Halfway between Galveston and Houston proper, Dickinson’s convenience to both the beach and the big city makes it a popular place for commuters to call home. Dickinson Bayou leads straight out to Galveston Bay, making it easy to reach open water for boating and fishing.
One of the city’s most imposing landmarks is Sam Vitanza Stadium on the east side of town, home field for the Dickinson High School Gators. The city itself is primarily a bedroom community for the larger cities nearby, and those choosing Dickinson apartments benefit from convenient access to the attractions in both Houston and Galveston at their leisure.

Property Ratings at Courtyard Park Apartments
I’ve lived here over 2 years, I can say the maintenance people are very quick on my needs. Everyone makes me feel at home.
Big thank you to Melissa and 360 realty property management, fixed all my issues, I need to return a tool that was left. But everything is complete as ask for thank you again!
You won’t regret this decision! Very helpful to me & my family since the day I’ve moved in. Quick on attending our needs, works fast. We love it here!
I rented from this apartment recently, and the process was so easy and quick. Can’t wait to upgrade to the new renovated ones!
Hands down Best place I’ve lived!!! Community is pretty respectful and quiet. Staff is always smiling and helpful, handling all my issues with efficiency and quick.Last but not least they are Pet Friendly! Thank you for the hospitality.
Answer all my questions and the staff is so helpful! Highly recommended
This was my first apartment when I moved to Houston and I rented blindly. We all know how risky that can be, but I had a great experience here. Of course there’s normal things that come with renting an apartment but the property itself was just fine! Highly recommend.
They will not fix anything if it breaks. My AC hasn't worked in over 2 years and they have yet to fix it properly. Dishwasher has never worked. Washer and Dryers rarely work, Dumpster always overflown, Roof leaks, no insulation, 500 dollar light bills, bugs, high turn over rates and they will enter your unit without permission. Not to mention the random apartment fires...
Do not apply here! They showed us an apartment, let us apply for it, and then never returned our calls until they told us it had been leased two weeks prior to someone else. They also never answer calls unless you call through the line for new leasers that have never called before. If you call through the maintenance line, through the tour option, or any other option on the phone, they don’t answer and you’ll wait on hold. We were really excited for that apartment, it really did look beautiful when we toured but it’s someone else’s now because they didn’t care enough to keep track of their applicants and we asked them if they had any other open applications on it and they said no. They lied.
Place don't feature all that stuff, a manager is never on site, they don't give notice of anything like cutting water off/ hot water off. Also, the people they have you call on the phone is rude.
I have lived here 6 months so far and plan to stay here a long time! It's very quiet my kids love the big yard to play in . Also have never had any problems here what so ever! ??
I lived at Courtyard Park all of two months before the unsafe living conditions gave me no option other than to leave for the health and safety of my son and I. There was black mold, roaches to an infestation extent as well as lack of maintaining the property to safety standards. My apartment flooded three times here and it's impossible to get adequate help with any of the issues that arise. The A/C goes out constantly. The police are called to the apartments more than I have ever seen. The plumbing in the kitchen had gaping holes in it to where you could see the dirt on the ground through it. They violate just about every right a tenant has and they completely take advantage of the families that live there. DO NOT move here.
