Property Ratings at Courtyard Park Apartments
There has been a lot of changeover at this complex over the last year, however the new management has been great! They are responsive, assist with the resident's needs, and address concerns and issues appropriately and promptly. Beyond updating some of the facilities, everything works well and the maintenance staff are very accommodating with all kinds of problems. I would recommend this complex if you are looking for a safe neighborhood with access to downtown Hyattsville as well as the DC area without spending a fortune on rent.
The staff get things done and are very quick to reply to e-mails. Coming from a place where management was lacking in my previous apartments this is soo refreshing and the apartments are beautiful.
Property Manager at Courtyard Park Apartments, Responded To This Review
Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share what you love about our community. We're happy to hear that you feel at home with us. If there's anything you need in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know. We're here for you!
I submitted an application and received an email from a domain name of “m3managementllc”, not the building name. To cross reference, I called the office to confirm it was safe for me to respond to the email. Instead of the person simply answering my polite inquiry, she got offended and asked me why this wouldn’t be a real person? I explained that the domain name confused me, she got angry and said that the email was sent from her and that she was “offended”. She was really confrontational over a simple inquiry when I’m providing such personal info via email for a place I would consider living in. It made me feel uncomfortable and I decided not to continue with the application.
Property Manager at Courtyard Park Apartments, Responded To This Review
We sincerely apologize for the less-than-stellar experience. This behavior is not typical of our team, and it's never our intention to make potential residents feel as if they can't inquire about anything related to the leasing process. We invite you to discuss what happened and ultimately resolve the situation. Please call or stop by the office if you still wish to move forward. We would love to help you find a new home!
We just took a tour of the renovated units and they are beautiful. The management was really great and professional and answered all of our questions.

Apartment is really nice and the new management is really easy to work with
Not so bad... no bedbugs, no roaches, no insects period... very convenient & I haven’t had a issue yet maybe it’s just my unit...
Rat infestation!!! The whole building have rats. Me and My next door neighbor made complaints. Also made a complaint to the health department more than once. Very shady management. Only lived there one year and rather lived in a box on a corner. The utilities included is not worth all your property being eaten by rats !! They don’t even cover the lost of your property if damaged.
Lived here for a little less than a year. There was a leak that flooded my entire Kitchen and the Manager Gloria made it possible for everything to be fixed within a in a timely frame. I also appreciate the credit and curiosity that was given to help me get my items replaced.
I have lived here almost a year. It used to be managed by another company but Signature Properties took over last summer and it has been great. The office staff is very nice. I just transferred into one of their newly renovated apartments and it is really nice. They take care of any maintenance issues that I have and the rent is really affordable compared to other places in the area. They are really fixing the place up nice and really care about the people that live here.
I've been here since last year and ever since Signature took it over in July it's been great. I knew things were going to be getting better when they had a resident appreciation fun day on labor day with moonbounces and popcorn, cotton candy, etc. The office staff are very pleasant and respond right away to any maintenance issues. Moises, the maintenance guy lives on the property and comes over to deal with issues right away, usually within a few hours. It's also a great location, right next door to the middle school in a quant and quiet section of Hyattsville. I highly recommend this place!
This is a great place to live ever since the new management took over. They are completely renovating every unit and even put a gorgeous water fountain in the courtyard complete with benches and flowers. Stacie, Pam and Gloria are so pleasant to deal with and help me out with every issue that I have. My only complaint is that I have to walk to the building next door to do my laundry. I love that all utilities are included. Been here a few months already in a gorgeous renovated apartment. SO far so good!
