so the exterminator can spray the house down and no matter how many times they called the exterminator the roaches never left. Please don't rent from here. I had to move due to the infestation of roaches in my apartment. They did not help us resolve the roach problem and I was not about to continue to stay at a roach infested apartment and they put something on my credit and I will be taking them to court soon. I have the videos of the roaches if anyone wants to see them for more proof.
We were really excited about our new apartment, Jessica helped us and she was great! We put a deposit down for an apartment that was supposed to be finished 5/15, and we planned to sign our lease and move in 5/19. We arrived 5/19 (luckily our moving van was scheduled for later in the week). Chelsea attempted to get us to sign without seeing the apartment, but we insisted on seeing it first. They reluctantly took us to the unit. IT HAD NO WINDOWS OR SLIDING DOORS OR BALCONY AND WAS NOT COMPLETE. It was pitch black inside because there was plywood over the holes in the walls where the windows and sliding doors should be. Chelsea then proceed to act as if this was normal and nothing was out of the ordinary. We asked why the apartment had no windows, and she causally responded that they should be in "some time this week." My husband asked for a date that the apartment would be finished, and Chelsea could not provide us with a specific answer. It became a multiple phone call conversation to determine that the apartment would be finished by 5/23, then they told us 5/24, then they told us 5/26. It became obvious that they had NO IDEA WHEN OUR APARTMENT WOULD BE FINISHED. After countless calls (they suddenly became very difficult to get on the phone), they contacted us and apologized. We asked for a full refund. They offered to refund our deposit, which unexplainably they said would take 3 weeks. Fine. We just wanted our money back (keep in mind we have a moving van coming and now have no place to move, we had other things to worry about). So we waited three weeks, only to receive a "Forfeit Deposit" form stating that we would RECEIVE NO REFUND WHATSOEVER. These apartments are inexpensive and newly remodeled. VERY TEMPTING. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
I've had an awesome experience here so far. The leasing agent Jessica was really flexible and understanding with our move in date. Maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable. My apartment is super cute inside with faux wood floors, brand new stainless steel appliances, updated and modern fixtures, and a spacious patio. The location is great as well!
This is the prefect building if want a quick to the Gym, Stores, Bank, and etc. it is the one in this area. the staff kindly helpful. i can say this is in the middle of everything that you want
